Crimson moonlight part-2

In a giant tree forest, a person can be seen creeping up behind a humongous tree that can even be a record holder for the tallest tree on our current earth to this date. The human was chewing on flesh almost resembling looked like beef jerky that has been a little overcooked and not seasoned well. Although the meat looked overcooked, It had that right amount of fat that melts in the mouth.

[World Event Announcement:\\\\ "Red Moon" //// has been Activated

Description: A red moon will be presented every night for three days starting from today. The event period will be 5 hours and all the beasts will be aggressive and more powerful within five hours. After 5 hours, all the beasts will be passive and weak for 1 hour. Players are suggested to focus on survival. Points will be given to those who can hunt beasts in these three days and a reward will be given to all top 100 players as compensation. Points are doubled during the "red moon" event and all the points distributed will be based on the rank of the beast. Good luck earthling.

Requirement: last kill hit must be said player to obtain points.

Reward: Mana Opening and the First three get a special Reward

Time limit: 5 hour

Note: Death is unavoidable and those with less than 30 points will be ripped from their system authorization and will be normal humans in this world. (Killing is allowed and players can steal points from another player. Ranking will be provided by the system upon identifying the Beast. Players aren't able to know others' status but those who form temporary alliances can track their teammates and view their status) ]

A new moonlight started to sweep into the planet as the color of the moon started to turn red and it was soon crimson making the environment a little darker and more creeper as if hell has been let loose and all the demons are going to rampage on human as preparation of the huge feast. A hint of apocalyptic vibes was being transmitted by it. Anywhere a moonlight can sweep that place gets illuminated red and made a huge announcement of the disaster for the life of all the human beings.

Victor looked toward the moon, he didn't know why but it looked kinda beautiful. A "crimson beauty" was the only word that victor used to describe the scenery in his mind. A smile crept up his face and he started to feel negative emotions sweep but a skill got activated and all that negative feeling got dispelled still a feeling of slaughter and destruction came into his mind. A huge rage started to build in his body like he wanted to kill everything in this world.

A message came from the system about a huge notification.

'HaHaHaHa... this world is trying to make everyone kill each other. No one going to be sane in this environment. Everyone has to kill to quench that thrust for blood and it's going to be a long bloody night, isn't it system? I just want to see if those Fucking monster has rationality or not. If not then I will reap what others sow. It will be easier to kill an irrational beast than a smart beast' Victor was happy because there is a chance of beasts fighting each other and he just had to get the last hit to get a kill.

Victor started to run toward the arrow pointing and see if he can find some beast. He didn't even run for more than three minutes but found a bunny hiding in a bush but with its red eyes, all of its covers were blown. It looked more hideous than a cute bunny. The bunny knowing its cover had been blown jumped straight ahead to attack the victor ball area but Victor immediately jumped to his side and called his rusty knife for its second kill of today.

Victor grabbed the knife with his right hand in a tight grip, he pointed the tip of the blade in front and charged the bunny with a sudden increase in speed. Bunny also jumped and attacked but by changing his direction midway, victor got beside the bunny and slashed with his right arm, and used his left as a guard against the oncoming attack from the bunny. victor's knife stabbed the beast's hind leg and his left hand got some scratches and a deep wound near the joint of his hand.

Victor put some distance between him and the bunny, as the beast was ready to risk it all. Its heartbeat suddenly stopped, all the blood started to coagulate inside its own body and killing the bunny from inside. Victor smiled slightly and got near the bunny and looked at its status as before he didn't even get the time to check it.

' hmm, the venom of that snake works wonder for a small creature like this. I guess that big guy was pretty resistant against the venom' said victor as before he got out of the cave he wanted to at least have a chance to surely kill his enemies and not waste a pretty useful resource like venom. So he cut the gland that stores venom and let its venom drop in a cup made of leaves, smither a little bit in his knife, and stored the rest of it in his storage.

"System" said Victor as he tapped the ranking and saw that he was in 1200 in ranking and many people have over 30 points and some still competing for the top 100 as all the numbers and names started to go up and down every second.

'My ranking got down by two again. shit, I have to move fast or I might never win. Losing is not fucking acceptable for me not anymore.' yelled Victor with every fiber of his being thought of losing anymore after all that shit. He put on some leaves like a bandage on his arm that resembles banana leaves and in the description, it is mentioned that the plant can be used as an anti-bacterial and close wound to not let it get any kind of infection.

Victor carried the bunny to use as bait to lure more prey for himself or rather preditor he can hunt. He ran deeper into the forest by following the direction the arrow was pointing, he didn't run that far until he caught a scent of iron in the air and ran in that particular direction.

In an area covered with a tall tree with black bark and grass covered in blood, a huge hairy wolf was battling a beast with a head like a moose but its body was even bigger than normal moose. Both beast's eyes were red and bleeding from every possible area that can be reached. The wolf had a huge gap in its belly area where one could see several holes and Moose had almost lost half of its neck muscle bitten off and its hind legs were bleeding with scratch marks.

Both beasts even though injured didn't avoid eye contact and still try to analyze each other weaknesses to kill each other in one shot. Victor coming at the right time hid behind the tree and looked with bloodlust eyes at both the wolf and moose as if they are nothing but a point farming tool. Both beasts knew that a new animal have joined the battle and is looking at them but they didn't avoid eye contact with each other and ignored the new being as he didn't have any blood or mana aura.

' What, I can upgrade my skill, Can I upgrade any skill I got? And how do I gain skill? System' Said victor with shock, curiosity, and excitement.

[Mater, Can try different things and can create a skill or can be brought through system market only available for Master or can be found in loot drop from monster and chest. Only Soul-Bind System can provide all the facilities as others have to develop it through training or get a high skill level skill from loot drop or through the market that opens after every event. Master can also buy talent like: Devour talent that can steal other talent and skills and make it your own. Master also can devour other similar skills and use them to create new skills and talent.]

'Fuck yeah! I might buy that later on but now I need to kill these two Motherfucker Before they kill each other and I don't get any points' said Victor with happiness brimming through his body like water that has been sealed in a dam started to flow.

Victor jumped from his position and started to run in the wolf's direction. His body is a lot stronger and faster than before so it took less time to reach the wolf's location. The wolf, knowing a puny ant trying to come close to him, attacked with his paw that lit on fire and its fur, which also started to burn with a flame. A big red flame paw attacked Victor's location but he also dodges it and runs behind the wolf trying to attract its attention.

The wolf turned its body and attacked again with a flaming paw but narrowly missed its prey. The moose knowing this was a chance it was looking for charged its attack near its head and a lot of green orbs surrounded its horn and gave it a majestic feeling. A dark greenish aura started to glow in front of the horns like a sharpening aura with nature's touch and the moose charged with all it got, a straight head with its head down and horn pointing at the wolf's body.

Wolf suddenly looked back and charged its red fire aura in its paw and swept at the moose's neck. The Moose attack landed in the wolf's body near its lungs and punctured it but the wolf's paw also hit the moose's front leg almost chopping it off its body. Victor knew that the wolf won't live long, so he ran near its body and stabbed its eyes reaching the brain, and took its life but his battle wasn't over so he ran near the moose that couldn't stand on its feet.

'haaaaah....ehhehe' Yelled the moose warning victor not to come near him but he ran up to it got beside its throat and slashed its throat killing the airline, slowly it bleed to death.

"hah hah hah..... I fucking killed it. Yes, although I got lucky with this one, or else I would be dead." yelled victor while trying to take a breath because of the lack of air from all that adrenaline. He knew if only he fought any of those beasts he would have died as he didn't have enough power and stamina. He would have died before the poison work.

' That moose came in clutch and attacked or I don't know if I can even survive one paw of that wolf. I can still feel the heat and air pressure created by one swing.'

Victor was extremely lucky that the wolf lost its mobility because of the wound and his injured left arm still wouldn't be of any help. After cutting a few pieces of meat from both beasts by using a knife made of a shard of rock, victor called ' System, show me the ranking'

They must have been powerful figures on the earth too and finding your subordinates might be not that hard or they got lucky but can I find my mother like this? At least I have to try or I won't know' thought victor as he was happy that he had gone up in ranking but keeping the top until the end of the event is the goal. He must hunt during the red moon event because only in this limited time of 5 hrs all the beasts will give 2x points but the danger also increases with the chances of attracting the attention of a high-level beast.

What might be the condition needed to be fulfilled or what might be the price to pay for it to unlock.

Can anyone among readers suggest a name for our lovely system because just writing system become confusing? Giving her a name readers can be more involved in the novel. I hope anyone can at least gives a decent Name.
