"I'm sorry Sir but the mayor is unavailable for the the time being you will have to meet tomorrow," I officer said.
'I wonder how the fatty will react when he sees that Julia is the new head,' I smile.
"What do you mean he's unavailable? Tell him my name and he will surely meet with me. What can that old man be busy with?" Brandon asked.
"I'm sorry Sir but even we are unaware of what is happening. However, an announcement will be made tomorrow and I'm sure after that he will be able to meet with you," The officer said politely at in attempt to end further offense.
"I've been traveling non stop for days in order to bring light to the information I was given. Yet all my efforts were in vain because the mayor was busy with something. So be it. Don't come complaining to me when everyone is dead," Brandon said hoping to get a meeting.
"Again I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do. You will have to wait till morning. If you follow me I will bring you to our nicest hotel to rest free of charge," the officer replied.
'What the fuck? Why doesn't the officer seem to care that the fatty is telling us that our doom is coming,' I asked myself.
At the last sentence the officer said Brandon completely changed his tone from telling us that we would all die to excitement.
"If it's free then it should be all you can eat right? I mean I traveled so long and came to help so this should be the least that I deserve," the fatty said showing his true intentions.
'This man only cares for food,' I said with a sigh.
"Of course,' the officer said unaware of what he would be sentencing the chiefs too.
With the conclusion of event I decided it would be best to leave.
"Bye fatty!" I said as I ran off.
As I was turning my head to leave I could have sworn that the officer's vein was about to burst from the anger he harbored towards me.
Brandon frowned but waved after me.

After Luke left it took him about twenty minutes to reach his house.
He was tired and wanted some good food after being locked up.
Even though he despises his parents he still depended on them. After all he was only eleven years old.
When he opened the door and entered he heard a commotion come charging at him.
His mother and father came running out of their room to be face to face with their son.
"Luke you're back!" His mother exclaimed rushing over to hug him.
While his father had tears in his eyes and was frozen where he stood.
'They only care for me when they learn that I could have been killed and ruined their most valuable asset,' Luke thought not noticing how his parents really cared and loved him.
After his parents calmed down his father was the first to ask a question.
"Where is Noah?"

After leaving the scene instead of heading home I decided to find out what was really happening.
I crossed the street then asked an elderly man directions to the town hall.
"Go right then straight for 20 minutes. Next make a left and walk 5 minutes before turning right. Finally just follow that path and you should arrive there," the old man said.
Without thanking the man I took off.
However, I was annoyed that the man spoke in terms of minutes. This was due to the speed at which I could travel. So using deductive reasoning I guessed where to turn.
I went down a couple wrong streets but I eventually made it just under 12 minutes.
This put me in a less than good mood.
Sighing I opened the door.
"Welcome to Wingston's Hall," the receptionist said robotically until she realized that a kid entered.
"Hey, where are your parents? You can't be in here," she said.
"Is Julia here?" I asked ignoring her and looking around.
The place was much bigger than my adoptive parent's house.
It was made completely of stone. And it was furnished quite well in my opinion.
Just the waiting room was 3/4 the size of their house. The rest of the building could probably fit five of our houses into it and still have space.
"Where is her office," I said in more of a command than a question.
"Look kid Julia is busy and doesn't have time for the likes of you, now run off," she replied with a shooing motion
'Likes of me? Bitch she's in this position because of me,' I say to myself becoming even more ticked off.
"Where is her office," I say again unknowingly adding killing intent.
This caused a cold sweat to run down the receptionist back.
'Why am I getting a bad feeling from this kid?' She wondered.
However ignoring her gut which was screaming at her she once again told me to leave.
Feed up I clicked my tongue to the roof of my mouth and moved towards her.
When she realized that I was not heading towards the exit but rather than her. She became concerned.
In order to work at the Wingston's Hall the workers were required to be at least warriors. While some of the more important roles were mages.
Sun who was the receptionist happened to be a mage. Even though she held a lower role she still worked that job even though she hated it at times. However, this was because it was the job that her father had before he died.
Even though Noah was just a kid the feeling he gave off scared her to death.
Thus worried that he would attacked she cast two of the most powerful spells she had.
"Star power 2 'Waves' and Star power 2 'Ocean Floor'"
To me it sounded like rambling however it was similar to what Luke said. Along with the fact that she was using her hands. I knew she would be sending a spell my way.
Smiling thinking I would get my first real challenge I prepared myself for battle.
