"What happened? Why are you trembling?" Kalsie's concern was evident, and he moved closer, hoping to comfort Nick.
"S-Stay back!" Nick's voice quivered with fear as he backed away, the bow and arrow trained on Kalsie, maintaining a ten-meter distance between them.
Kalsie was bewildered by Nick's reaction, his face a mixture of concern and confusion.
"What's going on? Please, calm down and tell me," Kalsie implored, recognizing that something had deeply unsettled Nick. But he had no intention of letting Nick flee alone into the perilous maze.
"Y-You're all liars!!" Nick's voice quivered with anger and distrust. "I-I know how greedy people can be. Y-You all want to kill someone to get stronger, right? You also need those kill counts for that Potion. So, who else is a better target other than me? No one!!"
Kalsie was taken aback by Nick's words.
