Chapter 33-Family Meeting

"Well, are you ready?" I asked Rias and Louise as I walked over with Miyuki.

"Yes, I think we can leave, but we'll just pick up the others," Rias said.

"Okay, give me your hands," I said, teleporting to Yumi's room.

"Yumi, are you ready?" I asked as I knocked on the door.

"Yes, Daniel, come in," she said.

We walked into the room and saw Yumi in her school uniform. It looks like she always wears it. I wonder if she even has any other clothes.

"Give me your hand and let's go," I said to Yumi, who took my hand and the five of us teleported to the occult science club.

"Okay, everyone seems to be here, then it's time to teleport," I said, looking around the room.

"But Gasper isn't here yet," Koneko said.

"Hmmm, it's true," I said, teleporting him straight out of training.

"Oh, what?" Where am I? Rias, Mr. Daniel? - spoke up Gasper, as soon as I teleported him. He himself was wearing a sweaty training uniform, which wasn't very appropriate for the place we were heading to.

- So, Gasper, stay still and don't move, I'll fix you up, " I said as I started casting spells on Gasper. I cleaned it first, then removed the old clothes, immediately creating an elegant men's suit in its place. He looked more or less nice now, so I didn't have to worry about his appearance.

"All right, let's go," I said, and everyone stood around me. Except this time, I wasn't just going to teleport. There are too many of us, and I want a little more pathos.

"Come in, gentlemen and ladies," I said, creating a space gap in the middle of the room.

- Wow, " I heard Miyuki say as I walked through the gap and closed it. Miyuki herself was wearing the dress I bought for her, with a cape over it. After all, I wanted to surprise the Gremory family.

"You're just in time, Ms. Rias, Mr. Gaap," Grayfia said from behind us.

"Greetings, Mistress Grayfia," I said, turning to the silver-haired maid.

"Follow me, Lord Gremory and Lady Venelana are waiting for you," she said, leading us deeper into the mansion.

"So, Miyuki, did you like our mansion?" Rias asked Miyuki, who was walking beside her.

"Yes, it's very beautiful, though smaller than Daniel's palace. Yes, and it looks less luxurious in itself, but here you can directly feel the atmosphere of life, " said Miyuki Rias. It's not even clear if she praised her house or not.

"We're here," Grayfia said calmly, opening the huge doors to the hall for us.

"Lord Gaap, greetings!" Come on, settle down! Lord Gremory said to me, gesturing to the seat next to him.

"Lord Gremory! Lady Venelana! I welcome you. I suggest we get rid of the formalities, we're almost related, after all, " I said with a smile, coming closer to them.

"Fine, I was just about to suggest it, you can just call me Zeoticus, Daniel," Zeoticus said to me with a smile.

"Fine, then I'll be happy to sit down," I said.

"By the way, Danielle, would you like to introduce us to your companion?" I also wonder why she's dressed so differently, " Venelana said, pointing at Miyuki.

"Of course. She was one of the reasons I visited you, so you should meet her, " I said as I approached Miyuki.

"Let me introduce you to this beautiful girl – Miyuki Gaap, one of my figures, as well as my fiancee," I said, pulling off the girl's cloak with a sharp movement.

"Oh, my God," Venelana muttered, covering her mouth with her hands.

"That's..." said Zeoticus in shock, taking a closer look at Miyuki's appearance.

"Girl, tell me, what was your mother's name?" Venelana asked Miyuki.

Miyuki looked at me for permission to answer, and I just nodded at her.

"My mother's name was Yukine Kushihashi," Miyuki said carefully.

"So you иreally are Yukine's daughter," Zeoticus said excitedly.

"But how?" Yukine has been dead for a long time, " Venelana said, puzzled.

"Did you know my mother?" Miyuki asked excitedly as she looked at the pair of demons.

"Miyuki, actually I didn't just know Yukine, she was one of my concubines. And you're my daughter, " Zeoticus said, calming down.

"But why?" How did you let my mother die? And why did I have to grow up alone? Miyuki said, clenching her fists.

"Calm down, honey, just wait, I'm sure they'll explain everything to us right now," I said as I hugged Miyuki and looked into Zeoticus ' eyes.

"Yes, Daniel is right, I should explain everything. Yukine and I met about a hundred years ago and immediately fell in love. I took her as a concubine and immediately introduced her to the rest of my family and to my surprise, she became one of Venelana's best friends and they became very close friends. But there was one thing, Yukine didn't want to become a demon, she told me that she wanted to be a human until the day she died. I didn't stop it then, because her holy mechanism allowed her to live as long as we did. And so it was until one moment, about twenty years ago, she decided to visit her relatives and left for a short time in the human world. At that time, I thought that everything would be fine, because Yukine was a very strong magician, along with some of my servants. But I was wrong… She did not return even the next day, so they went to look for her, but found only the place of battle, where there was her blood and pieces of clothing. We didn't stop looking for her for several years. But it was all pointless. And then we decided that she didn't survive. But even so, in my heart of hearts, I believed that she survived, and I didn't stop looking for her, " Zeoticus told us the story, looking extremely sad.

Miyuki said softly.

"How did she die?" Venelana asked.

"She died of some illness in peace and quiet," Miyuki said.

- Ahem, I hate to interrupt, but somehow you're all too sad. But I have prepared more than one gift for you. I'm sure a second gift will bring joy back to your faces, " I said, teleporting another person into the room.

"Mom?" Miyuki said with tears in her eyes when she saw the woman suddenly appear in the room.

"Miyuki, come to your mother," she said softly.

"Mother! Miyuki shouted as she ran to her mother and hugged her tightly.

"Yukine, you're alive... but how..." said Zeoticus, with tears in his eyes.

"I really did die, but somehow my daughter's fiance was able to bring me back from the dead," she said.

"Daniel! Thank you! Really thank you! Zeoticus said sincerely, coming up to me and giving me a hug.

"Okay, today is a happy day! Family Reunion Day! Let's throw a huge feast! Grayfia, call for Sazex, " Zeoticus shouted happily as he approached Miyuki and Yukine.

"Daniel, thank you for this! I love you so much! Miyuki said as she came up to me and kissed me.

"If I can put a genuine smile on your face, then it's worth it, honey," I said, grinning inwardly. Unlocking this ability of mine is a small price to pay for Miyuki's endless loyalty and love. Everything is going just fine!
