Chapter 7, The hookup

*General Aaliyah POV*

After school and going to the house, Aaliyah saw them

The two monsters that have a hold over her didn't want to let go

The house wasn't big and was in a small neighborhood, every time she went in they stared at her intensely

They barely gave her food and water which wasn't the worse of it because almost no shower time was given, she had to sneak out or wash in some secluded area

Lockering herself in the room, she took outnher things and went to her bed

She laid down for a few minutes then got up and went to her small desk cluttered with things

Opening up a notebook, a crazed wide smile went on her

She began by drawing a few shapes and other elements to a drawing then added a lot of touches to it

If Kronos saw this he'd know this is an almost exact portrait of himself

With upmost precision Aaliyah meticulously drawed Kronos and twenty minutes later she was done

Chiseled face of Impassivness and a piercing gaze with his black empty suffocating eyes

Last she saw him lean muscles were seen clearly on his arms and legs especially those abs...

'He's the one. The single organism in life that can guide me, to be with me always, I feel so threatened by him...Ohhhh I feel my heart explod-'

"NO FOOD FOR TWO MONTHS!" Aaliyah was abruptly cut of from thinking anything more and she hurriedly went to the door

She opened it to see the grandma instead of the grandpa

"Why though?"

"YOUr FATher iS TRying tO Find Us" The woman grandma went into her room and saw her drawing

Turning its head to Aaliyah its body started to morph

It's head shriveled up and wings and two horns grew, the body became shriveled up and the hands grew sharp talons

It grew taller to seven foot and its feet getting bigger grew talons as well

Aaliyah stumbled back and was quite frightend at the moment

She grabbed a knife that she had on and tried stabbing the creature coming at her to no avail

Before she could get out of the room, the creature with fast speed slashed at her chest and grabbed her neck

Gripping her neck the creature, looked into Aaliyah's frightened eyes

"NO mORE WAITING"

*Kronos General POV*

Vroooooom

Going full throttle in his car in a couple minutes Kronos saw the house that the private investigator had told him

It was in a small neighborhood and was very depleted; the wood paint was peeling off and the front yard was black

Only a bicycle in the patio was present

Kronos vaguely sensed something and concentrated

A pensive face went on him disturbing the usual blank one and he went to the car, he currently had on some cargo jeans and a black shirt alongside his black white striped jacket

He also put on some black gloves and with that he strode to the house

"You know, no one should touch what is mine...else..." Standing outside the front door, he pushed it open to see the creature and Aaliyah in its grasp

"Distasterous things will happen" Kronos raised his left arm toward a certain direction, his hand was extering force and a second later the tensa zangestsu sword flew into his hand

He then extended his right arm and the house shaked, the ground trembled

Blowing apart entirely, old materials blew in different directions

In the middle stood the creature with Aaliyah in its grasp

The monster creature's neck with invisible force went to Kronos

"Eep!" The monster yelped as Kronos sliced the arm holding Aaliyah, he grabbed her body and pulled her close to him

Before the monster could do anything else, Kronos clenched his hand and the monster blew apart

Green slime and instesticles splattered everywhere

Kronos fortunately made a barrier around him and the teenager next to him

Aaliyah still a little frightened by everything squirmed her body and shivered

She was not weak minded at all but the green blood and insides dug into her

The house blowing apart like it was sand astonished her well

Turning her head to see him and his black void like eyes, locking his eyes to her he frowned deeply

"You know, I thought you had an apartment and a big family, I didn't imagine this." He said this and Aaliyah sighed

"Do you know of the Greek Gods? They had children and unfortunately I am one of them, Ares is my father." Kronos nodded at this because, he was very well aware of their existence and the doom he would bring upon them....

He had a notion that she was a demigod according to his keen senses

"Ares, he killed my mother and brother for the sake of teaching me obedience. The gods are cruel and I despise them" She this with firmness and he could see that her hatred for them was at a level similar to him

Holding her with care, he went to his sports car and let go of her

"My past is as cruel as yours, the Goddess of the hunt as hypocritical as she is destroyed my life when she killed both of my parents. Some gods and Goddesses are cruel some are benevolent and some are unforgiving, Aaliyah." He said this and Aaliyah standed there with her dress on and hands not moving looking at him

Kronos had decided, he would help her in exchange for Loyalty

Let's be honest, the whole moral code and principles didn't apply to him as he is no hero and will do whatever the heck he wants

The thing that separates the gods from him though is that he will openly embrace his darkness

'Divine' powers. Don't make him laugh, those Divine powers are nothing in the grand scheme of things

They the gods sitting in their comfy chairs on Olympus dare to sit, they are all in all a speck of dust in the infinite cosmos

Only if you keep moving forward and never stop can something be done.

"Loyalty. All I need is Loyalty from you and together, the end of the gods shall be nigh" Impassively saying this, Aaliyah with no sort of hesitation put her hand on his

"Kronos, I won't betray or leave you. Ever."

"That's good, you can live with me now and use my money, were marrying in a year" Aaliyah entered the passenger seat in the car and he started the car

At first after hearing this she agreed and in a few seconds realized what he said, essentially she would marry him and that's that

A very big blush appeared on her face and she had tears coming down

Ignoring her since an emotional breakdown is common with wome*COUGH* humans and thought nothing was wrong

Marring after a short time he knew was not something in modern day, but who cared he is free spirited

He drove to the house and parked the car in the front driveway

Aaliyah got out and totally amazed by the sports car stopped and looked around to take in everything

She walked to the gold statue and saw the similar features

"Your statue will be right next to me soon." Butterflys fluttered in her heart and her head exploded, he led her to the house and showed her around

He also explained how he made money and all the knowhow

He made a fresh pepperoni pizza and they both went to the living room, decorated with paintings and tapestries

Aaliyah eventually asked how he did the sword stuff and the powers, he said he has some secrets that even he cannot share with her

Eating up and showing her a empty room to stay in, he went to the fitness room
