Solo Levelling: Perception

World: - Solo leveling Main heroine: - Sung Jinah Harem: - No **** A guy died and was granted skills and some mission to get reborn in the world where resides his fictional love and so he jumped without hesitation. He was trained to hone his skills and was left in the world of dungeons and monsters where death was as common as a daily sale. Yet, the boy found a way to live his leisurely life with his girl and see this world burn for all it could. ***** A/N: - This is a chill story and I would upload as much time as I get. No promises. There would be centric romance and would only turn harem if I get enough response. Skills would be cliche since I am not a true weeb but know my shit to write some decent fiction. English isn't my first language so expect some mistakes and if you want to criticize, then please make it worth checking. If I get enough responses, I would do a poll for harem members but no Cha Hae-In tho. Sung Jin Woo would die single that way.

Chapter 84- Worked?

Surely there were people in the house. Surely the room was not soundproof. Surely Jinah was loud.

....so surely someone would hear her screams.

However, Jinah was not in the right state to meet anyone at the moment. She herself insisted on going back to her house.

"I am sorry for ending things like this..." Haru apologized to her since it was his fault for not changing location before giving in to his lust.

Jinah, while wearing her clothes shook her head and dispelled his worries, "We both were...a little too eager. And we should probably first wait for you to recover."

Haru could only sigh in frustration; not because of Jinah but the unfavorable circumstances.

Using his teleportation he sent off Jinah, before opening the door...only to reveal a dazed Riko standing there.

"What?"

Riko shivered hearing that chilly voice as she looked at him in slight apprehension. However, soon she recovered and huffed,

"If you bringing your girlfriend then please let us know first. It's kinda awkward to hear her moans across the house."

Riko was being forbade by both, Yumiko and Kuroi to say anything to Haru. But the sound of their primal acts was elevating more and more for her to remain silent anymore.

...it was way too awkward.

Haru rubbed the back of his head in slight embarrassment before responding, "Alright, won't happen again. You can sleep now."

Hearing his flustered tone declared that he indeed was with his girlfriend since only that girl could bring the 'normal' teenage side of Haru.

Well, considering Haru's craziness for the girl, Riko didn't think he would be doing such things to any other girl.

Riko was about to turn away and leave when suddenly, Haru called out to her, "I heard you are leaving for Japan with Mom?"

Haru decided to settle them in his birth town by himself once he was free from all this chaos. However, the ideal time never arrived until now.

"I mean since you don't have much time for even yourself, Kuroi thought it would be cruel to nag you about it. Thankfully, Yumiko-san was here and she said, she would take care of everything."

Haru flashed a small smile at that. Having his mother know all about his circumstances, definitely helped Haru a lot.

Stepping forward, he softly caressed her hair and spoke in a gentle tone, "Even if you leave, don't hesitate to call me if some situation arises, alright?"

Riko grumbled about being treated like a child, but the way her ears turned red, suggested otherwise.

She really was not used to being looked after.

It was Saturday—the day when Jinah's status from a Non-awakened would change.

Haru had already notified Jinah about it, and not for a single second she seemed unwilling. Surely, Jin-Woo was also invited to the warehouse Haru had in possession; away from the main town.

"What are the chances of failure?" As the three individuals walked inside the warehouse, Jin-Woo asked in a hushed voice.

Jinah was carelessly walking in front of the two while looking around the place

The warehouse was huge with no landmarks around. There was a long tunnel that led to the main space. However, unlike a normal warehouse, there were several things to pass the time here.

Arcade gaming systems, juice machines, TVs, and even an area left for sports.

Indeed Jinah had a lot to explore.

"Chances are below one percent, but don't worry Sunbae. I have a spell that reverts a person's condition, so naturally, if something goes wrong I will be able to bring Jinah back."

Jin-Woo heaved a sigh of relief. While he trusted Haru, it was a fact that as her brother, Jin-Woo was stressed by this experiment.

"After this, we may have to leave for somewhere today. You in, right?"

Jin-Woo nodded, albeit hesitantly.

"Woah...." Jinah suddenly exclaimed from a corner of the warehouse upon finding something of her interest.

A grin spread on his lips, as Haru appeared beside his girlfriend, "I knew you would like it."

There were several things inside the place that a normal teenager would like. However, knowing Jinah, Haru specifically prepared a small library with those books which she would find interesting.

"I am so gonna enjoy living here."

****

It was around twelve that the three once again gathered in the center of the warehouse, once Jinah was done checking out the place.

Haru took out an orb glowing with cyan radiance out of nowhere, which he absorbed from a well-known hunter.

[Name: Absolute Protection]

[Rank: B]

[Skill absorbed: Barrier]

[Benefits: This would allow the user to cast an absolute defense that works against any kind of magical and physical assault. With some training, the user can cast multiple barriers to strengthen the defense.]

[Benefits exclusive to Host: The orb itself is nothing but a mass of mana for the host.]

....

Yuri Orloff, an arrogant man with no future was the person who came on Haru's radar when he thought about barrier magic. As such, he didn't hesitate to take it away.

Handing the orb to Jinah with caution, Haru instructed, "Just put it inside your mouth and don't panic. It may burn your tongue a little, but in the end, it would be all worth it."

Jinah nodded, with a clear hesitant expression on her face.

This was more like the nervousness she always felt before a big exam or competition.

Haru was well aware of her anxiety, as he stepped forward and brought his hand over her head, and said, "Don't worry. I won't let anything happen to you."

Hearing his words, Jinah found herself calming down a lot as her gaze remained fixed on him. Haru also didn't move since looking at Jinah could be never boring for him.

Amidst the pink atmosphere which was slowly building around the two,

"*Ahem*"

Both teenagers break out of their daze upon being disturbed by the older one from the sidelines.

Jinah blushed, while Haru gave a long side glance to his Sunbae.

Jin-Woo remained stiff and unwavering at his spot with his hands folded over his chest.

"I am eating it." As she said, Jinah closed her eyes and finally engulfed the orb.

There was no movement from her other than her slightly trembling legs.

Jin-Woo and Haru grew a little tense at her unresponsiveness and simultaneously moved toward her.

However,

*SHOOOOFFF*

A greenish-blue barrier suddenly erected around Jinah and threw the two males away, with a strong force of repulsion.

Haru brought himself to a halt mid-air and looked at Jinah, only to find a grin lifting the edges of his lips.

'It worked...'

A/N:- Drop a comment if you liked the chapter.

And yeah, I received some comments that the story has become boring and all...see, I never ask you guys to praise me...but at least don't say anything that could demotivate an author. It takes an hour and a half to just write and then edit, only to see a comment on the chapter, 'It's kinda dull now.' I am sorry if I hurt your feelings by pointing this out, but please, try to understand the hard work, an author puts behind their work.
