Team exercise II ( King of beasts)

"Be careful, that thing has got claws that can rip through iron like it were paper."

Boa yells at his teammates as they attempt to attack a chimera which had a lion's head and body with bat wings and a snake tail while towering over them at a height of over six meters.

"Sinatra, watch out for it's tail… it doesn't seem like something you would wanna get hit by."

Dean yells as he attempts to smash his staff into the side of the creature but is unsuccessful as the chimera opens up it's wings, pushing Dean back with the air pressure that came from doing so, Boa grabs Dean before he can hit the ground and immediately falls back a couple of meters from the beast with Sinatra soon following suit.

"Ah, this is hopeless…. If we continue like this we might as well not just get exhausted fighting just one beast, that thing would end up killing us."

Sinatra laments in frustration.

"I'm sure we can take it down, so far we have been working apart… I think it's time we worked as a team, I mean this test was meant to access our team with regards to how we work together, right??"

Boa remarks in a way that caused his teammates to agree.

"Alright then, what's the plan."

Dean asks as he gets back to his feet, "The creature can't attack all of us at once, we need to test how thick it's skin is and how fast it is at swinging it's claws as well as using it's wings, also watch out for it's tail… we already know how good it is at maneuvering it's tail. All good??"

Boa stares down the beast as he waits for a response.

"Yeah sure, let's get started."

Sinatra replies with Dean nodding his head in agreement.

"Alright then, here we go."

Boa yells as he takes out a pen knife and cuts his palm.

"Hey."

Sinatra is about to ask why Boa did what he did but is cut short by the advancement of the chimera.

"Split!!" Dean yells as he and Sinatra move in directions sideways to where the chimera was headed leaving Boa in the way of the chimera's charge, Boa smirks after which he clamps his palms together and lets out a growl that stopped the chimera in its tracks.

"Come here and I'll show you that I'm the king of beasts."

Boa snarls as his physical features become more beast like as his sideburns became more prominent, his fingernails turning into beastly claws, his canines became more prominent and sharper with his body hair coming out more.

"I was not expecting that."

Dean comments as he gets into stance as at this time he, Sinatra and Boa had made a triangle with their respective positions in a bid to find out its blind spot, the chimera roars after which it continues it's charge towards Boa, it gets close enough and attempts to smash Boa with its paw but is unsuccessful as Boa steps out of the way in time and leaps into the air landing a blow of his own that offset the balance of the beastly creature, Dean immediately uses the opportunity to land a powerful blow with his staff on the left hind leg of the creature which seemed to do some damage as the chimera could not keep stamina with it anymore, in all the confusion the chimera's tail was trying to bite Sinatra with the female trying her hardest to avoid it's quick jabs at her.

"I can't be useless here."

Sinatra mutters as she takes out a weird looking device that turned out to be a short sword as she pressed a button, before the tail has any chance to attack again, Sinatra leaps into the air and lands on the chimera's back after which she swings the blade at the tail, cutting through it in one fell swoop.

"Yes."

Sinatra was about to rejoice but was soon unbalanced at the sudden change of the creature's mood as it became more chaotic, Dean gets hit with its left wing and crashes into some trees with Sinatra falling and landing rather heavily on the ground.

"Shit."

Boa mutters as he saw both his teammates on the ground.

"OK that's it, I've had it with you…. Kemono no fukusei(Beast duplication)."

Boa yells as he clasps his hands together after four duplicates of himself appear and proceed to surround the chimera, the chimera roars and tries to smash Boa again but is unsuccessful as Boa and his duplicates begin to move in a circular path around it, Before the chimera can react Boa and his duplicates begin to leap in the air and cut the beast at different places, bouncing around while using the trees and ground around as launch pads to continue the assault which was starting to make impact on the beast's skin with several deep cuts being made on the chimera's skin.

"Good, it seems if I keep on attacking in such manner I might be able to break it's skin even further."

Boa thinks to himself as he keeps going with even more vigor, Sinatra opens her eyes and gazes upon Boa's assault on the creature.

"Boa is taking on the chimera alone, I need to help him out."

Sinatra mutters to herself as she gets to her feet with some difficulty.

"if only I could damage its wings in some way."

Sinatra thinks to herself.
