Chapter 8

"Naruto, Sasuke...you guys have finally woken up!" said Daisuke as he gave a wide smile.

"Uh...where are the enemies?" asked Sasuke.

" They are gone..." said Daisuke while looking at the crowd of people that came out of nowhere.

" Huh? Where is that Zabuza? " asked Gato irritated.

Kakashi narrowed his eyes as he said," You must be Gato..."

" That's right! I am Gato! The ruler of the Land of Waves! What are you shinobi doing here in my place? " asked Gato.

Tazuna who had hidden behind a tree comes out and curses at Gato.

" You piece of shit! This ain't your kingdom! This is the place of the people that live here!"

" Oh? So, Tazuna brought you here? Hahaha, you don't know I have the demon Zabuza under me! Don't try to mess with me!" declared Gato.

Naruto got up while cleaning his nose with his finger and said," Huh? You don't know? I beat them up and sent them home running."

" What? Bullshit! How can he abandon his mission!"

" How am I supposed to know? Are you the one that hired them?"

" I did! Those frauds! Though...it doesn't matter...I don't need incompetent people! Men! Attack them!"

" AHHHHH!"

"LET'S GO!"

The men behind him gave a war cry as they rushed towards Team 7 and Tazuna.

Kakashi looked at the situation and sighed as he said," Naruto...use your jutsu to outnumber them...just scare them off."

" On it! Sensei!" shouted Naruto as he made the hand sign.

" Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

*Poof*

Hundreds of Naruto appeared in front of the thugs.

" NANI!"

" MAGIC!"

" DAMN! THEY ARE SHINOBI!"

" I HAVE KIDS HOME!"

" I DONT WANT TO DIE!"

At first, the thugs didn't want to back down but when all of the clones took out a kunai. They all duped.

Gato looked at his men running away as he shouted," All of you! Damn! Cowards! If you don't stop I will personally slaughter your whole family!"

The thugs didn't stop and ran even faster.

Gato clenched his fist in anger.

But before he could shout some more, someone tapped on his shoulder.

"Huh?"

When he looked back he saw Kakashi.

But, the jonin had a rope and a big rock in his hand.

"You..what are you trying to do?"

"Hehehe...of course...I am only going to tie you to this rock and throw in the pond so that you can drown!"

" Shit! Shit! Shit! Shit!" cursed Gato as he started running away following the thugs.

Gato ran with all his might as he shouted to the thugs," Wait! Wait! Wait! Damn it! I said wait! Don't leave me alone! He-He will kill me! Please do not leave me alone!"

Unfortunately for him, the thugs all ignored him.

Before he could say more, Kakashi swiftly tied him up and threw him in the pond.

Tazuna laughed at Gato's ending as he said," I will sell my soul to the devil to repeat that scene! Hahaha!"

Soon the villagers got the wind of Gato's death and all of them celebrated.

The gloom faded away from the village...

Team 7 waited till the bridge was completed and after two weeks they left.

The whole village came to send them away.

And the bridge...it was named 'Hope'.
