Alexis's POV

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Melanie, threatening Rick with a gun? That was more than out of character for her. That was insanity.

Then I realized what had been right in front of me the entire time, but I just hadn't noticed. This was magic. It was Melanie who had been dosed with a love potion. The real kind. The kind that, if used incorrectly, can make a person do crazy, violent things. But by whom? And why?

"I told you, if you want to be my valentine, I assure you, you don't need to do this," Rick yelled into the mic. "Where are we going, sweetheart?"
