93 Chapter 87- Floor 3: The Hunter!

"Aren't we risking a lot? What could those two actually do in this situation?" The mutant who goes by the name, Blink, asked in a concerned voice. Not only were the other mutants weren't doing anything about the incoming fleet of Sentinels, but they also left everything on the shoulders of some foreigners.

Where did they even appear from—Blink inwardly wondered.

"As I have said already, we are going to take necessary measures. In case things don't go as the kid has proposed, then we are going to intervene."

Hearing Storm's response, Warpath retaliated, "But won't it be too late?! There are hundreds of them advancing in our direction and-" Suddenly, Warpath's words stuck in his throat as he saw something not so far away from him.

He nearly stumbled back and fell on his butt upon witnessing 'that thing' suddenly appearing out of nowhere.

Everyone turned to look at the uneven change of wind from the direction where the two young men stood...only to find their hearts halting just for a second upon gazing at the calamity appearing out of thin air.

"W-What in the world is that thing?!" Pyro couldn't help exclaiming upon witnessing the large dragon-like creature. Its body was cladded with raven scales, a long neck with a vibrant blue shade enveloping its large body. It had two wings and a long whipping tail that threatened the audience with their possible demise.

"It's a wyvern....but how..."Storm couldn't believe how she was sustaining her composite in this situation when they already had to face Sentinels, and all of a sudden, this big creature appeared.

It didn't stop by just that. Soon, several more creatures arose from nothingness and surrounded the place with their ominous aura. Knights, monsters, and even a humanoid ant were on display.

And the most terrifying part...

"A-Are they all kneeling before him?" The one who stuttered to speak was Blink, who couldn't believe her eyes.

All those shadowy creatures were currently bowing their heads in front of the young man with aquamarine eyes. The said person had a neutral look on his face as he said something that was incomprehensive to others.

"As it seems...." Storm was unable to discern how a person could have such power to summon those many things yet still possess a sane mind and relaxed demeanor.

The sight of watching the man standing above all those monsters, was simply majestic, to the point where the mutants found themselves in a daze for a moment.

"Pretty cool, right?" Everyone except for Warpath and Storm, flinched and turned to look at the glass-wearing youth grinning at them with his hands tucked in his pockets.

Before Pyro could say or ask something, a rapid gale made everyone high on alert, as they saw the wyvern releasing its feet off the ground and launching into the air. The black-haired youth was standing solemnly on the airborne's back.

The humanoid ant also leaped behind the dragon as they marched in the direction from where the Sentinels were advancing.

"He won't be able to handle everything on his own." Storm could guess that the person who just took off was strong and had reliable allies, but still, facing numerous Sentinels, who have the ability to adapt to any foe, would be nothing less than disastrous.

However, "Don't worry about him. There is nothing out there, that could kill him." Haru's eyes flashed as he saw his Sunbae advancing toward the battlefield.

Jin-Woo wasn't sure where he was or why he was brought here, however, at the moment his mind was occupied with nothing but bloodlust.

Sensing the numerous presence approaching him, made Jin-Woo smirk slightly, as he transformed the ring into a scythe and planted its butt on Kaisel's back.

The smoggy clouds weren't obstructing his vision, and thus he could gaze at the numerous airships releasing a decent amount of humanoid robots.

Jin-Woo couldn't sense any mana from them but surely, not like anything that looked that grim and could fly, would be selling candies. Not to talk about their size.

"Beru." Hearing its liege's call, the ant king screeched and charged forward, already aware of its job.

The first Sentinel that was drawing closer, didn't have the luxury to fight back against the calamity it was struck with.

Raging claws of the ant king pierced through the material with which these anti-mutants were created, leaving the Sentinel hanging in the air with light fading from its eyes.

Beru didn't give a second thought before lifting its arm and bisecting the Sentinel from the middle, parting it in two and letting the pieces drop toward the ground, with no hope of seeing it again.

*SCHOOO*

Beru tilted right and evaded the energy blast shot in its direction.

In a blur, the blue-eyed predator reached its next target and used its claw to draw an even worse conclusion of the Sentinel, than the last one.

Beru's claws pierced, scratched, and bisected the Sentinel in several big junks before it also began to descend to the ground.

[KHEEEEEEKK!]

A mighty roar belonging to the apex predator shook the skies and announced how an untamed beast was incoming to prey on the weak.

Beru was enraged!

[KHEEEEEK!!]

Hearing the loud roar of something terrifying, Storm trembled but didn't leave her post. She could faintly see how the bodies of several Sentinels were falling down, having no sign of regenerating at all, which made her utterly baffled.

'Well considering that ferociousness...' Storm had seldom seen something so violent before. The savagery of the creature was rendering the Sentinels useless.

"...I feel relieved that, that thing is on our side." Hearing Warpath's statement, Storm couldn't help nodding.

Except for Haru and Colossus, who were busy in arm wrestling, every mutant was standing side by side, while witnessing the nearly unbelievable sight of a creature dominating over the Sentinels.

However, little did they think, that the master of that creature, was on a whole another level when it came to hunting.

The battle of the Hunter and the Sentinels, begins!
