The man called Luo Gong

Luo Gong snapped and was seething with rage even as Min Yunqi tried to heal him. He stopped her, looked into her eyes and said "It's okay. Why are you crying Min. It is going to be okay. Trust me."

After saying this. Luo turned to the master and said "Master of the Fate enforcer guild, Ren Yunqi, I sense that your powers don't originate here. I also understand hints of your purpose, to enforce order onto a world without one. I get it really do and I also know that this name 'Yunqi' that my Min and you carry is not something you are born with but rather are recognitions from the worlds or something like that. I get all of this and what drives you, but tell me this, out of all this higher purpose and what not, where did you get the right to treat her like this? She did not care about this Fate business of yours or what the worlds forced onto her.

Is that why you punish her? You may tell yourself that, but I know what it is, it is just the baseless exercise of your power for power's sake. You wield it because you have it and in that way are controlled by it. She ..She is not.

So for all your ramblings, she is more free with her power, with her feelings, with her love, than you or your bloody destiny could ever hope for.

Now I know that I am just a pilled up cultivator and I have so many anomalies and side effects from her pills. But you know what , I knew that from the start but did it anyway and I don't regret a thing. I even made these side effects into my power and I will show you that right now."

He turned to Min and said "Thank you for being with me all these years. They were pure bliss. Be strong, love."

His impurities started to flow out of him in an uncontrollable wave of Qi. He was going into Qi dissonance, triggered by himself and amplified to an unbelievable mass of energy that also contained all of the effects of his impurities from the pills as well. In a final moment of control, he directed that mass of energy teeming with horrid impurities towards Ren Yunqi.

In a shockwave that obliterated half of the planet, Ren was stacked upon with all the impurities at their strongest form. As they invaded his body, his defenses failed and he too was triggered into a forced Qi dissonance. In the aftermath was his withered body, blackened and burned and after a last breath that said "This is not ove…" , Ren's body withered away into ash that mixed with the rest of the planetary debris. The other masters were burned to oblivion even before Ren.

Min Yunqi had carried Luo Gong back to the flying tower and got them out of the range of his attack. Luo Gong was quickly falling into a state of five witherings where all of the Qi seeps of one's body and they die as the life essence leaves them. He just laid on her lap and smiled to see that she was safe.

Min was screaming out of horror that she was now feeling "No! No! No!!, I will not let this happen. I won't. No"

Luo Gong just smiled and said " You will stop death from the five witherings? Even Yama, the lord of death can't do that. Just, let it be Min. It will be okay." After saying this while putting his palm on her wet cheek, he takes his final breath."

Luo Lianhao could still see the next few scenes even after Luo Gong had died. He wondered why?

After Luo Gong took his last breath, Min Yunqi used some sort of strange technique that bound his soul to hers. And so she would also not fall to side effects of the five witherings, she took a few days to make certain preparations.

She first recorded Luo Gong's memories and a few of hers into the wooden bracelet. She then put a brand, not the soul brand of slaves, but something where she put a piece of her soul into his.

Then she stripped the tower of a lot of its upgrades as she needed the power from teh core to be solely directed to her technique. It became a solely flying tower without any of the upgrades that she had put on them, but with a massive power source containing enough Qi to explode a few planets over and over.

She then used a technique to make herself and Luo reincarnate to a distant planet in the Lower realm. This nullified all her cultivation, all of the prowess she had slowly cultivated. Just her soul and Luo Gong's soul passed through Yama's realm, forcibly opened a crack in the well of souls and made her soul and Luo Gong's soul reincarnate. This took almost all of the energy from the power source and the tower was left to wander the space without any heading.

Min Yunqi had managed to save her memories and a soul artifact that was the wooden bracelet.

She was born as the daughter of the sect master of the Flying tiger sect, but could not tell where Luo's soul had reincarnated except for the fact that it was not very far.

Luo Gong's soul in its pure form, without retaining any of its memories, was attracted to an orphaned baby's body. The baby was about to die when Luo Gong's soul entered it. However, with some quirk of fate, the baby's soul became the dominant one and only Luo Gong's temperament and Min Yunqi's brand were inherited and Luo Gong's soul energy was consumed in healing the orphaned baby's body.

This is where the memories ended. What followed was an incredulous silence, a silence of even his thoughts. After a while Master Yin broke the silence "I knew Yunqi was a weird name. I just did not expect such a coincidence. All of this must have been jarring right Luo? How do you feel?"

"I don't know what to think. A lot of the details about the upper realms were blocked for some reason but the last few memories were very intense and I could see and feel almost everything despite the technique you had cast, master."

"I know. That is how much emotion was carried in the last few memories."

"So am I a reincarnation of Luo Gong master? That's what it seems like to me."

"No, it might not have been very clear to you, but his soul was consumed in healing you. You only inherited his temperament. You are you. Not Luo Gong. Your innate talent is also something you were born with. The only thing you inherited was the brand from Min Yunqi and Luo Gong's temperament.
