Then Sophia walked from her room as she heard voices downstairs. She frowned upon seeing Dominick and approached John.
"Uncle Dom, what's wrong? Why are you here?" Sophia asked. "Is everything okay with the children?"
Dominick let out a sigh. "I just told John. Someone kidnapped Lilly, and the trace brought me here."
"What?! It's impossible. We were about to sleep. Why should I kidnap my sister?"
Viona heard the noise and opened her door. Then, hearing Dominick's voice, she rushed to meet him. "Dom, why are you here?"
Dominick hugged Viona instantly and kissed her cheek. "Oh, love, you won't believe this. The trace brought me here. Our spy believed Lilly was here."
Viona shook her head. "I don't believe it! John and Sophia won't do such a thing! Why should they kidnap Lilly?"
Dominick glanced at Viona, John, and Sophia. "You know, it's the same trick."
