Chapter 8: The pet Shop

After Yi Jing answered Qi Feng's question, both put back on their shoes. After Yi Jing puts on his shoes he walks up to Xia who was laying on the couch.

As Yi Jing stands in Front of the couch he crouches down and starts petting Xia over her stomach and says with a sweet voice and a smile on his face

"Just wait a little bit more, we will get you some good food".

As he finished his sentence Xia looks at him and "meows" at him, right after Xia meowed Yi Jing stands back and says.

"Let's go to Qi Feng, we need to buy the best food".

Right after Yi Jing talks with Xia Qi Feng walks out of the front door of his apartment and Yi Jing follows him after they walk down the stairs and out of the apartment building.

After they leave the apartment building they see all the damage the demons did to the city from destroying whole buildings to ripping up most of the streets and destroying cars, as Qi Feng sees that he screams.

"What the hell the city is destroyed".

Yi Jing slaps Qi Feng on his back and says in a little cocky voice.

"Yea that's how reality looks like she is brutal".

Qi Feng stutters and answers.

"I s-see, but now that I saw how the city looks I don't think any pet shop will be open now".

After Yi Jing hears Qi Feng saying that he thinks that no pet shop is open now he turns his head towards Qi Feng and says with a curious voice.

"But you don't know that for sure so let's go quick"?

As Qi Feng hears that he starts walking down the street toward the pet shop and says.

"Then let's go".

Right as Yi Jing hears that he starts sprinting toward Qi Feng, right as he is on the same level as Qi Feng, he grabs him and carries him under his arm.

Immediately After he grabbed Qi Feng he crouches down, in the same second he crouches down he jumps up into the air and says in a calm voice.

"Wear is the pet shop".

Qi Feng tries to turn his head toward Yi Jing and answers very loudly and screams.

"Why the hell do you never ask me before you jump up in the air, and now the ground is completely shattered in front of my apartment".

Right as Qi Feng stops screaming Yi Jing looks down at Qi Feng smiles and says in a cocky voice.

"I thought you like it so this is why I never asked you and the whole city is destroyed so what does that change, the building is not even damaged so calm down, and now wear is the pet shop".

Qi Feng Just answers by pointing to the building in which the pet shop is, right as he points at the building the pet shop is in, Yi Jing starts dashing in the direction of the pet shop.

After 7 seconds he landed right in front of the pet store without splattering the ground, right as Yi Jing let go of Qi Feng and fell onto the ground Qi Feng looked up at Yi Jing and screamed.

"Are you serious"?

As Qi Feng finishes screaming Yi Jing looks down at him and says in a confused voice.

"WHAT WHAT WHAT did I do".

After Yi Jing answers Qi Feng stands up and looks Yi Jing straight into his eyes and says with an angry voice.

"You don't know what you did, first of all, you just dropped me on the ground and you didn't even care and the second thing is you can land without breaking the ground under you".

After Qi Feng stopped Screaming at Yi Jing, Yi Jing screeched at the back of his head and answered very confusedly.

"I get the first point of yours that I shouldn't have dropped you but the second thing with breaking the ground I don't get"?

As Yi Jing finishes talking Qi Feng looks at him and just shakes his head and says annoyed.

"You don't get it, whatever. Let's just get inside now and buy food for Xia".

Right as he finished talking he walked past Yi Jing and towards the pet shop, as he walked past Yi Jing he turned around and walked after Qi Feng.

As Yi Jing enters the store he looks around and sees all the things that are available in the store, a lot of magic and non-magic pets, additional equipment like Food or armor, and much more stuff as he says overwhelmed

"Wow this place is incredible, a place like this didn't exist 10 years ago".

Qi Feng looks at him and smiles and says.

"I will buy the food and you can look around".

Immediately as Qi Feng says that Yo Jing runs immediately to the magic pets and starts looking at them, he sees a whole bunch of different Magic pets from little dragons, and pigs with wings, to giant lizards with fire and magma on them.

But as he sees a white snake with green eyes he runs to her as fast as he can to the Cage she is in, as he stands in front of the Cage he sees around the snake a green aura, as he puts his face closer to the Cage the aura disappears.

Right after she disappeared he turns around and starts running true the shop and looks for Qi Feng, right as he finds him standing in front of the cat food Shelf he says.

"Come with me I need to show you something".

In the same second, he says that he grabs Qi Feng's arm and runs back to the snake.
