Christal's P.O.V

"Ah, there you are, Christal!" Secretary Kim said as she approached me. She was talking to the principal before she spotted me.

"I've been looking for you! Your friends said you went the other way. Where are you going?"

"To my locker", I answered. "Wait, do I have a new locker number?"

"To be honest, you have a new locker number"

she said as she showed a bag of my things.

"I already got them so you won't worry about getting all of them."

"Thanks, Secretary Kim, but I'll bring these on my own." I told her. "I can bring it."

"Okay", she said as she handed me my things,

a card, and 3 keys.

"This is your locker number and the keys."

"Thanks, Secretary Kim", I said as I carry my

things to find my locker. Locker No. 314...

it means, it's near my English class!

Oh, thank goodness!

I run really quick 319, 318, 317...

Then there are two boys blocking locker

No. 316 to mine. Aish.

So I stand there. I don't care who they are.

I'm gonna confront them.

"If you two are gonna talk, then talk in the middle of the hallway, and not in front of someone's locker." I say, crossing my arms,

then I'm surprised. Why would I not,

if those boys are the one who bumped into me

at first day, and Harold.

"You?" The other boy and I said at the same time.

"Wait. Christal, Merwin, you know each other?" Harold asked, then he laughed.

"Wow." "No, if he didn't bump into me while

I'm walking ever so carefully!" I said, glaring at the other boy.

"At least I said I was sorry!" He said.

We fight and fight until Harold stopped us.

"Guys, you're both my friends." Harold said, and I was shocked. "Since both of you are my friends.

I'm hesitating, and he is too. I don't know why Harold is pushing me to him.

"Okay. Christal, this is Merwin Choi", Harold said as he introduce him (Merwin) to me.

"And Merwin hyung, this is Christal Jung,

my English classmate."

Merwin rolled his eyes before reaching out his hand. I take it, then we shake hands.

"See, that shouldn't be so hard", Harold said, and by the time we are dismissed,

I'm still thinking about it.

HAROLD's POV (POINT OF VIEW)

"I'm not joking! I promise I saw her!

She's at my English class!" I told Merwin,

but I know he doesn't believe me.

We're by his locker, and his organizing his things.

"Are you sure?" he asked while giggling.

Ah, I can't believe Merwin hyung is falling for a girl.

"I am sure. Why would I tell a lie when it comes to a girl?" I asked.

"You always tell a lie when it comes to girls!

Like last year you told me there's a beautiful girl at the rooftop! I ran there then I saw no one!" he said, and I laughed.

"I definitely saw a girl that time!

Maybe she left early!"

// Flashback//

I turned around and, jackpot. She looked surprised too. I sneak a glance at Merwin, whose eyes were shining. The girl he likes,

it's Christal. Hyung told me that he saw a girl at orientation and he took a picture.

Clearly it was Christal.

"You?" They both said in chorus.

" Wait. Christal, Merwin, you know each other?" I said it to tease Merwin hyung,

who gave me an ' I'll kill you' look, and I have to laugh. "Wow."

"No, if he didn't bump into me whie I'm walking ever so carefully!" Christal said.

So Christal is mad at hyung. Ouch.

"At least I said I was sorry!" 'Hyung, stop it or she's gonna hate you' is what I wanna say to him, but the two of them are fighting,

like lovers. They hook good together.

A thought ran to my mind. I'll introduce them to each other then push them! It won't be hard.

I say, "Guys, you're both my friends and I don't want you fighting each other." At this, Christal muttered something and Merwin hyung looked at me like 'I'm really going to kill you'.

So I say, "You should both be friends, since both of you are my friends."

I can see both of them hesitating until I say,

"Okay. Christal, this is Merwin Choi."

I pointed to hyung.

"Merwin hyung, this is Christal,

my English 101 classmate."

Merwin hyung reached out to shake hands with Christal, and they did

I waved goodbye to the two of them.

Merwin hyung give me a look like

'Watch your back', but I know he liked it.

Probably all I'm gonna hear from hyung is his stories about Christal. They're even locker mates.
