Waterpark. Ruby wanted them to go into a waterpark of all places. Ruby and Yang had their stuff ready in a few minutes while she was stuck choosing which swimsuit to pick. Light blue one piece? White bikini? Deep blue with white stripes?
"I'd go for the white one." Her 'reflection' said from the glass in the window.
Oh shush! Don't distract me… The white one? I'm not sure about showing that much skin…
While Weiss was having an internal struggle, Pyrrha was having a material one. Already, half of the things she put into her part of the closet were on the ground as she kept struggling to find her swimwear.
*Snap*
A loud tearing sound came from the bathroom and Yang walked out with the upper half of her bikini in two pieces.
"Ugh… okay, so we will need to stop by a shop. When will those things stop growing?!" Ruby groaned from atop of the upper bunk.
"You're just jealous." Yang said with a smirk.
Ruby blew her a raspberry before adding "Remind me to recalibrate your suit when we get back."
Yang visibly deflated at the mention of the boring process but nodded nonetheless.
"I think I left mine back at home, so I need to go as well." Pyrrha gave Ruby an apologetic smile.
"Then it's decided. I can't choose which one I want so maybe there will be something nice at the market." Weiss added her part and soon they were heading out.

"The line is secure. You can start" Ozpin calmly said into his scroll's microphone.
"Okay." A gruff voice came from the other side. "I have both bad and good news, which one do you want first?"
"Damn it, Qrow! We don't have time for your jokes!" Glynda berated her former classmate.
There was a bark of laughter from the scroll. "Sheesh… fine, you don't have to tear my head off. Okay, so bad news. I've found a trail of a certain scorpion snooping around."
An uneasy feeling entered the room. Having that maniac anywhere near Vale spelled a large amount of trouble.
"Good news is that the trail is rather old and he most likely already left. Doesn't seem that he was involved with the attack on Amber either."
"Then what was he doing here?" Ozpin asked.
"If I had to guess he was looking for those guys that blew up Merlot's lab."
Ozpin had somewhat forgotten about them. They disappeared after the fact and weren't heard from again. And he doubted that even Salem's best assassin would be able to take them out, at least not without it being very loud.
"Focus on finding Amber's attackers, currently it's our top priority." Ozpin would make some adjustments to account for a possibility of Tyrion showing up but otherwise they would proceed as before.
"Yeah, yeah. Before I go, how are the girls doing? Did they blow something up yet or not?" Qrow's question was most likely aimed at Glynda, so Oz gestured for her to answer while he started writing down new patrol schedules for border guards.

They were turning way too many heads. Most of it was definitely Pyrrha's fault but Weiss was also quite well known despite not spending too much time in front of cameras and Yang had the attention of every male in visible distance. Ruby was desperately trying to hide behind Yang's larger frame and cover herself up with the cloak.
Getting out of the Vale's main airport was easy enough. Too many people milling around and nobody paid much attention to a team from Beacon and thanks to the fact that all the official communication was done by Ruby, neither Pyrrha's or Weiss' wasn't written anywhere where it would draw unnecessary attention. The problems began when they reached the market district.
They took a cab and despite asking the driver for discretion and giving him a decent tip, there were already dozens of people looking around with their scrolls out and primed to take as many photos as possible. As they were walking down the street, looking for a butic with a good swimwear, the crowd followed them. At a distance of course. Yang clearly didn't appreciate the discomfort it caused Ruby and most were scared away by a glare.
"That was unnecessary." Weiss chastised Yang for shooting into the air to make sure the crowd didn't follow them inside. Something like that would get her arrested and in a lot of other troubles back in Atlas.
"I think it falls under the team protection clause…" Ruby weakly added. Weiss and Pyrrha were often surprised that their leader had apparently memorized the huntsmen laws, along with every possible loophole. Like how they all were allowed to carry weapons at all times. Or how Ruby technically outranked any police official if there was a threat of grimm in the vicinity. Or that when it came to the huntsmen team, the leader could pretty much veto any decision when it came to their teammates. And if somebody tried to force a teammate into doing something, the rest of the team was allowed to retrieve them by any means necessary.
When Weiss learned of that tidbit, she had to listen to her strange 'twin' being all giddy and hoping that her father would try to pull her out of Beacon.
"Hey Rubes! Which one is better?" Yang shouted across several racks and waved two swimsuits above her head. A one-piece with cut-outs on the sides and a bikini, both obviously yellow and very open.
"You can't possibly wear that in public!" Cried out a redfaced Pyrrha.
Yang only rolled her eyes. "I saw what you are wearing, Pyrrha. You are the last person to tell me about modesty."
While Pyrrha was slowly turning into a tomato while spluttering half-worded excuses, Ruby came to the rescue. Somewhat. "I think that would be more Blake's thing. I saw the books she tries to sneak around."
And wasn't that the truth. Weiss did admit that when it came to stealth Blake was arguably the best in their year, if only for all the time she sneaked up on her or Pyrrha in the library. But for some reason, when it came to her smut, she did try to hide it, but did it so badly that it was even more attention grabbing.
"She probably gets off of it." Her 'reflection' chimed in from the well-polished steel bar.
Not now please. "I think the bikini suits you better. The fire pattern is also nice." She gave Yang her advice after a second of consideration.
Pyrrha also went for a two-piece, only slightly more conservative than the one Yang took. Weiss decided to go for a modest but stylish one-piece simply because at least someone had to look decent. Even if the voice in her head continued to complain about hiding her beauty.
"Yang! Let me go! I don't need a new one!" She heard Ruby complain as Yang showed her into one of the changing booths. Somehow Pyrrha got involved as well and the two older girls started bringing a large amount of swimwear with different flowery patterns.
In fifteen minutes they were finally leaving. Poor girl on the cash desk almost fainted. But it would seem that Yang's defensive actions had some unforeseen consequences.
In front of the shop was a crowd of about two hundred people, two dozen policemen and about a dozen journalists.
"I have an idea!" Ruby announced. "Ehm, ma'am, does the shop have any other entrance?"
The girl barely registered her words but after Pyrrha gave her a disarming smile, she led them to the employee entrance.
"Okay! Give me your hands!" Ruby made them stand in a circle and immediately grabbed Yang's arm.
Yang's eyes widened a bit, already knowing what would follow. "Do it. Don't panic. Keep your aura down. And remember to breathe." She gave a cryptic warning. Pyrrha went along without any complaints and Weiss joined if only not to be left behind.
Then the world fell apart. For a second everything was a chaotic blur of red, yellow, auburn and white. Suddenly it ended, the world coming back together.
They were on the roof of one of the nearby buildings. Pyrrha was gripping the railing, trying to stand upright while Weiss was kneeling and doing her best to suppress a minor panic attack.
"So… we won't be going all the way to the waterpark…" Ruby awkwardly asked. Yang told her that traveling with her was an acquired taste but she didn't expect her teammates to handle it this badly.

Team BLAN met up during lunch, or in Blake's case, late breakfast. So far they have been doing their own things because if they were to have a team outing, their team leader had to be at least awake. Ren was reading books, Nora was stockpiling grenades and Ilia was just resting in the dorms, waiting for Blake to wake up.
"So, do any of you have any plans?" Blake asked after they finished eating.
"Well, Ruby dragged her team out into Vale…" Nora brought up their neighboring team.
"No. You still need to catch up on the schoolwork." Ren shut that idea down. With the exception of combat classes, Nora had the worst mark among the eight of them and Ren had decided that during the weekend he would help her with studying.
Sadly, the worst combat score also came from their team. In Ilia's defense, the girl was more used to infiltration and when it came to combat she was more of an ambush type attacker, not a face to face fighter.
"Hmm, okay then. Ren, you will help Nora study. I will help Ilia with combat practice." Blake announced her plan. Ren nodded with a small smile while Nora grumbled something.
"Do I have a say in this?" Ilia complained.
"You can't be this tired after just a week." Blake drawled out before giving her a smirk. "Come on, Ruby let me copy her access code to the training arena."
"I'm not doing that badly… and you don't even need extra practice." Ilia continued to complain. "What about going back to our dorm and watching a movie or something? I think we can buy popcorn at the cafeteria." She earnestly asked.
"Maybe tomorrow." Blake relented. "We can make it a team bonding stuff and ask if Ren and Nora want to watch something as well." Ilia's brow twitched lightly but she wasn't sure why, so she didn't bother with it. "And as for combat classes… Ilia, maybe you haven't noticed but there is still some sort of hierarchy in this school. Most of it focused on one's rating in combat classes. I just don't want some idiots making fun of you."
"They can definitely try." Ilia gave a dark warning to nobody in particular.
Blake rolled her eyes. She liked Ilia almost like a sister but she was significantly more radical than her. Nowhere near Adam but it still caused an occasional outburst. "Also, I'm one of few people who still have a perfect winrate, and I would like to keep it that way." And wasn't that a surprise for her. She was so used to sparring with Adam that she forgot that he was one of White Fang's best fighters. Of course he would beat into the ground without breaking a sweat.
There were very few people with perfect winrates. Goodwitch obviously wanted to get some idea on where they stood so she was cycling through their ranks at an insane speed.
And half of those were in team RWPY… Nora could have been as well but Cardin was surprisingly good at soaking up damage. Unless he was fighting Yang of course.
She really didn't want to fight Ruby. She would most likely win, but sparring with someone who was too scared of hurting their opponent would make any victory too cheap. Pyrrha and Yang on the other hand…
Both graduated at the top of their schools. First and second places in overall combat rating, if only because Goodwitch was giving Pyrrha extra points for actually thinking during a fight and not ending it in a few seconds with one punch, or in one case with a flick to the forehead. Some guy even tried to immediately forfeit as soon as Goodwitch called him.

In the end they decided to simply run there. On top of buildings. Ruby led them across Vale while transforming into the cloud of petals when the distance was too big to jump. Weiss would make a glyph as a platform. Yang and Pyrrha had enough strength in their legs so they never needed help.
"I can't believe you can walk around like that!" Weiss' scandalized message was meant for Pyrrha and especially for Yang. Ruby, who was used to seeing Yang naked either at home, whenever she needed to calibrate the dust-suit or every time she burned her clothes, didn't really care. As for her own outfit… Yang made her wear a bright red swimsuit with pink frills.
Pyrrha gave Weiss an awkward smile. She may have grown up in Argus, which was heavy on Atlesian influence but she still traveled across Mistral during her career and Mistral was rather liberal when it came to female dresses.
Yang, on the other hand, gave her a flat stare. "Do stars care when you look up to them?"
Weiss' slightly deformed 'reflection' spoke from the surface of the pool. "And I thought our bastard of a father was arrogant." It was probably meant to be an insult but considering that she was trying her hardest to keep herself from laughing it didn't have the right impact. Even then she knew that her twin's outrage was mostly due to the two girls having much more impressive curves.
Then Ruby rushed up to Yang, slipping at the end and crashing into her. The action almost caused her chest to pop out.
"Waterslides! Over there!" Clearly Ruby didn't care for the collision and started dragging her sister away.
Weiss and Pyrrha shared a look and decided to follow them. They still turned heads but due to the place being a waterpark not many people had their scrolls here out of fear of dropping them into the water and any peeper would be mercilessly dealt with by the staff anyway.
It was a surprisingly relaxing experience. Except the part when Yang and Pyrrha found a beach volleyball court. The next ten minutes almost sent her hormone-filled body into shock. Of course there were people who tried to hit on them but Weiss would simply ignore them, Pyrrha would politely decline while Yang would murder their self-esteem by taking a good look and then telling them that even rats were more appealing. Very rude, but fake muscles filled with steroids and fake tan was disgusting.
They spent roughly three hours before deciding that the chlorine in the water had done enough damage to their hair and skin and it was time to leave. Apparently Yang had one more place to go so they went for the showers in a timely manner.
This is so unfair! Weiss despaired. In the showers she could see everything she was lacking. Even Ruby was more developed than her and she was two years younger! She found some old photos of Winter some time ago and when she was her age she could challenge Pyrrha for chest superiority while she was losing to a fifteen year old. Bloody genetics… I'm sure it's my father's fault! Her mother was also very developed while her father was scrawny and somewhat short when.
"Speaking of genetics." The annoyance chimed in and she felt her body trying to turn to the right. Yang was squating on the floor with a serene expression on her face while Ruby was washing her hair. Judging by the movements of her red lips, should they turn off the water they would hear an occasional moan.
Weiss blushed and turned away. Great… now that thing even wants to get into Yang's pants… In response she only heard a faint chuckle.
"Yang, did you forget your towel?" Pyrrha asked what was on Weiss' mind for some time now. She really wanted Yang to cover herself with at least something.
Yang only snorted and crossed her arms under her chest, almost causing Weiss a severe nosebleed. "Haven't needed one in years." As soon as she finished the heatwave hit and the showers were filled with thick vapor.
"Yang!" came a tired complaint from Ruby while Pyrrha softly chuckled.

"Good afternoon! How can I he- Oh! Hi Ruby! Hello girls." Velvet cheerfully greeted team RWPY when they entered the cafe, although that cheer died down a bit after she remembered Yang's attitude towards her.
"Hi Velvet!" Ruby greeted her back. "I didn't know you worked here. How can you keep up with the school like that?"
"Oh, I was working during the summer, now I'm only doing a few shifts when I have time. There isn't much work in school yet anyway." She answered with a smile. "Now, I assume you want to order something."
After Velvet took their orders she let them take a seat at one of the tables. It was a quaint place and despite it being a weekend it was only half-full.
"Ruby, I was meaning to ask." Pyrrha started talking after they settled down, "Where do you and Yang keep disappearing every evening?" She was fine with the two of them wanting some sister time but her and Weiss being left behind all the time was a bit disheartening.
"We would always go for a spar, why? Oh! I forgot to ask you if you wanted to join!" Ruby's mood suddenly took a turn for the worse and she started moaning. "I'm such a terrible leader! I forgot about my team."
Weiss scoffed at the childish antics but didn't comment.
"Would it be alright if we came as well?"
"Of course! We can work on combination attacks! And tactics! And-"
"Chill out sis, Glynda was already grumpy over the damage to the arena." Yang decided to intervene.
That took the wind out of Ruby's sails and the table descended into a comfortable silence, occasionally interrupted by some smalltalk. Soon enough Velvet brought the sweets.
Unfortunately, they wouldn't be able to enjoy their threat yet, as someone approached their table.
"So you are the guys that decided to steal our little bunny?" She said in a teasing tone. It was a girl their age, probably a bit older wearing a lot of mocha designer clothes, a beret and sunglasses.
Seeing that everyone at the table was a bit confused by the statement, Weiss decided to take the lead. "Ehm, Weiss Schnee, and you would be?" If this girl was a friend of Velvet and wanted to pick a fight over Yang being an ass and most likely trash the place in the process, she needed to do damage control immediately. Pyrrha was giving her a disarming smile, which was a good thing. Ruby was looking at her with wide eyes, clearly wanting to get back to the ice cream but not wanting to be rude. Yang was giving her a side-eye look, waiting for her to say whatever she needed.
"Coco Adel. Leader of team CFVY and Velv's partner. She told me that she got to know a group of firsties so I decided to take a look at you."
"Wait!" Ruby shouted out. "If you are her partner then why haven't you helped her when she was bullied!?" She accused Coco.
The atmosphere became very tense as Coco turned to Velvet. "Velvet Scarlatina! What are they talki-"
"It wasn't anything big!" Velvet shouted over half the cafe.
Coco gave her a glare before relenting. "You are too nice for your own good." She turned to her table, where two boys, most likely her teammates, were still sitting, calmly watching the proceedings. "Oi, Fox, get the car. Yatsu, get some shovels." She called out. She was about to head out before she turned back to her teammates. "Actually, do it in an opposite way." The shorter one barked out a laugh while the actual giant released a tired sigh.
"Okay kiddos, mind telling your seniors some names?" She turned back to the RWPY table. They didn't know whether she was asking their names or about team CRDL.

Huntress opens fire at civilians in Vale!
Winter clicked the link immediately. She would definitely ignore a title like that if it happened at any other place. But her little sister was in Vale and… she was in the backdrop of the front page photo, entering a clothes shop.
Well… she intended to call her soon anyway. Might as well ask what kind of people she surrounded herself with.
"Specialist Schnee!" One of her two special charges ran up to her. "My sword got stuck in Penny's strings! We don't know what to do."
She took a deep breath. At least her sister didn't set herself on fire or almost fell down from Atlas. But orders were orders. Penny was a scientific miracle and the other one… "Penny stop! You are sucking the sword inside your back!"...was a mistake.

To merendinoemiliano: The reason why the fight went terrible was because Ruby was too anxious to fight hard and her opponent was scared into submission by Yang so they were walking cautiously around each other while being glared at by Glynda.
To ranjira1988: Thank You!
