Two scientists from the future got sent back in time as a result from an experiment gone wrong. Only, their bodies stayed there, and their mind occupied someone else's. . . . . . This is a work of Fiction, and some of the characters depicted received a lot of modifications and historical inaccuracies. I don't mean to offend anyone with my depiction of this story and I apologize if I do.

<Warning, the simulation failed, heat redundancy insufficient, the explosion is imminent>
"Try with the amalgamation of titanium and nanocarbon!" This has to work, we don't have much more time.
<Calculation with new materials… Calculation Completed. Viable Numbers. Simulation with new materials…>
"Please make this work…"
<Simulation Completed. Warning, the simulation failed, the titanium and nanocarbon link aren't strong enough to contain the blast. The explosion is imminent>
"F*ck! James, titanium and nanocarbon won't work either. Cassie ran the sims and it failed again. What do we do?"
"How long do we got?"
"Cassie?"
<Calculation of the Detonation time... Calculation impossible, data insufficient>
"She can't determine it! How did this happen? Sh*t, has anyone run simulation before turning it on?"
"They didn't bother, most of the technicians in this place don't care about accidents anymore…" Goddamnit. Since they made the skinsuits more available, a lot of people aren't afraid of death anymore, so many people die from carelessness, accidents or just pure curiosity.
"Well I do, I don't care about dying, I'll just shift skin, but the materials are getting more and more expensive. And we're only losing time we don't have by starting from scratch!"
"I know. Oh, wait, did you try ceramics?"
"Ceramics?"
"To reinforce the link. It shouldn't stop nor delay the explosion, but could help spread most of the heat and reduce the blast radius." Right, I remember they used that with wheeled cars, CMC disc brakes I think. The ceramic matrix bonded with carbon to create a stronger link, reducing the thermal shock on the brakes.
"Right! Cassie, run the simulations with a ceramic matrix composite with nanocarbon!"
<Calculation with new materials… Calculation Completed. Viable Numbers. Simulation with new materials… Simulation Completed. The simulation succeeded, the explosion's blast has been reduced to 1/10th of the previous calculated radius. Warning, the explosion is imminent>
"James, it worked, the blast is down to 1/10th. Alright, Cassie, send the files to the 3D printers and set up the heat shield. Transmit the the files to Nessa for SatStorage as well. Priority One."
"Nessa started the sat transfer. Do we have enough time to install it before the boom?"
"We'd better, it costs a fricking fortu—
<WARNING EXPLOSION IN 14 SECONDS WARNING EXPLOSION IN 13 SECONDS WARNING…>
"Sigh… Welp, at least we have the saves. Right, Cassie?
<Save files sent to sssssssssss-
"Cassie? James, Cassie is not answering!"
"Yeah, same for Nessa, I think there are electromagnetic interferences."
<WARNING EXPLOSION IN 4 SECONDS WARNING EXPLOSION IN 3 SECOND…>
"Damn... See you later in a new skin, James."
"See you la—"
Before he manages to say anything, the explosion cuts him off. An extremely fast white flash robs me of my consciousness.
