A GENIN MISSION ASSIGNMENT

Moments before the explosion….

Pain was carrying out his daily surveillance on the movement in, out and around his domain when an orange masked man budged in to his room.

"Pain, I have brought some beers and snacks and I am thinking of holding a party for the Akatsuki, could you be a dear and call them for me with your telepath thingy."

Pain looked at him and slowly shook his head, "Tobi why do you always act like an immature adult…its frustrating"

"It's not my fault all of you act like wriggle old men. Expect for Konan, she seems to have daily fun sessions with someone called dildo, he makes her happy. I asked her to introduce me sometime but she got pissed…*sigh*…women right"

Pain was at a loss for words, "how the hell did I let this idiot join the Akatsuki" he said to himself.

"Go away Tobi, I don't have time for your antics"

Tobi's body language showed that he was hurt by Pain's comment, "fine, I will leave and I won't even tell you about the usage of a space-time jutsu near the crimson lotus"

"What do you mean?" asked Pain

Tobi looked at him as if debating whether to tell him or not, "If you tell me, I will let you have your party" said Pain.

"Really, and you will call everybody?" asked Tobi.

"Yes, I will summon then all"

"Even dildo?"

Pain looked to the ceiling and sighed and with a deep breathe he said, "Konan isn't comfortable letting people met dildo"

Tobi inhaled sharply, "is it a forbidden relationship?" he asked

All a sudden Pain released a bust of chakra that blow Tobi off his feet, "I don't have time of this, tell me about the user of the space-time jutsu now" he said in a low dangerous voice.

Tobi swallowed a mouth full of saliva and said, "I sensed the space-time jutsu and the crimson lotus when I was out buying beers. So I waited outside crimson lotus for any suspicious people when I noticed a man shadowing somebody, so I followed them until I reached the building that is headquarters to the Yurei. I would have continued surveillance but I saw a coupon on 50% off on chips that was about to expire so I went to get the chips then came here to tell you."

By this point Pain had tuned out Tobi as he had already called his bodies to assembly at the last know location.

"What is going on?" asked Konan. She was watching the sky hoping the sun will came out, when she spotted the bodies of Pain moving fast and converging on a single location.

"We have an intruder in our village, at this building is his last location" answered Pain.

Pain willed the body of the Asura path to approach the building, but whenever he touched the building, it would shimmer like it wasn't really there.

"Genjutsu…" said Konan.

"It's a futile attempt, I will capture the intruder. His body would make a fine vessel" said Pain.

Pain cancelled the flow of chakra to his other bodies and focused all of it on the main body, Yahiko. He pushed at the illusion barrier until it disappeared and he could now touch the building.

Pain was about to enter the building when he noticed strange symbols on the building walls. He was about to inspect them when they began to glow.

His instincts kicked warning him that something bad was about to happen. Abandoning his other bodies, Pain flow to wards Konan and created a shield around him and her.

That is when the explosion came. It was so massive even Pain and Konan in the shield felt the vibrations and the heat. Pain watched as what was left of his other bodies thrown up in to the air and then dropped in the lake.

"Who the fuck was this intruder?" asked Konan as she looked at the aftermath.

"I don't know, but he is not to be taken lightly" replied Pain.

Tobi stood on a building clear of the radius of the explosion looking at the flames, "interesting" he said as he was sucked on to a hole in space.

Samuru appeared in his bedroom, having no idea his grand exit had impressed a lot of people, all he thought about was jumping in his bed and enjoying a good night's sleep.

Removing his Anbu uniform, he dressed up in his normal all white cloths and teleported to the Hokage's office.

Samuru appeared in the Hokage's office out of thin air frightening its currents occupants. They were Minato, Kakashi, Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke and some random old guy.

"Don't do that" yelled Naruto.

Samuru just sighed, then turned to Minato, "I have finished the task you gave me and I won't be taking any until I feel like" he said

Minato smiled and said, "Fine by me, that was the plan the whole time". It turns out the black uniform signified freedom to take assignments at the wearers choosing.

"Really…now if you excuse me, I need to get some sleep" said Samuru.

"Not so fast" suddenly said Kakashi, "we have a mission"

Samuru sighed, "What mission?"

"We are going to escort Mr Tazuna to the Land of Waves" he said as he pointed at the old man.

Samuru looked at the old man, "I really hate you right now" he said.

"I don't care" replied Tazuna.
