Chapter 22

The week had come and gone quickly. UA first years had been training hard to prepare for it.

Meanwhile Izuna was focused on other things. He didn't join them to train for the festival, he only trained to keep his body fit.

He knew that he could win this sports festival hands down but he didn't want his skills to deteriorate. At this point it had become a personal habit of his to never miss his training.

He had used this time to search the system for something useful or at least entertaining. Let's just say he didn't regret his search.

This essentially meant that he could practically absorb Chaos energy and be able to use it. How could he not be excited?

But then came another problem. The amount of system points it would cost. It would cost 60,000 system points.

He honestly almost fainted while looking at the price.

'It twice as expensive as my Eternal Mangekyo! How does that even work!?'

His solution was to go to a world where there were a lot of things to kill. He couldn't just start killing normal people just for points. Even if he did, they wouldn't give him more than 5SP.

He had already decided which world he would go to. But not before taking care of something here.

'I will get a head start at getting points before leaving.'

He walked beside class 1-A in a tunnel as they walked into the stadium. The crowd was cheering loudly as the UA first years emerged from the tunnel.

As Bakugo was called for the student pledge, I was mentally scrolling through the quest section of the system.

A quest suddenly caught my eye.

{Mission- Before Creation comes Destruction

You don't like something? Destroy it.

You're tired of everything? Destroy everything.

Requirements: Destroy half of the population of a world.

Bonus requirement: Take away their source of hope.

Reward:50,000SP, Title: Minor God of destruction, Access to personal world}

I think the excitement was clear on my face because the students around me backed up a bit. I don't care because I already have the perfect plan. Their opinions won't matter.

We were taken to the track where the obstacle course race would happen. Midnight had already explained the rules...which I didn't listen to.

Midnight:"Are you ready!"

"Set!"

"Go!"

I didn't start with them. I watched as they pushed and struggled with each other, trying to take the lead. I waited until Todoroki froze the feet of the people behind him before springing into action.

I lunged into the air at high speed, leaping over the struggling students before landing in front of them.

Present mic is performing some annoying commentary but I ignore it.

I limited my speed to high-chunin level which was just under All Might's full speed which is low-jonin.

Todoroki was about to freeze the giant robot when I dashed past him, ignoring both him and the robot.

I reach the second obstacle in no time. As I run I can see people in the crowd and even some heroes expecting me to slow down but I just kept running.

I reached the edge of the pitfall and just jumped over to the other side without slowing down.

This race is really boring. I'll just skip the last part.

The moment I got to the mine field, I simply body flickered to the other side and finished the race.

As I finish the race I hear the crowd cheering loudly.

Present mix:"AND THE WINNER IS IZUNA UCHIHA! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?! HE CLEARED THE OBSTACLE COURSE IN UNDER ONE MINUTE! THIS IS A NEW RECORD!"

The crowd cheered even louder while listening to present mic.

I just look bored. I haven't even begun to sweat. I simply sigh in disappointment at the lack of action or adrenaline.

I had to wait until the others finished the obstacle course. They look at me in awe, some in shock and a particular one in anger.

I simply wait as she announced the next event. Calvary battle. She finished distributing points as she finally announces mine.

Midnight:"And of course, the first place will have ten million points!"

The surrounding students look at me. They desire for the ten million points is so clear on their faces.

Midnight:"You have ten minutes to create your teams. Starting now."

As expected, everyone avoided me because of the ten million points. Even Midoriya avoided me. Although he managed to gather his team earlier than in canon.

I don't really care about all of that. I simply walk to midnight and ask if clones could count as teammates.

Midnight:"There's nothing in the rules against it. I'll allow it!"

I nod and wait as the ten minutes time limit finally ended.

Midnight:"Now, I hope you have your teams organized!"

A random student raised his hand before pointing at me.

???:"He doesn't have a team. Isn't that against the rules of a Calvary battle to fight without a team?"

Other people begin to agree with him as midnight intervened.

Midnight:"That would be against the rules. Thank goodness he has his own team."

People look confused as I weaved a single hand seal.

"Shadow clone jutsu"

Three puffs of smoke appeared around me as my clones appeared. The onlookers are either in a state of awe or jealousy at my supposed 'quirk'.

My clones lifted me onto their shoulders where I relaxed with the ten million points band tied on my neck.

Midnight:"Alright! Start!"

Teams didn't start heading out towards me yet, saving me for last. I could only chuckle. I placed a mass genjutsu on all of the players.

In the eyes of the players one would see that my points were at a low 175 while Midoriya had the ten million points. I changed it on both the score board and the bands on our necks.

'Sorry Midoriya. Just know that your sacrifice was for the greater good.'

I couldn't keep myself from chuckling as I said that in my head. I have no idea how dumbledore can say that's with a straight face.

I simply sit back and watch how Izuku gets hunted down and attacked for the rest of the game. Fun fact; he and his team are the only contestants not under genjutsu so he's epically confused.

The buzzer sounds right after Todoroki stole Izuku's 'ten million points'.

Midnight:"And with a surprising event, team Izuna is the winner for this event!"

The participants around me all look confused.

Todoroki:" How is that possible. I'm the one with the ten million points."

I let out a chuckle that was heard by everyone.

Izuna:"Check again. Not everything is as it seems."

He took a look at the 'ten million points' in his hand as i dispel the genjutsu. His eyes widen as the ten million faded to 215.

I simply smile at his shock.
