Chapter 015 - The Legendary Fugitive Bop!

"Let me upgrade you!" Bop said to Bob inside the Thesarius' space.

"Upgrade?- Wait!" Policeman Bob shouted to Bop in his mechanical voice.

Bop didn't let Bob think as he already began tinkering with Bob's A.I. Core.

Bop, by reading through some of the priceless books inside the Thesarius had already accumulated a lot of knowledge regarding technology... In fact "a lot" would be an understatement.

He could even tinker with Simple A.I. Cores now! Thanks to his understanding of them and the inspiration he got from Policeman Bob's broken A.I. Core that opened him to the possibilities of robots gaining self-awareness, Bop could finally understand how to give Simple A.I. Cores true self-awareness.

*Clank Tank Click* Some mechanical noises sounded as Bop tinkered.

"There! Done!" Bop happily signaled to Policeman Bob that he was finished.

"I feel, I feel different" Policeman Bob couldn't believe what he was feeling right now. He felt free as if his clouded mind suddenly became clear.

"Come on let's get out of here" Bop gestured to the bewildered Bob who felt like a newborn baby.

"Wha!!!" Bop and Policeman Bob reappeared out of nowhere, greatly surprising Ducio.

"Oh, it's just you! Don't scare me like that! Sheesh..." *Hoo Hoo Hoo* Ducio began to deep breathly.

"Where the hell did you go anyway! Suddenly disappearing on me like that..." Ducio cried.

"I just had a little talk with my buddy over here" Bop patted Policeman Bob on his monitor-shoulders.

"Hello, sir criminal!" Bob friendly greeted Ducio.

"Ughhh... Hi? You sure this bot's safe" Ducio asked Bop.

"Sure! 100%" Bop reassured Ducio.

"Were friends" He added as he and Policeman Bob made a weird handshake that only served to worry Ducio more.

"So... How do you plan to get outta here?" Ducio asked with great worry.

*Glug glug glug* A policeman drunk some beer almost passing out while the others were also too drunk to even notice Bop and party.

"Well look at that, I guess we didn't even need to do anything..." Ducio sighed in relief.

"But are you really realllly sure they're sleeping? What if they're just pretending to be asleep THEN BAM! Your caught criminal!" Bop shouted.

"Sir Bop truly has an intelligent mind" Policeman Bob complimented.

Ducio stared at the two morons confused whether he should be laughing at them or cry that he was stuck with them.

"I will make sure to incapacitate them!" Policeman Bob shouted as he lunged at the sleeping Policemen.

"Wait, you idiot!" Ducio cried out. Sadly it was already too late.

Policeman Bob accidentally woke up the three policemen with his hand chop.

"Eh?! Why'd the broken robot suddenly hit me?!" A policeman woke up from his slumber when his head was hit by Bob.

"The two prisoners are escaping!" Another policeman who woke up pointed at Bop and Ducio.

"Call the HyperCops!" The first policeman shouted as he reached for a red button under the table that powered up every HyperCop in the small police station.

*BEEP BOP BEEP BOP BEEP BOP* The HyperCop's siren rang throughout the station as 30 HyperCops stopped Ducio and Bop.

"W-Were stuck Bop!" Ducio shouted.

"Don't worry! I have a plan..." Bop calmed Ducio down, showing his "reliable" side.

"Bop!" Ducio, for the first time, thought Bop was reliable.

"It's good you guys came! Catch those three over there! They stole our clothes and are pretending to be cops!" Bop shouted to the HyperCop as he pointed to the real policemen.

"""???""" The HyperCops were extremely confused due to their simple programming.

"I-Isn't that right Bob?" Bop urged Policeman Bob.

"No, aren't we the escaping criminals?"

"""???!!!"""

Policeman Bob made the HyperCops even more confused.

"""W-Were the Criminals???""" Even the drunk policemen were confused at this point.

"Yes! Yes you are!" Bop didn't miss the chance to make the policemen look even more suspicious in front of the HyperCops.

"""Capture! Capture! Capture!""" The HyperCops kept shouting as they ran after the three drunk policemen, who were currently too drunk to even think.

"Ya idiots! The real criminals are escaping!" The 1st policeman shouted.

*Hic* "Yeah, escaping" *Hic* "zzzZZZ" A second policeman too smashed to keep his head up to even refute fell asleep.

Bop gestured Policeman Bob to follow him as the trio "silently" sneaked away.

"Oh yeah, Riley always said to ring the alarm every time criminals escape. Since we're currently escaping I should ring the alarm, right?" Policeman Bob, forever loyal to his duties rang the alarm.

"No you idiot! Stop!" Ducio tried to stop Policeman Bob, but he was prevented so by Bop.

*WEEEWOOOOWEEEEWOOOO* The loud alarm resounded throughout the neighborhood.

"Gahaha, Good job Bob, now a lot more people will know of my grand escape!" Bop loudly approved of Bob's actions.

"What's the use of letting the whole neighborhood we're escaping huh?!" Ducio grumbled to Bop.

"If I'm gonna be a full-blown criminal, might as well be a big one!" Bop's misdirected life had now influenced his misdirected sense of accomplishment.

"Truly great determination, sir! I will try my best to capture you one day!" Policeman Bob clapped at Bop's idiotic words.

[W-Will these idiots be fine???!] Ducio felt afraid for the futures of the two bumbling fools in front of him.

"But why did we lie to those HyperCops? Shouldn't we have told them we were the criminals to maximize infamy?" Policeman Bob asked Bop.

"Argh! You're right!" Bop realized.

"Hey HyperCops! We lied! It was actually ME! The great Bop, who was the real escaping criminal! GAHAHA" Bop shouted as the three of them ran away from the police station.

"""Halt Criminal!""" The 30 HyperCops began to run after Bop and his weird mishmash of a gang but they were too slow compared to Bop and Ducio who was currently carrying Policeman Bob.

"..." At this point Ducio didn't have the power to retort.

"Gehehe, more robots to become my loyal servants! My robot army won't be a faraway dream now!" Bop revealed his intentions of making the robots follow him around.

"Y-You planned this?!" Ducio exclaimed.

But his attention went to the crowd that formed in front of the Police Station.

Instead of getting attention because of their orange jumpsuits that made them stand out as escaped convicts, the people who gathered looked at the loud siren that rang inside the Police Station instead!

[T-This criminal genius! Maybe he wasn't an idiot after all!] Ducio exclaimed in his mind as he saw Bop victoriously smile as if he planned everything beforehand.

[I wonder what he's thinking right now!] Ducio shivered from Bop's confident face.

[Boobs...]

Yes... Bop was currently thinking of Boobs, sadly.

[He must be thinking of some new great heist or somethin'... I should tell pops to never mess with this one! No, I should tell every Gorgrog around!] Ducio noted in his mind as fear and admiration for Bop swelled in his mind, giving the Legendary Fugitive Bop, his first fan.

And so the Legendary Fugitive was born!
