If Ashley or anyone from Team Alpha had been present, they would have recognized him. Dr. Frank's eyes remained cold as he observed Myra, her wounds almost completely healed.
"How can God love someone so much?" Dr. Frank mumbled to no one in particular. His tone turned cold as he expressed, "How unfair."
As he turned to leave, his attention was drawn to Myra's phone, ringing with the caller ID displaying "mummy." Dr. Frank reached for the phone, switched off silent mode, and let the ringing fill the ward. A small, sinister smile played on his lips before he exited the room.
