Solo Levelling: Perception

World: - Solo leveling Main heroine: - Sung Jinah Harem: - No **** A guy died and was granted skills and some mission to get reborn in the world where resides his fictional love and so he jumped without hesitation. He was trained to hone his skills and was left in the world of dungeons and monsters where death was as common as a daily sale. Yet, the boy found a way to live his leisurely life with his girl and see this world burn for all it could. ***** A/N: - This is a chill story and I would upload as much time as I get. No promises. There would be centric romance and would only turn harem if I get enough response. Skills would be cliche since I am not a true weeb but know my shit to write some decent fiction. English isn't my first language so expect some mistakes and if you want to criticize, then please make it worth checking. If I get enough responses, I would do a poll for harem members but no Cha Hae-In tho. Sung Jin Woo would die single that way.

Chapter 82- Treating or...

Since the time, Jinah came in contact with Haru and got to know him better, she has always seen his bright side. The way he laughs and jokes around, she gets the perspective of him being a lively guy.

Even after they began dating, there wasn't any instance where she had to stress over Haru at all, since he was like that pillar for her who absorbed all her worries with a smiling face.

Not even a single moment, she believed that something could go wrong with him. However, she was so single-minded in that aspect that she nearly forgot that Haru was a human being as well.

Just because he doesn't show it, it doesn't mean he doesn't get hurt. It was just that...Jinah got to see this side of Haru for the first time.

And when she did...there was no way she could have kept her emotions in check and not cry.

"Why didn't you tell me anything...." While trying to wipe off her tears, Jinah asked in between her sobs.

Even though she knew it was ridiculous for Haru to seek her help when he could have gone to a high-ranked healer, still...

"Jianh...I-"

"Don't move!" Jinah snapped out of it and pressed her palm against his chest to forbid him from moving on this condition.

Haru was surprised to hear such a sudden change of tone. Nevertheless, he complied with what she said and remained in his position.

Jinah glanced around and found a box of tissue thrown to the ground. However, she soon scraped the plan since tissues would leave a rash behind, so she went inside the washroom and took the hand towel which already had some blood stains on it.

Without waiting, she first washed her hands and then washed the fabric with some water and returned to the room.

Fortunately, Haru hadn't moved before Jinah arrived by his side and began cleaning the area near his lips and nose slowly and gently.

Haru didn't want to strain his eyes at the moment, however, who could resist seeing their girlfriend being so attentively concerned for you?

Although Haru didn't like worrying Jinah generally, at the moment, her anxious visage somehow sent a warm sensation across his chest.

"Did you get hurt in the school today?" Naturally, Jinah knew about the incident that transpired in the school today. Not just the news report but her friends told her how gallantly her Oppa and Haru saved them.

Jinah tried contacting Haru in the evening but he wasn't picking up his phone; much to Jinah's apprehension. And when her brother told her how badly Haru was wounded, she had nothing in mind other than to see Haru.

"Yeah...kinda..." Haru's voice was a little rough, because of dry throat.

Jinah took the bottle from the nearby table and uncapped it, "Here. Drink slowly."

She helped Haru raise his upper body a little to drink comfortably or he might suffocate. However, as he drank the content, Jinah found Haru's side glancing at her with a look of dissatisfaction on his face.

"What happened...?" Jinah was clueless about what she did wrong.

Haru parted his lips from the bottle and declared how his expectations were betrayed, "I was expecting mouth to mouth, y'know..."

Jinah blinked and then blushed.

It would be a lie to say that she didn't think of that retort but given his condition, Haru could choke on the water.

"Well...you have to wait for that...." While playing with her fingers, Jinah bashfully responded as she saw Haru turning his head away from her.

A mischievous glint flashed across her mind but she kept it aside for the time being. Her major concern was to heal Haru and looking at his injury on the torso, she could not allow herself to remain idle.

The cut wasn't deep but it was extended from the mid-section of his stomach and ended near his side waist. There were numerous old scars as well which made Jinah's heart wrench in pain.

She barely held herself from falling to her knees, that much her legs were shaking at the moment. She needed to be strong or she would be nothing but a good-for-nothing partner for him.

"Where is the med kit?" Haru weakly pointed toward the wardrobe opposite the bed before Jinah marched toward it.

Opening the wardrobe, she took the box and fished out the necessary items to treat his injury.

Haru fondly gazes at his girlfriend who was diligently invested in cleaning his wound and patching it up using the bandage.

Every time she used the cotton, coated in alcohol over his wound a hiss left her lips like she was in pain, and asked the same thing again and again,

"Does it hurt?"

Haru smiled and shook his head to soothe her anxiety. She didn't have any idea that her mere presence was enough to heal him; this treatment was nothing less than a blessing from the heavens.

Jinah finally stood back up while gazing at the bandages she had put on his wound. Now she just needs to put a tape around and, "Ah!"

Suddenly, Jinah's train of thoughts were broken as Haru, without any warning, pulled her toward the bed and before she could even resist, Jinah found herself caged in his arms.

Haru turned himself to his right as he rested Jinah's head on his arm and gazed at her beautiful eyes from this close. Her unsteady breath collided with his as he held his girl after who knows how long.

(A/N: ....they were on a date just yesterday...)

"H-Haru?" Until now, in her panic, she didn't notice the fact that she was inside his room and also, that Haru was currently half naked.

It wasn't that she didn't see it, rather, she didn't realize the severity of the situation they were in.

But now...

"Don't blame me for acting like this...after all, which boyfriend could resist so many advances from his girl?"

Jinah wanted to shout, 'What advances?!', but she didn't. More like she wasn't even able to say a single word at the moment.

The heat his body permeated, made her mind numb. It felt like Jinah had lost all her strength to resist once she found herself in his embrace.

His many scents were overpowering his senses and all the reasoning she preserved, given how Haru should be resting in his current condition, seemed to be drifting away.

"Haru..."

Seeing her hazy eyes, Haru's last bit of restraint broke before he closed the gap of their lips.

...only after removing the shadow attached to Jinah.
