I watch as Nate and mom keep talking even as Satele stands up and starts to walk to another area of the place we're eating at. The other Jedi here stands up and walks with her. They're talking about something, and I can't stop my curiosity.

There are a couple of questions I want to ask Nate. Mainly about the woman who was looking at him. I want to know what he thinks about people who can use The Force and if they can or should pursue a relationship.

Grandmaster Satele is known to have a son. A man by the name of Theron Shan. While he wasn't born Force Sensitive, he's made a name for himself in the galaxy as one of the best spies around.

"Nate, who was that woman?"

Mom and him turn their heads and look at me. Mom is more concerned than anything, and I don't really know why. Nate just smiles and looks off in her direction.

"She was in my clan back on Tython. After gaining enough control over my powers, I was allowed to be around others my age. Her name is Eassa Daeror. As you can see, she's a beautiful Twi'lek."

He's not wrong. I've never seen a Twi'lek that's a pleasant shade of white, and stripes of blue running down her Lekku. Her eyes are a sharp blue, and she radiates a calm confidence. She's probably got many admirers.

"You noticed it too, huh..."

I knew that Nate saw the way she was looking at him. I watch as his gaze softens just a little, and I can't help but think he's into her as well. He's never said that he's not interested in women. Funny how I just assumed that.

Mom said that she wanted Nate to marry an Alderaanian Noblewoman at some point in the future. She was going to talk to him about it at some point.

"Don't you like her back?"

My question seems to take him a little off balance. He nervously rubs the back of his head and releases a short sigh.

"Eassa and I have a long history. She was my first female friend and someone that... Experimented with me..."

Experimented...

Oh...

Ooooh!

I guess that young kids locked together in a temple would end up getting curious. I'm proud that Nate got such a beautiful Twi'lek to do that with. I remember the times when I tried things with boys. I've never been in a bed with one, but I know how to kiss.

Before the conversation can continue, Satele and Eassa make their way over. I see the look on Satele, and it's one I'd call a mixture of caution and eagerness. Ever so slight eagerness.

"Eassa has a task to scout out the ruins of the Jedi Temple here on Coruscant. Even now, there is still Imperial activity there. I was going to go with her and see what we could find. I was hoping Nella, and you would like to join us."

It doesn't take but a second for my mom to have a storm of mixed emotions. Most are about me going to such a dangerous place with them. Others are that she feels a little left out. One of her emotions I can't really describe all that well.

Jealousy? Maybe. I'm not sure.

"What do you say, Nella? Want to go check out the old Jedi Temple?"

Wow, now that sounds like something worthwhile!

~~~(Location: Flying Toward The Jedi Temple, Coruscant)~~~
Satele said she wanted to ride with Nella to get to know her better. I understand it. Most Jedi Masters want to meet the people their old Padawans are teaching. It's like a generational tradition. I like that part about the Jedi.
That has left Eassa and me alone in our taxi. She's been quiet, but her eyes haven't left me.
"How long are you going to stare at me like that?"
My tone is a joking one, and I'm hoping she doesn't take it the wrong way. But instead, the white and blue Twi'lek smiles calmly and reaches over. Running her hand through my dark hair.
"It's been so long since I last saw you... We shared a lot of firsts together. Kisses, touches, dates... Before we could reach the end of all that, you left... I've been waiting for another chance since..."
Oh...
We were almost to the point of sharing each other's bodies together. We were very young, too young... It worked out for the best, in the end.
"But now, we're both adults... You've changed, but I still feel the way I do when I was a kid..."
That's where this all started...
I don't know if this is such a good idea...
