After Jay was almost finished undressing, he spotted Linda walking past him, "Hey!" he shouted to her.
Linda turned around and asked, "What's up?"
"Um" Jay awkwardly mumbled and hugged her.
"Hah, what are you doing?" Linda asked while giggling.
"Hugging you… don't die," Jay said soberly.
"Humph, worry about yourself," Linda pouted, but returned the hug.
"And put me down…"
"Oh, yes" Jay noticed that he was hugging and holding her in the air.
He placed her back on the ground and scratched his neck shyly.
Jay turned right and his face paled.
John was standing there and grinning – MENACINGLY!
'Fuck me…'
"Smooch, smooch – Jay and Linda under a tre-" John started 'reenacting' their interaction.
*Slap* "Shut up!" Linda slapped John on his arm with a blush.
Jay didn't stay for the conversation and went back to his dorm, where he continued undressing.

All of us were moved to the lab. (I think it was not on Reach in canon, but let's say it's on Reach.
We moved into a strictly metal room and waited there standing in two rows…

A metal door in front of us opened and Linda – who was in front walked in.
'This will hurt' Jay thought. He could see scientists and doctors standing next to an operating table. And his [Danger Sense] was screaming at him – warning him of the room's danger.

"Jay 007, enter!" a guard shouted, and Jay walked through the metal door.
Once he walked inside a doctor motioned Jay towards a table and said, "Lay on the table, please,"
Jay did as tell and laid there. After a couple moments, robotic hands and doctors surrounded him.
One doctor placed a mask (IDK what their called, the ones that put you to sleep, when your undergoing surgery) on him and he was quickly losing consciousness.
He was almost asleep, but then a thought surfaced on his mind, 'I should have probably informed Dr. Halsey about my regeneration…' but he passed out shortly after.

"What is that boy Halsey?!" a man demanded answers.
"The 'soldier' you demanded," she answered calmly.
"WE DEMANDED A SOLDIER NOT A MONSTER!" another man shouted.

"Then what is he? A soldier's skin is not impervious to bullets"

"A soldier does not heal wounds in minutes. When undergoing the operation, we needed to FORCE his flesh apart!"

"So that's it? He has gone beyond 'humanity'. He is the savior WE need. For gods' sake think of the future."
"We have humanity's best soldiers undying loyalty! And even if we did not… how will we eliminate a 'monster' like him, hm?"
