Chapter 9: Drugged

"Can I buy you something" he asked. "No" she rejected. "I heard your conversation and this is the least I can do".What? She did not like when someone looked at her with pity. "I said no". "Please accept it ,waiter !!!" He called " one bottle of alcoh….".

" I don't drink" she caught him off. " okay make it water please, a glass of water , is that okay?" . " yes that is fine". She said

The moment she drank the water , she noticed something was wrong. Water is tasteless , but this water tasted so hot, like tequila. The moment she drank it , her body suddenly became warm , and she felt dizzy.

"You…."she pinched her palm with her fingernail ti stay awake. Victoria glared at the man next to her.

"You dare to drug me?!!!" Victoria said cocky, her body excuding a dangerous aura. Walter couldn't jell but feel a sense of panic, but thinking he has drugged her , and she was weak , he suddenly relaxed.

"Miss Victoria, are you not feeling well?" How can I drug you? If you are not feeling well , let me take you upstairs to rest".

" Go upstairs? he is sending me to his bed!!" Victoria screamed in head. She wanted to resis, big because she was drugged , she knew that she couldn't resist him at this moment , so she could only play along with him.

When they were about to take the elevator. Victoria I went , she felt an ardent gaze. She furrowed her brows since the guy looked a little familiar.

With the little strength that she had left , she stepped on walter's foot with her heels and then pushed him away from her.

He winced in pain , " bi***h!"

Because walter was nervous and was waiting for the elevator to open , he didn't pay attention to Victoria. He knew that she was already weak, and there was nothing she can do .

Every action did not go unnoticed by a pair of silvery eyes . He looked at the man who dared to touch Victoria like that and he wanted him dead this instant. His eyes was turning darker by the second into some kind of endless pit and his aura was changing. He knew he was angry but why he cared about this woman like this up to the point his vamparic self was awakening ….

He tried to keep control of his emotions and starting walking towards them excuding a dangerous and scary aura as he pushed her to his side and looked at the man as if he was challenging him.

"Who are you and what do you want?" Walter asked. " You have no right to know me ,all you need to know is that J am the person that will end you !!!!, Deal with him". He commanded his men. They moved and held Walter left and right hands and took him away. " I will handle him my self ". Only the devil knows how angry he was when he saw what that man did. He is going to make sure he breaks every bone in that man's body .

He barely knew Victoria, he didn't know why he was having this possessive thoughts .Because Victoria was weak she slipped and fell into her boss arms and a scene of mint drifted her nose.

"I'm sorry sir," Victoria quickly apologized. She immediately took a step back. She raised her head and looked at the man in front of her. Her original cloudy eyes instantly became sober. The man was wearing a simple black shirt with a few buttons open . He has that appearance that masked him stand out in a crowd . His unfathomable cynical and sexy silvery eyes contrasted exceptionally with his well built face . His eyes were deep and expressive which someone could get lost in it if they stared for too long .

" Umm…. Can you help ma?" Victoria braced herself and grasped Alex's shirt with the last strength she had left.

Alex looked down at Victoria holding his shirt like a gum sticking to a shoe , and looked at her helpless and stubborn eyes.

He carried Victoria and took her to the car .
