Sold To An Alpha

[8th place in Werewolf Competition, 2022] [CAUTION: RATED 18: NO RAPE] Is it believably possible to love a man who's been rejected by all women? Leia is sold in the name of marriage to the most controversial man in the nation in exchange for monetary favors; Mr. Adrik Avalanzo, the scarred one.  He is rumored to be a hideous and fearless beast covered in scars, both physically and emotionally. His appearance is enough to chase off women. Even though he is the wealthiest, whom many envy, they consider him a plague. Thrust into a loveless marriage, how would a pridefully stubborn, hot-headed girl like Leia deal with him? And how would he deal with her? Will he try to dominate her? Or woo her passionately?  Will Leia accept him despite his physical deformity? Will she get past her pride? Her short temper? Or even untie the knot she'd tied over her heart to accept him? Will their marriage turn out to be one that all the people of high society envy? Or could this marriage be the subsequent tragedy of the century? ______________ The cover is not mine and belongs to its rightful owner. the owner's credit Follow me on Instagram @angellily_draws i

He Deserved It!

Lekhman stared at her and his eyes twitched in disbelief. "What do you mean?" He asked, in a bit of a harsh tone.

"Are you deaf or what? As I said, I am not willing to help you. So, please leave." She glared at him, and Lekhman stood up from the couch and angrily adjusted his clothing. He grinned viciously at her and, with one last death glance at her, he stormed out of the house and Calise slammed the door shut.

A deep breath fled her nose and she walked back to the sofa and sat down. She lifted the teacup to her lips and sipped from it. Her gaze became distant and what was going on in her mind at that moment, no one knew.

Leia arrived at a mansion and slowed down the car. She turned the steering wheel and pulled over, stopping in front of the gate.

She glanced at the bodyguards who were also staring at her with a bit of fear in their eyes. It was clear that they were unwilling to open the gate for her.
