After Perseus left the Scavenger Guild HQ, he found a hidden alleyway and scaled up the roof of the next building. After that, he equipped the Mask of Lament and started heading towards the Federal Bureau of Hunters Headquarters. The reason why he was travelling on rooftops was to avoid detection by surveillance cameras and random passersby. After the Rank Evaluation, he essentially became a celebrity.

As he was travelling to the Federal Bureau of Hunters Headquarters, he ran the plan through his mind again.

'The first thing I need to do is to knock the six patrolling guards out in the southern perimeter, the guards' strength are estimated to be around A+ Rank. After I knock them out, I'll raise the alarm, and report that a group of S Rankers are attacking the southern perimeters. This will immediately draw heavy attention to the south.'

'Hearing the report, they will immediately lock the whole place down and request back up from the American Guilds. However, by the time they lock the place down, I would already be inside.'

Perseus frowned a bit, what if they request for his father - a National Rank Hunter for assistance? That would ruin his plan completely.

Shaking his head, Perseus calmed himself down. He knew his father's personality well enough that he would only move if he benefited from it. Besides, there was still Christopher Reed, another National Rank Hunter.

'The vault where they keep Kamish's corpse is on floor B24, which is the lowest floor of the FBH Headquarters, and also the most heavily protected. '

'Just the vault gates alone are made of Holy Obsidian-an A Rank material, and reinforced with mana stones. Meaning, the majority of mana attacks won't be effective against it, and breaking the gates with brute strength would be close to impossible due to the Holy Obsidian.'

However, after buying information from workers at the FBH for the past few years, Perseus had already found another way to enter the Vault.

'By removing vent number 34 from floor B23 of the FBH Headquarters, there will be a secret passage that leads to the air duct above Floor B24, but the passage is narrow and small, and one has to crawl on all fours for about 2 kilometres down using only body strength as the whole vent is filled with mana detection devices, and just a slight release of mana would instantly cause lasers to fill the entire vent. Those lasers are strong enough to burn holes through A Rank armour, and vitality isn't exactly my strong suit. Just a touch would most likely kill me. After that, I would still have to crawl horizontally for another 1 kilometre, before I can push the vent open and get into the vault. '

However, that wasn't all. In the vault, on top of mana detectors, there are temperature scanners and noise detectors. Since everything within the vault is regulated, it is impossible for the mana signatures, temperature and noise to exceed a certain level.

Meaning, Perseus has to make sure that none of his movements affect any of those three.

'Since all of their attention would be focused on the South side, I would have enough time to harvest the heart undetected and quickly make my escape.'

How was Perseus going to escape the FBH Headquarters, said to be even more protected than the Pentagon itself?

Well, from the time he was appointed as the Scavenger Guild's next successor, he has been using every resource available to try and recreate Sung Jin-Woo's [Shadow Exchange] Skill, and only recently has he made a usable prototype. To be exact, he didn't exactly recreate the skill, but instead created a sticker-like item.

The plan was finally set , every fine detail worked out , once he arrived at the Federal Bureau of Hunters Headquarters , it would be time to carry out the heist!
