17 Meeting his parents

I was tired, exhausted, and drained. I couldn't forget how he kissed me aggressively until we ended up naked and both satisfied.

Right after that intimate morning session, Lisandro quickly wore his clothes while I took a quick rest. Most of my body was hurt especially the thing between my legs.

But before he opened his mouth, I'd forced myself to stand and changed as quick as I could. I didn't want to act like I was an entitled woman, not in front of my jaw-dropping boss.

I had no time to organize my room as we left it messy and chaotic as a natural disaster happened. It was an embarrassing moment for me. I was afraid that he might think that I'm an unorganized woman. That I'm not capable of cleaning my room and the entire house.

Until we went into one of his luxurious cars, I was still thinking about it. I'd tried to get rid of those nasty thoughts, yet nothing happened.

"Where are we?" I asked him.

"We're almost there," he replied as he drove the car like a racer. Lisandro didn't bring any of his guards with us, but I knew they would appear right in front of us when we needed something. "Are you hungry?"

I shook my head as an answer. "I'm fine. I just want to take a nap."

That was true. My eyes were too heavy, maybe because of what had taken place last night. That he thought there was someone around the house, waiting for the perfect moment to invade and steal things inside.

Abruptly, I yawned as expected. I'd been fighting it along the way, otherwise, I wouldn't see the beautiful nature right before my eyes. The green, lively trees and the serene roads are surrounded by blooming flowers.

"We're almost there, Andy," he repeated, but I didn't think I could still stop my eyes from closing.

"Deduct it in my salary, Mr. Realm," I told him as I closed my weary eyes and listened to the car's engine.

"Wake me up once we arrive." At that moment, I just took a deep breath and I'd found myself in the middle of the dark forest.

"We're here,"

"Wake up now, gorgeous lady."

I heard his husky voice evidently as he brought me back to reality. I thought I would be forever in that lifeless forest surrounded by darkness.

"L-Lisandro!" I exclaimed surprised him.

He gulped and stared at me for seconds. "Shh, calm down. It was just a bad dream." he comforted me through his adorable charisma.

I sighed, swallowed greedily, and freed the fear within my heart. He was right. It was just a dream—a dream that seemed real.

"You're right, but—" I replied as I looked down to my feet. "Where are we?"

Lisandro didn't utter a single word. Instead, he opened the door, went off, and walked around. I smiled sweetly when he offered his hand to me gracefully.

He said shortly, "We're here."

His voice repeated uncountable times. My feet were glued into the ground covered with dried, colorful leaves. And there was strong energy that punched my heart that made me nervous.

"Wait, I need to take a deep breath," I told him calmly.

To be honest, it was one of the unforgettable moments of my life. The breathtaking mansion before my eyes was a dream come true—a little girl's dream has finally come true. It was impossible in the beginning, not until I saw it with my naked eyes.

It was bounded with tall, indestructible walls and built on the peakiest part of the forest. It was a stunning sight and I couldn't stop myself from smiling widely.

"Shall we? There must be waiting for us." Lisandro said and held my hands tightly.

I knew it was a safe place for me, that his parents would accept me as their son's beloved girlfriend. I'd hoped that they weren't like those 'demanding' parents that are usually portrayed in the movies.

I'd wished everything would be fine at the end of the day.

"It'll be fine, Andy. Be natural. Relax and take a deep breath." I told myself those words before we walked towards the enchanting entrance.

The covered hallway is surrounded by white and red tulips. It seemed like a place in the fantasy world and I wished I brought my camera with me.

"If you have plans of picking up some of those tulips, just don't do it if you want to stay in this gigantic house with them."

"But there's a signage over there!"

I saw it. But Lisandro chuckled that confused me.

He replied, "Mother put it there intentionally."

I was awestruck by the way he spoke to me. He was sweet and I saw how sincere he was every time he asked a favor to me. And this time, I would not disappoint him. I must convince his parents that we were in a deep, profound relationship for over a year now.

Until we'd reached the front door that amazed me. There were no guards in the area and I feared that thieves might enter inside and steal their valuable things unknowingly. It would be a great loss for their family.

But it seemed like they didn't need someone capable of saving and protecting his superiors. I'd realized it the moment we entered and stepped into mirror-like vintage tiles.

If I were already amazed at the first glance, I was terrified when I caught a glimpse of the inside. Those expensive paintings hung on the white-painted wall; the rare and limited figurines that were displayed had caught my attention.

It looked like a goddamn castle—an old castle that was being preserved very well.

"Wow, this place is perfectly amazing!" I exclaimed as I couldn't stop myself from admiring every piece of this house.

"I will tour you around after dinner," he said and quickly grabbed my waist that caught my attention. He then sighed, moved a little bit closer to me strangely, "They're here! They are coming towards us now." he whispered that excited and scared the hell out of me.

Right then on, I'd slowly turned my head and looked at his parents from a distance. It was scary as I'd never experienced a 'parent meeting session' before.

They weren't smiling. Yet, I'd hoped that our first meeting would be something magical and sincere.
