Solo Levelling: Perception

World: - Solo leveling Main heroine: - Sung Jinah Harem: - No **** A guy died and was granted skills and some mission to get reborn in the world where resides his fictional love and so he jumped without hesitation. He was trained to hone his skills and was left in the world of dungeons and monsters where death was as common as a daily sale. Yet, the boy found a way to live his leisurely life with his girl and see this world burn for all it could. ***** A/N: - This is a chill story and I would upload as much time as I get. No promises. There would be centric romance and would only turn harem if I get enough response. Skills would be cliche since I am not a true weeb but know my shit to write some decent fiction. English isn't my first language so expect some mistakes and if you want to criticize, then please make it worth checking. If I get enough responses, I would do a poll for harem members but no Cha Hae-In tho. Sung Jin Woo would die single that way.

Chapter 47- Heavens~

Jinah has said goodbye to her friends with whom she came to this shopping mall. She usually shops for her needs by herself so today was no exception.

However, upon witnessing a certain individual currently in the women's section along with a girl whom Jinah didn't know...of course, all her plans could wait for later.

Haru requested to move to the cafeteria where he promised that he would explain everything. And Jinah readily nodded since she indeed wants to know what suddenly happened that Haru had to help the girl buy her underwear.

The possibility of them being cousins was close to zero which makes his explanation even more desirable for Jinah...

"Is everything alright?" The girl said something that Jinah didn't understand. Stupid of her to not learn any foreign language.

"It's nothing. And if you want you can order something while I and her chat. " Haru replied to her in his mother tongue and pointed at Jinah in between for some reason.

Jinah remained silent. She was patiently waiting for his explanation after all~

The girl seemed to have understood the tension in the air, as she nodded stiffly and went toward the counter, probably to order something.

Now left were the two individuals who recently started dating and yet this sudden drama emerged out of nowhere.

"Before I say something...tell me Jinah. Do you trust me? "

His tone was soft and even though she couldn't see his eyes, Jinah could feel the sincerity filled in those peculiar eyes of his.

It didn't take her long before her head moved up and down. She believes in him that Haru wasn't the type of guy who would fool around with girls. Before they started dating, Jinah indeed has done some investigation and found he has never actually dated anyone in the past.

How nonsensical it sounds, given his looks and personality, it was a truth that Haru was a serious type of guy when it comes to relationships.

And Jinah admired that trait of his.

"Then...would you believe me if I say that I brought her from a different universe since she was about to die there?"

Jinah's expression shifted at that. She was expecting something like she was a distant relative visiting from Japan or something but a different universe...

"I know it would sound ridiculous but there are things I haven't told you about myself yet, since I don't want you to be involved with that side of mine. "

It was true that Jinah thought that Haru was a little different from the hunters she have heard or read about until now. There were times when she wondered where he goes on weekends when he didn't have a license in the past.

She suspected many things but never spoke her doubts to him. And now when suddenly Haru says that he could travel across the world...strangely, she was able to believe him.

"Alright...I trust you. But tell me everything when you think it's appropriate. After all, I don't want to be your girlfriend just for the tag. If possible I want to share some of your burden by talking things out. "

Haru was stunned hearing her words and how quickly Jinah got convinced even though he was barely telling her anything related to himself or Amanai.

But then suddenly...

"However...I do hope you haven't done anything funny with that girl right~"

With her eyes turning emotionless, her head tilted and a dangerous smile spreading her lips, Jinah asked.

It was surprising how despite having not a single ounce of mana, Haru could feel killing intent from her. Even those from the other seats turned stiff at the cold atmosphere surrounding the girl.

"O-Of course, not. After all, I can allow myself to touch only a single girl and that girl is right in front of my eyes. "

Haru placed his hand over hers as he spoke.

He definitely sounded cringy, but the way her eyes slightly widened and her face flushed, it seemed his words did the job.

'Jinah...seriously has changed...but why does it seem hot to me...?'

Meanwhile, from the cafeteria counter where Riko was enjoying the show with a cup of cold coffee in hand, whistled in amazement before she muttered under her breath.

"Damn...that girl seems to have tamed him."

"You visited your parents?"

After Haru left Riko back at his apartment, he and Jinah arrived at the latter's home to have a meal.

Jinah helped Riko pick some clothes while Haru worked as a translator and after a three hours long shopping spree, the possessor of Six Eyes was released from his duty. Seriously, clearing an A-rank gate would have been way easier than this.

After the tedious task of tagging along with the two shopping enthusiasts, Haru felt his stomach rumbling.

And since he wanted to remain alone with Jinah as well, they settled on a home date.

Haru already delivered every necessary thing for Kuroi to prepare their meal before he left the house.

Jinah was currently preparing some ramen and Haru sitting on the kitchen slab beside her, watching his girlfriend with a soft smile spread on his lips. He could never get tired of looking at her beautiful face.

Her presence alone could heal his mind and soul.

The way she has rolled her smooth hair into a bun and was diligently preparing food, made him feel warm from the inside. It was almost like they were a newly married couple.

"Haru?" Jinah tilted her head upon not hearing any response as she called for him.

"Ah, yeah. It was an emergency so I just dropped by. I have promised them to introduce you soon."

Jinah didn't reply but just nodded with anxiety clearly visible in her eyes.

Haru knew she was nervous about this and he has suggested that they could delay the plan until she doesn't feel comfortable meeting them. But since Haru had already told his parents about her, Jinah urged to meet them sooner than later.

Haru was now a high-ranking hunter and the way he carelessly acts when it comes to Jinah, it wouldn't take much time for people to realize their relationship.

And since the man himself had no problem revealing his relationship with Jinah, the latter didn't insist otherwise.

So instead of Haru's parents hearing the news from tv channels, Jinah wanted to inform them personally.

Haru saw the determination in her eyes which signified that he wasn't the only one serious about this relationship.

There was a serene silence that ensued between them. Just the sound of the spatula stirring the soup could be heard in the whole house.

Amidst the silence, Haru suddenly said something that made Jinah's mind numb for a moment.

"Hey, Jinah...would you like to see your dad?"

The next chapter might be around Thursday. And the same equation would follow, i.e., three hundred power stones for the third chapter of the week.

See ya~
