Odin and Ancient One weren't the only ones to feel the changes in Adam, various beings from across the universe did as well.
The Elders of the Universe, Thanos, all dimensional beings connected to the universe, as well as many on Earth such as Professor X, Jean Grey, and Emma Frost felt a powerful entity awaken.
Only the eldest of them knew just who entered, they have delt with people who have crossed over into their universe before multiple times, of those that knew and were of the evil or chaotic alignment all held their breath collectively.
In general the DC Universe is on a much higher level than Marvel, especially after Flashpoint. Before Flash decided to play with time and go back to save his mother from being killed by the Reverse Flash the universes were about equal, if not a little weaker.
But once Flashpoint happened, DC became much higher. For example, before Flashpoint Namor was much stronger than his counterpart Aquaman, Ironman had the edge over Batman, Gladiator would've stomped Superman, Hulk and Thor could basically one man the whole Justice League by themselves. The list goes on and on.
After Flashpoint all that changed, every hero and villian got a massive boost in powers and abilities. Now not even Doctor Strange could hold his own in the DC Universe. Doctor Fate would easily overpower Doctor Strange, Wonder Woman could wreck the whole Avengers team by herself, as could Batman.
Although Batman remained human, he was borderline a metahuman. Many say his power was plot armor, but that wasn't it, he is literally the world greatest detective. He could problem solve anything. He could see thru schemes easily, this was why everyone mistakes him for being only relative due to plot armor.
It says alot about Bruce Waynes deductive ability when even a kryptonian, who is potentially one of the smartest and most intelligent race within the DC universe basically referred to Batman to come up with strategys.
Even the Presence who was equivalent to The One Above All became much stronger than his Marvel counterpart.
There was another set of individuals who had detected Spectre fully entering the universe.
In a diner in Texas, a handsome man with strawberry blond hair and blue eyes wearing a black leather motorcycle jacket and dark sunglasses and hat, to help hide his identity, froze in the middle of his meal mid bite.
His fork fell from his hand, making a load clang, which caused many of the customers and staff take notice.
Johnny Blaze, one of the more powerful versions of the Ghost Rider within the Cinematic universe, quickly regained control of his powers before he involuntarily changed into his Ghost Rider persona.
After dropping a wad of cash on the table to pay for his meal and tip, he dashed out the front door, the patreons and staff all thinking the man crazy, got on his custom Harley and rode to see his mentor Carter Slade.
At the same time, an old man with grey hair and blue eyes was working at digging a grave within the cemetery he worked at. As he shoveled the dirt he froze, a very familiar feeling came over him, his eyes widened as he looked up into the sky towards where Adam was.
This was Carter Slade, he was the previous Ghost Rider before Johnny Blaze, now he is known as Phantom Rider since the Ghost Rider mantle was now Johnny's. Carter Slade was surprised by this feeling, he has had dealings with Spectre in the past, so he knew that evil was royally screwed. He began to uncontrollably laugh as he thought about how Mephisto was probably shitting his pants at this very moment along with the other Lords of Hell.
In a automotive repair shop called Canelo's Auto and Body in Los Angeles California, a young dark haired hispanic high-school teen was working on his 1969 black Dodge Charger making upgrades to the engine to his car.
As he was tightening the last bolt on the new supercharger he was installing, he felt a strong force that made the entity inside him flustered, this caused him to drop the ratchet he was using.
This young man was Roberto "Robbie" Reyes and is the third person within the Marvel Cinematic Universe to utilize the name of Ghost Rider.
While not technically a Spirit of Vengeance, instead he was possessed by his satanic Serial killer uncle, Eli Marrow, who had kidnapped and murdered at least 37 people in ritualistic manners. He was eventually gunned down by police, his soul had possessed the Dodge Charger that Robbie "borrowed".
Not only that but Eli had also been the one to push Robbie's mother down a flight of stairs while she was pregnant with his younger brother, Gabe Reyes, causing him to be born disabled.
Robbie was a street racer, he entered races to win prize money to help pay for his brothers medical care, he was also wanting to get enough to move out of the dangerous, gang-ridden streets of East Los Angeles.
He hadn't realized that within the trunk of the Charger, were highly valuable experimental pills that a mercenary group had found out about, during a race they gunned him down, killing him within the car, he was resurrected by his uncle's spirit.
Turning him into something akin to a demonic entity, Robbie instead of going after innocent people like his uncle Eli, he went after gang mambers and mercenaries instead.
Eli felt the entrance of Spectre, although he had no clue what it was, he felt an eminent threat. Robbie hadn't came into contact with Johnny Blaze yet, who upon meeting Robbie had used his Penance Stare on Eli's spirit, effectively turned Robbie into a different kind of Spirit of Vengeance.
Eli tried to take over Robbies body, to try to hide within Hell till he could figure out what danger he was in, unfortunately for Eli his nephew Robbie was strong willed. He was taking care of his brother, so he wouldn't allow himself to leave his brother.
So Eli began to explain to Robbie that he needed to not utilize his new powers until they figured out what was causing this feeling.
Meanwhile Adam was coming back from the stasis, his body slowly landed on the moon, then a orange light emmited from his armor slightly.
Both Odin and Ancient One watched in amazement as time began to reverse, the damage caused by Adam's fight with Chthon's conduit began to reverse, repairing the planet completely.
Ancient One released a sigh, "This universe will never be the same, I almost feel sorry for he who we don't name."
Odin chuckled, "Very true, however not just him but the Council as well, you seem to know this entity. Has it been to Midgard before?"
Odin asked curiously as he too felt the difference in Adam's aura, although he is full of knowledge, Asgard hadn't really paid much attention to Midgard for a long time due to dealing with their own various issues that arose.
"Yes, he has been here along with various others from that universe that sits next to ours. There have been several that have found their way into our universe one way or another. He comes from the same universe as our friend Nabu." Ancient One responded.
Nabu was part of the Egyptian pantheon, many of who had left for other universes during a war of the various pantheons that had started. Rather than choosing a side, they tried to remain neutral since the Egyptian pantheon saw no real benefit other than each pantheon trying to steal each others divinity, but when they realized that neutrality was impossible they chose to leave. They didn't wish to end up fighting friends that were on both sides.
"Ah so Nabu found peace, why does this Adam share a similar power with Mephisto's little bounty hunter I wonder." Odin said mainly to himself as he turned to see the battle taking place with the dark elves.
Ancient One shook her head, "Similar, but far more dangerous. The Ghost Rider has a similar role, but Spectre is far more dangerous."
While both Spectre and Ghost Rider are both Spirits of Vengeance, they were also very different. Spectre was a few levels higher in power than the Ghost Rider, they also worked differently as well.
The biggest difference was in their limitations, while Ghost Rider was one of the most powerful being on Earth, there were limitations on that power.
For instance what happened during the events of World War Hulk. After becoming King of Sakaar, by killing the previous king after he survived the gladitorial arena he had been put thru, right when he found happiness in a wife and baby on the way, the ship that he was exiled from Earth by the Illuminati exploded.
Blaming the Illuminati for killing his new home, including his pregnant wife, Hulk returned to Earth. He was never before so angry, so he easily began taking out heroes left and right. He was on a completely different level of strength then they had ever seen, it didn't help that both Hulk and Bruce Banner were one, so he wasn't a mindless beast on a rampage like he usually was.
He went after the Illuminati which was made up of Reed Richards, Tony Stark, Charles Xavier, Namor and Blackbolt. This pit Hulk against all the X-men as well as all other heroes that survived after the Civil War. He crushed them all with ease.
Johnny Blaze seeing the heroes fall one by one he decided to turn into Ghost Rider to stop the Hulk. Although Ghost Rider is potentially stronger than Hulk, that is only if Ghost Rider deems Hulk a sinner.
Needless to say Johnny Blaze was also defeated, when Johnny was knocked unconscious the Ghost Rider took over. But Ghost Rider didn't attack Hulk, he agreed with Hulk that the Illuminati were the guilty ones. So after a nod the Ghost Rider left Hulk to do as he pleased and just rode off to do his own thing.
This is where the Ghost Rider and Spectre differed greatly. Ghost Rider was ultimately the judge, not his host. With Spectre this was the opposite, the host was the one to judge.
Spectre's host acted as more of a fair guidance, without a host Spectre has no way of determining the seriousness of a sin, therefore he would kill people for petty crimes like jaywalking or littering.
So the host was actually the one to determine the level of punishment sinners would receive, and with near-limitless capabilities such as reality warping, invulnerably, and absolute strength. Anything the host wished to do to judge someone was possible.
Not even the All-Rider, which is the strongest Ghost Rider within Marvel, and who Robbie Reyes eventually becomes, doesn't come close to reaching the power of the Spectre.
Ghost Rider had tried to use his Penance Stare on Thanos and Thor before, while it did affect both, it couldn't kill them.
Spectre has defeated beings on a much higher level than both Thanos and Thor. Anti-Monitor, Darkseid, Eclipso, First of the Fallen, Neron, Wotan and The In-Betweener just to name a few of the most notorious villians, all of whom could crush Thanos and Thor with varying levels of difficulty.
Adam used his knowledge to quickly reign in the aura of Spectre, he had sensed many eyes on him, so although he himself didn't fear most of them, there were entities that could create problems for his people.
Beings like Mistress Death, Eternity, The One Above All, and The One Below All would not be affected by Spectre's abilities as much. It would basically be a constant stalemate if they battled.
Adam looked at the Darkhold, releasing a sigh since he no longer needed the books now that he had become the host to Spectre, he decided to just take the book as a lure.
Even with the power of the Spectre he wouldn't be able to destroy the book, it was indestructible, but it was also a conduit to Chthon's dimension. He could use it to either access Chthon's dimension or wait for Chthon to try to access the physical plane thru the book and keep Chthon at bay with ease.
Both the Darkhold and Book of Cagliostro floated into Adams hand, turning to Ancient One Adam tossed the Book of Cagliostro to her and commented, "Make sure you don't lose it again. I will be keeping the Darkhold, I have unfinished business with Chthon. If you ask nicely, I may be willing to retrieve that piece of your soul that is in Dormammu's hands."
Ancient One's eyes widened at Adam's comment, this was a well guarded secret of hers that very few people knew about, after quickly recovering from this revelation she couldn't help but ask, "Do you really come from that universe? I have a feeling you do not. None from that universe would be able to know such things unless I actually utilized the power of the Dark Dimension itself."
"Perhaps one day I shall tell you. Odin, I thank you for the assistance earlier. In exchange allow me to give you something in return, in the form of knowledge. Hela will return, and I don't mean after your passing either."
Adam had sensed it, Thanos was already working on freeing Hela from the seal Odin had placed on her. Thanos knew Hela was Mistress Death's champion, he had felt threatened by Adam's growing strength.
Frank Castle and the mercenary company he led had been fighting the Chitauri as well as members of the Black Order here and there across the galaxy. So to drastically increase his fighting force he had decided to join forces with Hela, she was a force to be reckoned with.
Hearing this Odin's demeanor changed, a mix of emotions filled his heart. Regret and fear. Regret because it was he who turned his own daughter into a weapon, fear because she would bring Ragnorok to Asgard.
Regaining control of his emotions Odin gave Adam I nod, "Thank you Adam, this information is quite valuable and a massive help to my people. I must apologize for my previous behavior to you, I was unaware you too were an agent of Order. Also I must return to Asgard to prepare for my daughters arrival, you have saved many Asgardian lives by providing this information. If you would please inform my son to return once he has completed his little payback I would appreciate it, also you and your people are welcome in Asgard from here on."
After receiving a nod from Adam, the Bifrost opened and Odin returned to Asgard to begin preparing for Hela, leaving Adam and Ancient One alone.
They both turned to watch the battle between the UNSC and Thor against the dark elves, which was coming to a close.
