After about three days on the road, the Ghost and Temper arrived on the outskirts of the Ashfeld lands.

The Ghost steps on it and the Autowa races through the country side with Temper sticking his head out of the window.

The engine rumbling as they passed farmers and countryside houses. People waved to them as they passed by. Horse drawn carriage drivers were stunned by the spearmint green contraption that blew past them. As they got closer and closer to New Ottawa, the roads became wider to accommodate the automobiles of New Ottawa.

As the Autowa entered the New Ottawan City, things had changed within six months. The Friendly City banners had been torn down and replaced by banners of New Ottawan Overlord Supremacy. 

I thought you called this place the friendly city?

As New Ottawan Guards marched up to the Autowa car, the Ghost prepared himself.

I am the Ghost of Ottawa, noble of the Southern District. This is the Blood Dragon of Wrath, Temper.

The soldiers looked at each other and then escorted the two to Overlord Pat's building. The white marble was impressive and the banners matched the ones on the street. 

Overlord Pat, sorry to bother you. A gentleman claiming to be the Ghost of Ottawa and a Dragon have entered the city. We brought them here to you.

As the Ghost marched inside, he called upon his rage energy to give him strength.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO MY HOME!?

Overlord Pat was genuinely surprised by the actual Ghost and Temper's arrival.

Sit down and I'll explain.

As the Ghost and Temper sit down, Overlord Pat explains that after the Ghost left, imposters showed up trying to claim his title. However, they were all killed and their bodies burned in their kingdoms of origin. As for what had happened to New Ottawa, the committee had cast a vote, this vote regarded New Ottawa's future, and they'd come to the conclusion they wished to help Ashfeld in their quest of World Domination. While Bash had voted no as that was what the people of the Southern District had wished for, however, he was outvoted, 3 to 1. The Overlord had been granted full control over New Ottawa except for the Southern District as Bash and the people voted against him. 

World Domination? Pat, haven't we seen enough war?

That's what Bash and your people asked. So I'll ask you the same question i asked them. What's the best way to secure our future? Be at the whims of Bureaucracy or simple claim the destiny we deserve! This world is far inferior to our technological might! With you back, we get Constitution back in this fight...

That's exactly how the New World Order saw us... Technologically inferior and beneath them. Pat, you are going down the same path that brought our area of the world to ruin. Can't you see that?

I knew you wouldn't understand. That's why I have ordered the invasion of the Southern District. While it is nice to see you at home, you will fight for us, or you will be against the might of New Ottawa. I also should mention that the other three districts have formed militaries and will use them against you. Think this through, you have till mid-day tomorrow to give me your response. 

As the guards escorted the Ghost and Temper to the Southern District, people glare at them, an anger within their eyes that wasn't there before. As they arrived at the gates of the Southern District, they were greeted by Archie, Barbara, Tempest, Spencer, Kett, Blades, Juno and the various groups that had joined New Ottawa and were afraid of Overlord Pat.

Ghost! We're glad to have you back!
