Chapter 110: Hard to Say Goodbye
After a month, Debby finally resigned from her work as a nanny. At first, she wanted to wait for the next assignment from Imelda. However, finally, Gary proposed to her regardless of Thelma's disapproval. On the last day, Debby visited John in his working room.
"Thank you so much for giving me a chance to serve you for eleven years." Debby bowed and smiled. She was sad, as eleven years was not a short time, and she loved Henry too. So, it was hard for her to say goodbye.
"Debby, you are a great nanny. Henry will miss you a lot. Thank you so much for caring for my son. I wish you all the best in your new life."
Debby nodded. "If you will come to my marking ceremony, it'd be a great honor for me, Alpha King." She sniffed and wiped her eyes with her handkerchief. "I will never forget Henry. Can I visit him once in a while, sir?"
"Certainly. Henry will love to see you too."
