Sora took the initiative to start with an Abiogenesis: Solar Isotoma on the ground. He needs to go all-out and join Atalanta to fight the nevermore quickly.
The first Elite Death Stalker rushed toward Sora's as it used its stinger strikes as the opener of their fight.
'Not good,' thought Sora as he pumped most of his aura on his feet to dash out of its range. The Death Stalker chased after Sora's evasion.
Suddenly, the Death Stalker staggered in his fierce pursuit as Jean took the time to use her Gale Blade. Looks like Sora's Abiogenesis: Solar Isotoma took effect.
The skill has the properties to cause AoE damage when the opponent on the Solar Isotoma field takes injuries, the Solar Isotoma will generate Transient Blossoms which deal AoE Geo damage.
He needed to take this opportunity granted by Jean's action. He ran toward the monster and used his trusted ability: Abiogenesis: Solar Isotoma.
"LIVE" shouted Sora as he ran toward the flower as a platform generated and levitated him in the sky. He jumped even higher off the platform as he plunged toward the beast's body.
The beast naturally saw his action and tried to use its stinger to counterattack it, but Sora's already predicted its counter. He was ready for it, so he stopped his plunge to perform an aerial dodge.
'Close,' thought Sora as he continued his plunge attack.
*BAAM*
*ROOOOAR*
The Grimm flinched from the attack as his bone plate broke from the impact. Sora saw its naked exoskeleton as he landed on its body. Sora chained his attack with five fast strikes toward the weak spot. As the beast roared even louder.
'Now it's my chance to end this quickly," thought Sora as he charged for his most powerful attack.
"Feel this ancient power"
"Rite of Progeniture: Tectonic Tide" shouted Sora as he swung his hand filled with Geo's energy as crystals surge and burst forth, dealing enormous injuries toward the Death Stalker.
7 Fatal Blossoms generated in the Solar Isotoma field burst violently into bloom and quickly finish the beast. The Death Stalker evaporated in the air, announcing its death.
Sora landed on the ground after his kill. He took his time for a breather as he observed the general situation of his team.
He saw Tifa dodging and counter attacking her Death Stalker, Atalanta kitting the Nevermore and keeping the beast aggro nicely and Jean supporting both sides with her Gale Blade. He rushed toward Atalanta for help and from the corner of his eyes he saw Jean eyes looking at him.
They both kept the eyes contact and came to an understanding. Jean left Atalanta's side as she rushed toward Tifa and Sora took her place as Atalanta support.
"Atalanta, I'm here. Do you have a plan?" said Sora as he used his sword to deflect the incoming Spearlike Feather Quills of the Nevermore.
"Yes, when he headbutt toward us as I provoke him, please kill him." said Atalanta as she took two arrows filled with green energy at the tip as she aimed it toward the bird.
"???"
"What kind of plan is that? Might as well have no plan at all," said a dumbfounded Sora as he looked at his current partner.
*sigh*
"Well, don't worry, attract its hatred toward us." said Sora tiredly as Atalanta nodded in response.
He couldn't use his Burst Attack at the moment as his geo energy is not back yet. He looked at her as she shot her arrows as the Nevermore got it by it. This made the Nevermore even more angry as the beast changed his old pattern with a good old headbutt from the sky.
"Looks like it's my turn." said Sora as he took his stance with one hand on his sword and the other filled with geo energy.
"UMU"
'...?' as expected of Moon-Type, thought Sora as he waited for the Nevermore. The monster finally came toward them as Sora summoned his flower on the ground.
Under Sora's command, the flower bloomed and flew in the air directly in the bird path. The bird didn't stop his descent, thinking it could destroy it easily. But it's a shame that flower is made of Geo energy and Aura strengthening it and making it more durable.
As the bird collided with the flower, Sora detonated it mentally, causing a minor explosion. The Nevermore flew on his back as Sora ran toward and performed his beautiful swordmanship, followed by a charge attack.
But, it was not enough, as the vitality of a Commander Grimm is no joke. The bird struggled again as he flew once more toward Sora. He took another stance and also rushed toward the beast for another round..
*SHOOSH*
*SHOOSH*
Sora looked behind him as he saw Atalanta's arrow went directly toward the Nevermore eyes as the beast fell down the ground.
"Go." said Atalanta as Sora nodded in response. He went toward the defenseless bird as he channeled his sword with Aura to strengthen his last attack.
*Stab noise*
The Grimm roared with hatred as he unwillingly died and left the mortal world. Sora breathed heavily from the fight. He was exhausted from all the fighting this morning. As Sora dropped to the ground and tried to regain his breath, he heard another roar behind him.
He and Atalanta looked behind them and saw Tifa and Jean victory over their monster. This concluded their last struggle before going toward the cliff.
"Yay, we did it, guys." said Tifa as she joined us with Jean behind her.
"Exhausted are we? Hmm?" said Jean as she patted Sora's shoulder in approval. Sora simply nodded toward her with a small smile on his face. As he stood up from the ground. He heard another sound from the system.

Sora hummed as he opened his panel to look at his update character sheet.

Sora closed his panel in happiness as he looked at his teammate. Everyone regained some energy after this fight. Jean called the shot as she a said that we should leave now before the end of the Initiation.
They arrive at the cliff dead tired as they saw Ozpin and Glynda waiting for them and the other team. They congratulated them as the first team for finishing the initiation first. Ozpin told them to patiently wait at the training ground for the end of the initiation.
Jean gave Glynda the relic as she nodded at her sister. Glynda returned the nod with a smile as she directed them toward the training grounds. Sora, Tifa, and Atalanta nodded toward the two professors as they followed Jean, leaving Glynda and Ozpin alone.
Ozpin took a sip of his coffee and took a glance at the team behind him with a smile.
"They will become a great team, maybe even better than STRQ." said Ozpin as he chuckled from Glynda's surprised face.
"That's a lot of praise from you Ozpin, I wonder why?" asked Glynda as she looked at Ozpin in wonder. Ozpin never praised a team highly since the disband of STRQ. You must understand that STRQ was a legendary Huntsman team from Glynda era and a lot of time passed since their disbandment.
"Trust me Glynda, they are worth it and especially Sora Light." hummed Ozpin, leaving a confused Glynda.

Later, at Beacon Academy, Ozpin announced the end of the initiation and formed the team on stage with the passing students.
"The first team consists of Dean Copperfield, Eden Silver, Edward Iron and Zak Turquoise, forming Team DEEZ, pronounced "Deez", led by Dean Copperfield."
"The next team is Nord Snow, Ulysse Goldenstein, Thor Thunder and Sergil Vert, forming Team NUTS, pronounced "Nuts", with Nord Snow serving as its leader."
"The next team, Jean G. Gunnhildr, Sora Light, Tifa Lockhart and Atalanta Belladonna, form Team JSTA, pronounced "Star", with Jean G. Gunnhildr leading the team."

Team JSTA happily cheered at the formation of their team, with Jean as their leader. She proved herself to everyone during their initiation, so everyone was happy with this arrangement. They left the stage amid the applause of the public.
On the stage with Glynda, Ozpin notes that it seems this will be an interesting year as he took another sip of his coffee.
