The Clone troopers once on the other side were surrounded with Human like soldiers that were pointing their guns at them. The Clone troopers were outnumbered but still held their ground while their commander tries to figure out what to do in this situation since he doesn't know if these people speak the same language.

But as he was thinking of what to do a man who was dressed like a high ranking person had come forward and begin to talk

"I am Lieutenant General George Hammond, Commander of the SGC, May I know who you are and why you are here" Said Lieutenant General George Hammond

The soldiers all around General Hammond kept their guns pointed at the Clone troopers, since they don't want a repeat of what happened the last time that aliens came through the gate. It resulted in soldiers getting injured and some killed by the aliens who came through the gate.

The Clone troopers were surprised that they spoke the same language, but also glad since they can explain themselves better, "My name is Commander Zax, and we are an expedition force from the Imperium sent to explore the other side of the gate. We have no ill intentions towards you and come in peace" Said Commander Zax. He hoped that these people were a little reasonable since they were outnumbered.

"Although you say you come in peace, we still don't trust you so lower your weapons and my soldiers will do the same so that we can have a reasonable talk" Said General Hammond

Commander Zax looked at the other clones and nodded, telling them to comply and lower their weapons. After the clones lowered their weapons, the other soldiers did as well, and the tension was now lower.

"Please if you would follow me to another location where we can have our talks" Said General Hammond

The clones followed General Hammond to a room that had a long table with chairs lined up on the side, while at the end of the table was a chair.

After entering the room, General Hammond sat in the chair at the end of the table, while the clones sat down on the sides. There were still soldiers that were watching the clones, making sure that they don't do anything.

"First, how about you tell me why you are here" Asked General Hammond

"We were tasked with exploring the other side of the gate to see what was on the other side and explore, then we would return and report what we have found to the Emperor" Said Commander Zax

"Emperor?" Said General Hammond, since Emperor was a title that has long been abolished or has no power on Earth

"Yes, while exploring a planet, we have found a gate and wondered what it was so after researching it and finding out how to work the gate we were sent to explore and report back what we find." Said Commander Zax not revealing too much information about them.

"But since we have encountered a race on the other side of the gate, we will return to our world and report to the Emperor what we have found" Said Commander Zax

"What will this Emperor of yours do once he learns of a new Race on the other side of the gate" Asked General Hammond since he didn't want to let them go only for more of them to return and start attacking them

"The Emperor will most likely want to establish a friendly relationship with you" Said commander Zax

General Hammond didn't know what to do with these aliens, so he contacted the President and informed him of what has happened

While General Hammond was out of the room, the clone troopers were talking to each other

"Do think they will let us go" Asked one of the clones

"I don't know, but if they don't then we might have to fight our way out of here, but I think that they will let us go" Said Commander Zax

In another room, General Hammond was on the phone with the president

"General, allow them to return back to where they came from" Said the president since he didn't want the situation to escalate.

"But sir, what if they return to invade us or something" Asked General Hammond

"We will deal with that if that time comes, for now we must not escalate the situation since they could be friendly and right now we could use some allies" Said the president

General Hammond and ended the call and walked back t the room where the clones were located. Just as he had discussed with the president, he allowed the clones to return back through the gate.

Back on the other side of the gate, John didn't expect for them to return back so fast so he had asked what had happened.

Commander Zax had explained everything, telling him about their contact with aliens that looked and talked similar to them.

While John was listening to what had happened on the other side, he was sure that the place that they had gone to was Earth. Meeting them this early was good since it would save him some time later.

Since the gate worked and could send people to other Gates across the galaxy, John had the science team research the signals that appeared on the gate and that had to be put in to activate the Gate.

They had discovered the Earth gate since they had experimented with the symbols on the Gate, putting them in a random order to activate it. But if the science team can learn more about the symbols, then they would be able to pinpoint exactly what gate they want to send them through.

The symbols were a type of address inputted into the Stargate to activate a connection to another Stargate

After the science team would find a new Gate after changing around the symbols, they would mark down the order of the symbols and also send a drone through the portal. They would later come back to the address and send an expedition team in.

So far there hasn't been any new race that they have found yet besides the Tau'ri. Tau'ri was a term used by the inhabitants of the Milky Way to refer to human beings from earth. But the more they used the gate, eventually they will find a new race, and hopefully that race will be as friendly as the humans.
