[1-Year Time Skip]

It's been an entire year since Bibi Dong adopted Bibi Yue, and a lot has happened in such a short amount of time.

Bibi Yue has grown quite big compared to when Bibi Dong had first found him, it's remarkable how fast his intelligence developed too. Given that a 10,000-year-old spirit beast usually has the intelligence of a little kid; Bing Yue almost reached that level in one year.

On another note, his insatiable curiosity and infinite energy never changed a beat since she first found him.

Bibi Dong experience one of the biggest, if not THE biggest, changes in her life over this past year. The previously apathetic persona had turned to that of a loving mother, caring and playing with her children as they grew up right before her eyes. Even though one of her children was a spirit beast, her love didn't change.

"MAMA! MAMA! I-I wuv u!" Renxue childishly exclaimed as she snuggled in the embrace of her mother, who smiled beautifully.

Bibi Dong separated a bit as she softy pinched Renxue's chubby cheeks with her free hand, pulling on it a little as Renxue protested. Holding the hand that was pinching her, she spoke.

"MOOOM! SHtaap! SHtaaap! it hhhurtz!" Renxue had tears collecting in her eyes as she desperately tried to pull the hand away from her cheek.

Bibi Dong let out a giggle as she let go of her cheek, leaving a red mark in its place. She then stared at her baby's eyes, which were at the brink of a downpour as she apologized and pulled little Renxue into her embrace.

"Hehehehe. Awweee don't cry, come here! Tell mama who hurt you, I'll show them what it means to make my baby cry."

Just when the little girl was about to speak her mind, a little creature made itself known.

Meeeeoow!

Bibi Yue jumped up and clung on to Bibi Dong's white dress with an expectant gaze.

Looking down, the mother and daughter pair stopped as they faced Bibi Yue's expression, one which screamed the pinnacle of cuteness.

Bending down, Bibi Dong placed little Renxue on the soft wool carpet as she immediately rushed to hug Bing Yun. He was almost the same size as her, standing on his hind legs with the support of the dress.

Bibi Dong pouted as she felt hopeless. Never in her life did she think she would lose to a spirit beast, especially losing in the affection of her own daughter.

Bibi Yue was the name she had given to him, it was also the only one of her children she actually got to name, so it meant a lot for it to be perfect.

Bibi Yue had a special meaning, Bibi meaning beautiful, and Yue meaning moon.

But it was much deeper than that.

He was family.

Ever since she brought him in a year ago, their little family of three became lively and happy, which was way more than she could ask for. The difference between with and without them is comparable to Heaven and Earth.

Bibi Dong wasn't the only one that loved Bibi Yue, rather, the one who loved him even more than her was little Renxue.

There hadn't been a single day she slept without cuddling Bibi Yue. She became obsessed with how fluffy his fur was. It was like a cool pillow that you could infinitely sink into.

When they weren't cuddled up, they were running around chasing each other for hours on end. As Renxue got older and her brain developed, they started playing with toys, role-playing with dolls, crashing little wooden carriages against each other. When the wooden parts came loose, Bibi Dong always came to put them back together for them to play again.

"Kit-Kat! Pway! Pway!" Little Renxue dragged Yue away to a corner where all sorts of toys were neatly placed.

Kit-Kat was the nickname little Renxue called him by since it was hard for her to pronounce Bibi Yue. She had come up with it after her mother had told her that Bibi Yue was a kitten that would become a cat in the future.

Kit-Kat came from the combination of Kit from kitten and kat, which was how she pronounced cat.

Little Renxue's baby blue eyes twinkled in beautiful brilliance as the sun reflected off them as she stared at the boundless scarlet beauty of Bibi Yue's eyes. Placing him down, she rubbed the back of his ear, which was a weak spot as she gently caressed the snow-white insides of his ear with her thumb. The pleasure caused Yue to purr in ecstasy as he moved his head closer.

Rolling around, Yue playfully showed off his snow-white belly and paws as Renxue giggle.

Bibi Dong soon joined them as she sat on the opposite side of Renxue. Her long wavy blond hair draped down her back as she tucked loose strands behind her ears as they cascaded down to her chest. Her beauty was unmatching, her ruby eyes full of life complimented her blond hair as her fair skin and perfect complexion sealed the deal.

She slowly caressed his belly with her slender fingers gently grazing over his skin.

Seeing that he was enjoying it, she looked up and motioned Renxue to do the same.

Gently holding her baby's hand, she guided her as they rubbed his belly together. The belly of the kitten was a super-sensitive area, so it wasn't often that he let them rub it. Being gentle was the key, and it paid off as they heard him purr like never before.

Unknowingly, a beautiful smile blossomed on her rosy lips.

Hours later, they had played and played, and now they crashed sound asleep.

Sleeping on their mother's lap as she gazed at them full of love and care.

Settled next to the window, the gentle evening breeze brushed upon their cheeks as it cooled their bodies and soothed their skin.

The moon shone on their bodies as it provides light to such a mesmerizing scene, one which belonged in a mystical painting.
