57 Chapter 57
Many younglings were quickly being escorted into transports to escape the conflict while Jedi all around were fighting.
The Jedi escaping with the younglings were Padawans who hadn't attained the Rank of Jedi Knight yet but were still considered Jedi. Before they left the Pdawnas Masters had all agreed to send the younglings to the Imperium to keep them away from the war and so the Army of light won't train and use them.
As the transports carrying the younglings left the Padawans had plotted a course for the nearest Imperium world following their Master's orders to seek their protection.
Palpatine was in his office listening to the report of Jedi fighting each other at the temple. He knew the Jedi were weak-minded and their power was falling but he didn't expect them to start fighting each other.
Palpatine didn't know what caused this to happen but didn't think about it for too long as he sent some clones to stop the Jedi from fighting. Even though the clones wouldn't be able to stop them it was all a part of his plan to have the clones stop the Jedi from fighting and once they attack the clones he would brand the Jedi as Traitors then he could move on to the next step which is to establish the Galactic Empire.
After Establishing the Galactic Empire he would start expanding the Empire's Borders while also making a weapon to destroy the Imperium fleets.
But what he didn't know was that his plans would not even make it to that point before the Republic is destroyed or conquered by the Imperium.
The transports with the younglings on them were entering Imperium space hoping the Imperium would accept them.
The Imperium had a good reputation among the people of the Galaxy and were known to help those in need that's why the Jedi had sent the Younglings and their Padawans to escape to the Imperium to avoid being used by the Army of light.
Moments after entering Imperium space the fleet of transports were pulled out of hyperspace and in front of them appeared a massive Imperium fleet.
The Admiral of the Fleet had sent out a transmission to find out who these people were as he could see that the ships were unarmed.
As the transmission came through one of the Padawans had stepped up and begun talking to the Admiral
"This Admiral Kim of the 4th Defense fleet of the Imperium identify yourselves," Said Admiral Kim
The Padawan quickly responded "I am a Jedi Padawan who have fled from the Republic because the Jedi are fighting themselves and our Masters told us to flee here along with some Younglings to escape being used by the Army of Light" Said the Padawan
Admiral Kim had thought for a moment of what to do but she didn't know so she contacted Command and told them the situation.
After some time command told them to bring the Padawans to the Emperor so Kim had the transports board the Imperium carrier. Once on the Carrier, she had assured the Padawans that she would take them to the Emperor.
The fleet then jumped to the Naboo system and entered orbit. Once above Orbit Admiral Kim had the Younglings and Padawans board an Imperium transport and headed down the Theed to meet the Emperor.
Moments later the Transports had landed in the Royal hanger and then the Admiral and the Younglings along with the Padawans were escorted to the throne room.
While walking the Padawans and Younglings were admiring the beautiful and unique design of the Palace and the armor the soldiers were wearing. They continued to walk and admire the scenery until they came upon the Throne room door.
After receiving permission to enter the Throne room doors had opened and the group had walked in where they saw a man sitting on a throne and next to him was a woman also sitting on a throne.
As they got close the Admiral had stopped and kneeled. The padawans seeing what the Admiral was doing knew of common courtesy to Royalty so they motioned for the Younglings to bow while they did the same.
"Your Majesty these are the Jedi Padawans and Younglings who fled from the Jedi Civil war that is happening on Courscant" Said Admiral Kim
"Thank you Admiral Kim you are dismissed and may return to patrolling the Border," Said, John
Admiral Kim bowed before leaving the room and returning to her fleet.
"So the Jedi are engaged in a Civil war and I am assuming you were told to escape and flee here," Said John
The Padawans were surprised that the Emperor already knew of the reason for them being here
"Yes our masters told us to escape with these Younglings and flee to the Imperium for protection since they didn't want the newly established Army of light to use us in their crusade against the Imperium," Said the Padawan
"A crusade against the Imperium if that's the case I know exactly who proposed that but it doesn't surprise me in the slightest. And as for you, we will have you and the rest of your group transported to a building close to the Palace to which you will stay until the Republic conflict is over" Said John
The Padawans thanked John and followed one of the soldiers to the place where they will stay.
John then contacted Admiral Hackett and told him to prepare the fleets to invade Republic territory since the 1-month rest period was over.
John had taken Layla and 3 Force Guards with him along with 6 ECD's and boarded his fleet.
Since the Republic was already in a bad state he would conquer Coruscant and take the capital of the Republic which would destabilize the Republic even further and he can also destroy Palpatine and stop the Jedi Civil war.
