Chapter 4

Irregulars, it is a term given to those who have shown any unusual human characteristic besides those who have undergone HAP experimentation/processing. 

Ever since the strange incidents in Heiwa, the number of irregulars have skyrocketed, and there are about 50,000 from Heiwa alone, while the HAP have successfully created 20,000 artificial irregulars before the incident. They called them the next evolution of humanity, however a large number of people disagreed and ran protests to stop these experiments, for in their eyes, they were creating nothing but monsters. However, to others the protesters just looked like another sign that humans tend to fear what they don't understand.

My name is Noah Mydick. Yes, I know my second name sounds weird. It is because, I'm from another world, I've been in this one for the past 3 years and come to think of it, everyone from my world has very strange last names compared to this one's. I'm not sure why, it's like some crazy idea from an author of a web novel looking for something to keep his book more interesting. Anyway, I'm currently looking for my friend Zane Dognigga and my quest to find him has lead me deep into the forest. 

As Noah walked through the forest, he ran into a few smugglers talking about their merchandise, he then came in close, and that was when he found out. Those men where human traffickers! A normal person would try to gather as much information as possible and assess the situation, but Noah wasn't the type of person to see things through when his emotions are in the way. He then used his power and disintegrated all of them, however it left him weakened, the then came behind the truck to save the captured people however, he was unaware that there was one more trafficker he hadn't seen, and since he was too weak to fight, he was beaten easily, tied up and taken to the trafficker's camp.

April 7th 9:00 am 

Jerry at the estate; am I early?

Lara; you came right when you said you would, you must really be bored.

Kagura; it's been a while Jerry, how's the management classes doing for you?

Jerry; boring as hell! I honestly don't even know where to start!

Kagura; we'll you don't have to be bored anymore, we're having a special summit concerning all the executives of the clan and as SL, you have to be there.

Jerry; right, so, how's the clan been under Kurotsuchi and Yuzawa? 

Kagura; why don't you take a look yourself?

Then Jerry, after climbing a tall building looked at a completely rebuild estate. Almost all the roofs were red and at the centre was a tower 30 stories high. 

Jerry; almost better than before.

Kagura; and it only cost us half the price of all our original stocks, needless to say, we're basically broke at this point.

Jerry; so that's what the summit is for.

Kagura; yes, and one other reason.

Jerry; right, also how have things been since you started dating Lara?

Kagura; it is the absolute worst! Honestly I've never seen a more less reasonable woman! She is such a control freak, honestly I enjoyed the days where I could just tease her profusely to get a reaction, but now it's like I'm the one getting purposefully annoyed for the others enjoyment!

Jerry; hey, don't start complaining to me, you're the one who said yes.

Kagura; *sigh, I suppose you're right.

Anyway, you should probably go round and say hi to everyone.

Jerry; yeah, I guess so. Anyway, where does the meeting take place?

Kagura; in 4 hours at the Takaito.

Jerry; wait, you mean that Tower in the centre of the estate?

Kagura; Do you see any other tall towers around?

[btw; Takai to means tall tower duh]

1 hour later…

Itona; TOM WAKE UP ALREADY! ROSE IS HERE!

Tom on his bed; huh what?

Rose; good morning darling!

Tom; Rose what are you doing here? 

Rose; oh did you not forget? This is our last day together before I leave for Heiwa silly.

Tom; oh, alright then…

Wait…

It was at this moment that Tom realized that there was a girl in his room staring at him in his pyjamas and on his bed no less, he then got up and began squirming fanatically before finally calming down.

Rose; Darling, what was with you today? You are normally always chill and serious when you're with me, I was starting to think you couldn't feel anything.

Tom; hey, you just caught me off guard that's all.

Rose; what do you mean by that?

Tom; well…

Itona; what he's trying to say is that when he's out with you he just pretends to not care but since you're here now he wasn't prepared for that act.

Rose, blushing; oh, so you really do get flustered by me!

Tom; it's… not like that. anyway I think I should get changed now shouldn't I?

Rose; oh, that's right! I'll wait downstairs for you.

After she went downstairs…

Tom to Itona; what was that about!

Itona; just take a bath and thank me later.

Tom; but what about the thing with the assassins?

Itona; it'll be fine, trust me, just go take a bath and go on your date.

Tom in the shower; *I guess it's the last day now, it's been an interesting month while it lasted, but at least it's finally over*

About 1 hour later at Rose's house…

Tom; so why did you invite me over?

Rose; because, I have you for the whole day and I want to use that to the fullest! 

Tom; So, where do we start?

Rose; Wana watch some bleach?

Tom; *REALLY!?* sure, why not.

A few hours later…

Rose, with a plate of food; Tom dear, I brought you some food.

Tom; Fried rice! My favourite!

*bite

Tom; It tastes soooooo gooooood!

Rose; I'm glad you're enjoying it. After now, we should go to the arcade or the movie theatre, or we could go watch a live kendo match!

Tom; *😍* 

Wait, hold on, are you only specifically mentioning things I like?

Rose; why not? Today is for you, darling. I want you to enjoy it to the best.

Tom; and if you're going to call me darling, you should have started from the 1st day.

About 1 hour before the meeting…

Jerry in his dressing room; this is going to be such a pain.

Kagura; you're meeting with all the branch family heads and all our high ranking officials and executives on a decision that will impact one of the strongest clans in the world. Of course it's a pain!

However as secret leader, you have an obligation to be there.

Jerry; *sigh*

Kagura; I did here the princess will be there though.

Jerry confused; Seriously?

Kagura; virtually of course.

Jerry; oh, ok then. How does this suit look?

Kagura; you must like black a lot considering it's all over you.

Jerry; I just thought it would look…

Kagura; oh, never mind, just carry on.

At the base of the Takaito (about 10 floors below the surface) a few minutes before the summit…

Random women screaming; AHHHHHHH! IT'S THE SECRET LEADER JERRY SAMA! What! Where is he! Please can I get your autograph! Will you let me bare your child!? He's SOOOOOO HANDSOME! 

Jerry; *this gets old after two years*

[Btw; During the 3 years that Jerry has been secret leader, he has gained massive popularity (especially among the women of the clan) and each day it grew more and more, to put it simply, bro had massive rizz] 

Jerry then waved his hand and then a mild wave of nite left his body, spreading towards the entire floor causing some girls to faint, not because of the nite, but because just feeling the aura he let off was too much for the girls to handle. 

[they were simping hard]

Meanwhile…

Kurotsuchi to Yuzawa; I hope nothing goes wrong this time.

Yuzawa; what do you mean? The last time a summit like this happened, none of us where even around.

Kurotsuchi; that's not what I'm talking about, I'm just bothered that in the past few years, we've lost hundreds of billions, have been set back by an unthinkable amount and that's just the least of our problems. This summit will determine whether our partners, allies, and every connection our clan has made in the past few centuries to stay with us.

Akimichi; you know something? You worry too much, we should just keep a straight face and handle this like we always have. Worrying will solve nothing. 

Yuzawa; the single most sensible thing to come out of your mouth. Anyway, we should sit, Darui, anything you would like to add?

Darui; …

Yuzawa; why am I not surprised.

[ever since Darui returned to the pillars, he's been much more quiet, as well as distant to everyone, almost like he was plotting something]

On the round table having more than 20 seats, sat not just the Da-gen clan's executives, but also people representing the clan's strongest allies, in both business and international relations. As well some higher ups from the Japanese government as well as the JSDF and the Japanese minister of foreign affairs. They all came together and took a seat. Lisa was present but only as a virtual image on a screen hooked up to a drone which had a stand holding it above one of the seats. After they all came in and sat down, Jerry was the only one missing.

Mai Arima [The current minister of international relations] to Yuzawa; Isn't someone missing? Where is he?

Yuzawa; Oh I wouldn't worry about him, in fact, he's already here.

Then, slow footsteps where heard as Jerry stepped into the room, he was walking calmly and elegantly in a way like he owned the place, before he sat down.

Aka Kamijou [a member of the JSDF] to Mai; why would they bring this young man here? Who's he to walk like that anyway?

Most of them glared at Jerry with skepticism and where asking the same thing, but then suddenly, they felt a chill ran down their spines. They couldn't describe it, but it seemed like this young man's presence alone was making them nauseous almost like they could collapse. The Nite in his body was so much that it began to leak out from him, and it was so immense that people who had never experience nite before would instantly collapse, or become disoriented, which the people at the summit were.
