A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

Horus Marine Corps Commander, Arthur Sikora stood in front of the Marine HQ building in the Horn of Freedom Marine Base.
He was waiting for the Clients who would initiate the Nigerian government-brokered defence contract HI-Def Soln signed with the African Union.
These 'Clients' had another identity which was more the reason why Corps Commander Sikora was respectfully waiting in front of the building for them.
They were WarMongers, the owners of Pantheon, the shadow organisation which Horus -the group which established and controlled HI-Def Soln- was a wing under.
In other words, the Clients were his bosses and superiors.
Arthur Sikora held a lot of awe in his heart towards the WarMongers, both as an individual and as a soldier.
