Chapter 42

"I can do my own confessions, thank you Jimin."

Jimin held the phone out of reach, both of their faces in view of the screen.

Aya was smiling at them both. "You two seem like very good friends."

They turned their heads to each other, then gave her a big grin. "We are good friends."

"Thank you for taking good care of my Hoseok, Jimin."

Jimin's eyes widened at her statement, he turned his face back at Hoseok. "Your, Hobi? Did I miss something?"

Aya saw Hoseok blushing he looked so adorable. Hoseok opened his mouth.

"Aya did me the honour of being my girlfriend."

Jimin started to jump up and down, the phone shaking, Aya started to get motion sickness.

"I am so happy for you guys!" Jimin gave Hoseok a hug. "We need to celebrate!"

Hoseok took this moment to get his phone from Jimin's grasp. "Later, now get out."

Hoseok started pushing him out the door, he closed the door behind Jimin with a muffled sound 'Happy to meet you Aya!"

Hoseok lifted his screen again. "I am sorry about him."

Aya couldn't hold her laughter anymore.

"You don't have to be sorry, he is like a breath of fresh air."

"Thank you for not running to the hills."

"I will not run away, Hoseok. I told you I will be with you."

"Aya, I am with you even if I am not there, I should probably let you go to sleep now."

Aya turned her eyes from the screen looking at her alarm clock.

"We have been talking for two hours."

"We have. I don't want to say goodbye."

Hoseok's voice sounded defeated.

"I am just happy I could hear your voice again. This isn't goodbye Hoseok."

Aya could see Hoseok's face was showing all of the emotion her heart is feeling.

"You are right, Aya. I am just as happy to have heard your voice." Hoseok blew a kiss into the screen. "It is too new beginnings, I love you and hope you have sweet dreams."

Aya made a motion of catching the kiss and placed it on her lips. "To new beginnings Hoseok. May you burn the stage. I love you and sweet dreams."

They ended the call together. Aya's heart was racing a giggle escaped her lips. She had a boyfriend, one who actually loves her for who she is.

She turned her head to her alarm, Carl is not going to be happy she won't be able to stay awake tomorrow. She closed her eyes, falling asleep.

Hoseok stared at his phone when they ended the call, he did it he asked her out and she said yes. His heart was thumping loudly.

Hoseok knew he was smiling, his world was complete nothing could ruin his afternoon, his door opened he turned his attention expecting Jimin to come back and tease him, but it was Namjoon.

"Hobi, we are getting ready to leave."

Hoseok gave him a smile. "I am ready to burn the stage."

Namjoon lifted an eyebrow, he noticed the change in Hoseok's behaviour. "Did something happen?"

Hoseok shook his head. "No everything is perfect."

Hoseok pushed past Namjoon, standing further in the hallway. "Coming?"

Namjoon was unconvinced, Jimin came out of Hoseok's room looking ecstatic.
