THE WITCH
Josh exited the room, leaving Ashley to have a private conversation with her father. He knew they needed to speak alone, away from any distractions or interruptions. As he walked down the hallway, Josh noticed Dylan in another room, engrossed in something on his phone.
Approaching Dylan, Josh peered over his shoulder and recognized the image on the screen. "Is that Myra?" he asked, his curiosity piqued by what Dylan was watching. Startled by Josh's sudden appearance, Dylan quickly hid his phone, attempting to conceal whatever he had been viewing.
"You have a camera planted in her home? That's illegal" Josh said with a smirk playing across his lips.
"What do you want?" Dylan asked, bracing himself for whatever request Josh was about to make.
"To cash in a favor," Josh replied, his tone serious now. "I want to eliminate the witch. Quietly."
Dylan's eyebrows shot up in surprise at Josh's request, realizing the task Josh was assigning him.
