Liberty Bell and Constitution

After removing Prophet's head and lobbing it into the ocean, Constitution helps Liberty Bell stand up to be transported back to the NJT Yoshida. Air Force One takes off and heads for home followed by its escorts and the NJT Yoshida.

Onboard, Leon and his teams begin assessing the damage done to Liberty Bell.

"Creator, what is wrong with her?"

"We're not sure, but we are making sure her nuclear reactor hasn't been compromised."

A Japanese engineer gives the thumbs up after a few scans and tests.

"She took a beating, we'll have to replace a few brackets and a few supports, but Liberty Bell will live to fight another day."

"Good to hear! You hear that Constitution? Liberty will be alright, just have to swap out a few parts."

Meanwhile, the Middle Eastern Theocracy launched a volley of missiles at South America, which were intercepted by V1F Vorpelfighters, clearly showing their dominance of the skies. For a while, uncoordinated strikes were intercepted by the New American pilots, then things died down, not a single strike, not a peep out of the Middle East.

"Director, any updates?"

"Nothing, it's like they just stopped."

"I have a feeling that this won't end well for us, I'll be in touch later, there's something I must do."

"Understood Mr. President."

Across the country, a phone rang.

"Go for Jackson."

"Jackson, this is President Ghost. How are you."

"Mr. President, I've been very blessed, how are you?"

"Troubled."

"About what sir?"

"I am greenlighting the Project Bunker Hill. I want you and your bible thumpers out there hand out those pamphlets I gave you, sell America on the project, something tells me we'll need them in our future."

"I understand, but are you sure on this?"

"I couldn't be more sure if I wanted to."

"Then leave it to the Church of New America, we'll get started right away."

"Good, I'm counting on you, all of you."

The Ghost leans back in the Oval Office chair looking over the project's plan.

"If this isn't just like that old video game I used to play. I hope I'm wrong and we decommission all of these, but if I'm right, we'll be back to square one, picking up scraps just to survive."
