Friends

So I made a previous chapter but it took a few days to think of stuff and I forgot to save. When I finished with what I had at the time I would just close my computer. Now after all those days I had a chapter with about 3000+ words but when I tried to save it, it didn't work and the whole chapter was gone.....I honestly wanna punch my screen but it's not worth it. I will try to make this as close as the other one but it probably won't be that good cuz I'm feeling angry and lazy to try to remember everything as closely as possible. Oh well....

5 Years Later

Alex is now 10 years old and he has been training, studying, and cooking throughout these 5 years. He is now about to go outside to start training some more.

2 Hours Later

Alex: 'That was good training right there. Although, now that I think about it, I have no friends. Maybe I should go out and look for kids my age. Yeah, I'll do that.'

Alex goes inside and takes a shower. After his shower, he puts on some clothes and runs to the door.

Alex: I'm going out! Bye mom!

Elizabeth: Huh?! Alex!

Before Elizabeth could finish her sentence, Alex had already slammed the door and left.

Elizabeth: Tch. That kid right there is definitely his father's son.

Elizabeth turns back around with a slight smile and goes to make lunch.

Alex is now outside walking through the neighborhood. He sees 2 kids, a boy and a girl, walking down the street and decides to say hello to them.

Alex: Uh, hello there!

Boy: Huh? Oh, hi.

Girl: Hello! My name's Ashley, what's yours?

Ashley is a girl who looks 10 years old. She has dark red hair with bright red eyes.

Alex: Hi Ashley! My name's Alexander!

Alex has black hair and blue eyes.

Boy: My name is Ashton, nice to meet you.

Ashton is a boy who also looks 10 years old with dark red hair and bright red eyes.

Ashley: Yes, nice to meet you! And uh, sorry about Ashton, he's always in some kind of mood, not sure why.

Alex: Nice to meet you, too! And don't worry about it, it doesn't bother me.

Alex, Ashley, and Ashton all start walking together while talking. Alex found out that Ashley and Ashton are twins. After 20 minutes of walking and talking, they decide to split paths and go home. They all agreed to meet again a few days later at the big tree in the middle of their neighborhood.

After splitting up, Alex starts walking home until he sees a stray kitten in a hole under a tree.

Alex: 'A cat? I've always wanted a cat! If I take it home with me, I can probably convince my mom to let me keep it!'

Alex walks up to the kitten and bends down to see the cat closer. The cat had an orange back and black underbelly with the tail being orange on top and black on the bottom too. At the end of the tail, it had a small white tip. It was very small and looked adorable.

Alex: Wow, it's so cute! Mom will definitely let me have it!

Alex slowly reached for the cat and it flinched away, but after a few more tries, it let Alex grab it.

Alex: Awesome!

Alex started walking home and petting the cat slowly. When he got to his house, he walked inside and took his shoes off.

Alex: I'm home!

Alex looked down and saw a couple more pairs of shoes which belonged to his dad and his aunt, Asuka.

Alex: 'Dad and big sis are here! If mom doesn't easily get convinced by me, dad and big sis will be the final push I need!'

Alex slowly walks into the living room where he hears his family talking.

Alex: Hello everyone!

Alex walks in with a huge smile in his face with the cat in his arms.

Elizabeth: Hey Alex, we were about to-

Elizabeth looks towards Alex and sees the cat in his arms. Her face changed from a smile to one full of shock.

Elizabeth: Alex! Why do you have a-

Well that's that for this chapter. I decided to not make an info dump chapter. I'll just gradually introduce the needed information from his world since it was too much. I can't even remember what I said in the last chapter since there's been so many changes. I honestly have to respect these authors though because writing is hard and they have like chapters with 1-2k words and I'm stuck at 700. But anyways, what should Alex name his cat?
