I arrived at where matches of my group were happening.

"You don't have a partner," the teacher asked

"No sir I'm going solo are external weapons are allowed in fights" I inquired because if they are I can't miss the opportunity to test my sword.

"they are allowed bt usually students don't use them because it will hinder their ability to fight in a rhythm with their Martial Spirit."

"Thank you teacher so I will go with the sword"

"Be wary not to hurt anyone severely as your sword looks sharp"

"I will be careful" I thanked him and find myself a seat to watch the battles

Tang San and Xiao Wu are in the other arena so I can't watch them as I have no idea when they will call me. today's battle is a test of stamina because the losing team will get eliminated and the winning team keeps on defending its position in the arena you can also call that the person going last will have more advantage but the person standing for the longest time will have the most experience and maybe in the outside world advantage is more important but when we are learning Experience is the best thing you will get and you shouldn't miss an opportunity to have experience on hand.

"First Battle begins"

In this world, it is courtesy to announce your name, martial spirit, and rank before the battle. They also teach us these things at the academy so we don't wander around and get beaten by some senior for not showing them respect while asking for advice.

I remember him he was the one who was bullying Sister Xiao Wu I didn't get to fight him then but I think I will get my share here after all.

Suddenly Wolf's body is projected behind him his muscles starting to increase and sharp claws can be seen. He dashed towards me I haven't taken out my Martial Spirit and I think that this action really pissed him off all I was carrying is a double edge short heavy sword.

I blocked his claws with the broad side of the sword and tried to hold on there. I can see he was putting all his power and effort he had one white ring but even then he was no match for me after holding out for a second I kicked him in the stomach. he went flying out of the arena.

"Winner is Xiang Chen"

The teacher announced the winner and called for the next participant.
