If Only

"Should we call Lilly Rose? How about your friend who helped you find me in Hong Kong?"

Nana Ruby panicked as she looked around the big living room where one of the maids in the mansion left them after giving them the news. She looked around the living room as if the lavish furniture in the room could give them an answer on why Rosa was not home.

"Nana Ruby, the one who found you in Hong Kong was not my friend, also there wasn't anything wrong if Rosa went on a trip with her husband."

"Yes," she hissed under her breath and looked over her shoulder, making sure no one was listening. "If only we did not know the truth!"

"There is nothing we can do here, Rosa and Robert are not home. We shall go home."

Nana Ruby heaved a deep breath. She was having a hard time controlling her emotions.
