HOTD part 22: Everything you do is...

The weather started to get worse with the drizzle falling from the sky.

The zombies outside the Takagi mansion stopped walking towards the mansion and walked backward toward the noise coming from the street which gave the survivors inside the mansion more advantage in their fight.

Most of the zombies walked towards a battlefield between four people, but they got killed by stray bullets or swords flying at the moment they stepped closer.

The situation of John's team started to move to the better with every weapon they broke.

The weapons guy started to feel helpless from John's team tactics. Everything he did got nullified or backfired at him which made him mad, but he knows if he lost his calm, he will also lose this fight.

After taking a deep breath, the weapons guy started looking at his three enemies before using his three machine guns to shot them.

Like always, every bullet either got blocked by that shield or missed completely while he got harassed by the drones in the air.

John's team saw this and moved closer towards the weapons guy, but at this moment the weapons guy started to turn his machine guns in every direction towards John's team.

The bullets closed every way for John's team to dodge. Kevin and Rebecca saw this and moved behind John to use his shield.

The weapons guy saw this and took another RPG with a smoke grenade from his space.

After throwing the smoke grenade at his feet, the weapons guy shot at John's team as he got intercepted by Kevin like always, but this time he smiled because the two rockets were flying towards John team directly.

The weapons guy understood that Kevin's talent can only make him miss in one direction, so he missed on purpose, and shot towards the sky while Kevin's talent worked and made him change his aim direction.

Rebecca tried to warn her teammates, but it was too late.

John saw the two rockets flying towards him and his two friends, so he worked fast and took the cube, but he saw the weapons guy aiming his machine guns at the rockets.

The storm finally hit at this moment with heavy rain falling from the sky.

John tried using the drones, but they were too slow to be able to shot the rockets now and their vision is covered with smoke and rain.

Feeling helpless, John took a few red explosive balls and threw them at the rockets before holding the trigger in his hand.

The rockets and the red balls flew closer to each other. John and the weapons guy saw this and prepared for using their weapons.

*BOOM*

But at this moment, they heard a loud explosion from the sky with a guy wearing a suit covered in flames landed in the middle of the battlefield.

The explosion and the suit man startled the weapons guy and John, so they activated their weapons.

John pulled the trigger while the weapons guy shot the rockets. A giant explosion hit the battlefield in the suit man location.

*BOOM*

Before the suit man fell into the battlefield, Akashi was still running while guiding the already pissed off suit man towards the mansion side without his knowing.

Akashi had already shot three energy potions from the man's hand, making him completely angry while desperately chasing after Akashi.

<This is distance is enough...> Akashi saw five lines in D4C hand before turning towards the suit man.

Raising his revolver, Akashi shot six times at the suit man while he blocked every shot and burned them into ashes.

But Akashi didn't stop. Opening the revolver, Akashi reloaded it again with D4C and shot at the suit man while running and dodging flames.

Akashi repeated the process 5 times in 3 seconds making 30 bullets fly towards the suit man that stopped for a moment because every shot was aimed at his part without flames.

The rain started falling at the moment, which raised vapor of the rain into the suit man's face.

Akashi jumped from the rooftop and rushed towards the street while landing next to a fire hydrant.

Using D4C leg, Akashi kicked the fire hydrant at the suit man before a lot of water gashed from it.

Putting D4C leg at the water exit, Akashi guided the water towards the suit man that blocked the fire hydrant.

A lot of vapor formed from the contact between the flames and water covered the man vision, but that wasn't all.

The oxygen generated by the water evaporating increased the man flames which lead him to lose control for a moment.

The man started to release flames everywhere, but he was able to guide most of them towards Akashi, which forced him to jump towards the air.

The water stopped hitting the man as he controlled his flames again.

The suit man rushed at his maximum speed towards Akashi that wasn't able to dodge in the air before launching a lot of fireballs.

Akashi was in a tough situation, so he used his bracelet to summon one of his iron sturdy flags and blocked the flames before they reached him, but it got burned in a moment.

"I got you now..." the suit man said before covering his entire body with flames and rushing towards Akashi to burn him into ashes.

Akashi watched the suit man smiling and getting close, before smiling at him.

"WHAT!!!??" the suit man that almost reached Akashi saw something shocked him.

Akashi used his bracelet and summoned two iron sturdy flags and covered himself before disappearing.

The suit man wasn't able to stop and slammed into the flags. The flags covered his vision for a second before they melted from the middle.

The suit man tried to stop, but he heard a sound coming from behind him before an explosion hit him.

A bomb appeared between the flags shreds and flew at high speed towards the suit man's back before exploding.

The explosion shock hit the suit man and send him flying towards the front, before he hit the floor in the middle of John's team and weapons guy battle.

The suit man got in the middle of the explosion between John and the weapons guy weapons before he desperately protected himself with flames.

The explosion between the two rockets and the red balls reduced the suit man flames drastically.

The weapons guy covered himself with his weapons while Kevin covered himself and his friend with the shield, but they all got broken by the explosion.

At this moment John team was in confusion and the weapons guy was afraid because he realized who did he just hit.

But when everyone was confused by the change in events they heard another voice with a few objects flying towards them.

Only Rebecca was able to jump subconsciously towards the back.

"Throw all the dynamite!" A man appeared with four other guys throwing dynamite at everyone.

*BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM*

Because all their weapons and shields got broken. The weapons guy, John team, and suit man took another explosion to the face.

The suit man flames turned completely normal with orange color while his leg was injured.

John, Kevin, and the weapons guy were hit directly by the explosion which killed them instantly.

The suit man was kneeling in the middle of the smoke while trying to stand up and activate his flames.

The flames started turning red from a ring with a red gem in his hand, but before the flames moved towards his body a knife flew from the smoke and chopped his entire right arm.

"AHHHHH!!!" the suit man screamed from pain while his hand separated from his body.

The suit man desperately used his remaining flames to seal the wound and stop the blood while summoning another gem from his space.

At this moment, Akashi appeared from the smoke while rushing towards the suit man.

With every moment passing by, Akashi learns more about his stand, but if he realized something at first, it will be that D4C is very fast.

D4C is very fast that the status doesn't mean a lot for him with the ability to reach supersonic speeds easily.

Akashi doesn't know if this has something to do about stands structure because stands in JOJO always had more speed than strength, but this doesn't mean he can't take advantage of it.

The moment Akashi and the suit man clashed, he tricked him by taking a hit in the shoulder, but all that was for D4C to destroy the suit man device without him realizing anything.

Then Akashi started a chasing game with the suit man trying to make him angry and lost his calm, but the suit man started to realize something is wrong, so Akashi used another bomb to test and distract him.

Akashi was able to distract the suit man and also discover his flames weakness and the source of strength the red gem on his ring.

So he leads him towards this place near John's team battle and gave him a clear target in the air before he used D4C to surprise him while knocking him towards the battlefield.

Using D4C requiem, Akashi was able to time his actions with Souichiro attack which killed most of his enemies and put the suit man in a dangerous situation.

<I don't know if it was his talent or skill that allows him to take other flames properties, but it doesn't matter now> Akashi moved at a high speed towards the suit man before shot his head and heart three times with the revolver.

The suit man that recovered some of his flames from the new gem, but had to use them to block the bullets because the normal flames can't stop them.

The suit man was able to block the bullets, but at that moment Akashi shot his left hand making the gem exploded while burning his hand.

<It seems his resistance to flames weakened after he lost the gem> Akashi rushed towards the man while shooting, but what left from the flames blocked the bullets.

The rain kept falling while the suit man guided what left from the flames to attack Akashi.

Akashi didn't have a way to dodge, so he had to throw his revolver to stop the flames before rushing towards the suit man.

The revolver started to melt before Akashi reached the suit man front as he was throwing normal fireballs at Akashi.

<Your talent, skills and items doesn't matter now> Akashi used D4C arms to destroy every fireball before reaching the suit man.

<Because everything you will do is...> Akashi saw the suit man summon a gem from his mouth before spitting it towards Akashi.

The gem started to generate red flames while flying towards Akashi that covered his hand with D4C arm.

"MUDA!!!(USELESS!!!)" Akashi screamed while hitting the gem before crushing it with the suit man face.

Akashi hand was covered in red flames while hitting the suit man face before directing the suit man head to hit the ground at a puddle.

From the ground, the suit man launched towards the air while losing a few teeth and getting his face burned before slamming into a building wall.

"...*Pant*...*Pant*..." Akashi collapsed onto his knees while panting from exhaustion.

"Ugh..." Akashi put his and D4C burning hands on the ground before using the ground and rain as two objects to teleport the flames.

Akashi hand at this moment is completely disfigured while he stared at the suit man.

"... That wasn't enough huh" Akashi said as orange flames appeared from the suit man body before he jumped from the wall with his face burned.

The suit man had injuries all around his body, especially his eyes because he wasn't able to open them, but Akashi saw something glowing on his face.

"...*Pant*... A shield? Just how many items you people have?" Akashi said while feeling helpless from all items he saws during this mission.

"I have to admit... That was a brilliant plan" the suit man said with his eyes closed while locating Akashi by the heat.

"From the start you played this game very well... Even I got tricked" the suit man said while drinking an energy potion.

"Don't play with words. Say what you have" Akashi said while looking at the suit man flames growing larger.

"I want to invite you to our guild" the suit man said while Akashi gave him a confused expression.

"Guild?" Akashi said.

"Oh right, you are new. The guild is something like a group of players gather under one flag and help each other with missions in different worlds with a lot of benefits... Are you interested?" the suit man said while drinking a health potion.

"No..." Akashi said weakly because he didn't have any strength at the moment.

"You taught me a lot in This mission... Goodbye" the suit man said before raising his flames but at this moment his body stopped.

"You talk too much, but I have to thank you for that" Akashi said while the suit man struggling.

"It seems you finally realized where we are now" Akashi grabbed his last energy potion and drank it while looking at the surrounding.

Akashi and the suit man now are in front of Takagi mansion with all the survivors and people frozen in their places.

"Your heat vision can only see one person that you focus on or else you would already see those guys earlier" Akashi said while standing up and removing the shotgun that he was hiding.

"Maybe it very effective at tracking someone but that becomes useless if there a lot of enemies... It seems you wasted a lot of money on those flames" Akashi said.

"And most importantly, you forget that the strongest weapons for us space users are the surroundings" Akashi said while holding his injured hand.
