You wake up sitting in a chair with a woman sitting in front of you. That woman says "My apologies, I accidentally killed you, however I brought you here to make you an offer in hopes to make it up to you."

"I can't send you back to your world, however I can let you choose between 2 worlds I manage to be reincarnated or transmigrated into, and give you extra perks also." (her)
