"Hello? Rex! Are you here?" Elesa asked.

"yep, just arrived, where are you?" he asked with a smile.

"I'm at a 5-star hotel. I'll send you the location… there, did you get it?"

DING!

Rex saw a notification pop up at the top of his phone.

"Just got it, I'll be there in 5 minutes."

"Perfect, see you in a bit."

Rex stuffed his phone in his pocket and made his way to the 5-star hotel. Gaia had opened up a holographic marker that told him when to turn left and when to turn right. It was something only he could see.

And just as predicted, within 5 minutes he had already parked and walked into the hotel. It had a red carpet, bright chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, couches spread around the corners of the room and a big square desk where staff were working.

Rex looked around and saw 3 people sitting in a far corner. One was taller than the other two, she was wearing a blue dress that looked stunning on her. Hair was tied up in a high ponytail that fell down her back. Ice blue eyes that could enchant any soul and red soft lips that were nice and full.

Rex didn't even have to look for more than a second to know who it was. He then looked at the two people next to her. They both had blond long hair and purple eyes. the one on the right was wearing black sportswear and gave off a youthful vibe. On Elesa's other side was wearing a jumper one size too big, trackies and some slip ons.

Rex made his way over which caught the attention of the three girls. Elesa's eyes shined brightly when she saw Rex and stood up slowly. The other two were still seated but looked over at Rex curiously.

Elesa skipped over happily and hugged Rex tightly while giving him a quick peck on the lips.

"Hi!" she said while staring up at him with a smile.

Rex smiled, "Hi!"

The two girl's eyes widened instantly when they saw this and stood up quickly.

"Sis is this the guy you're dating?" asked the one wearing the jumper.

Elesa slightly blushed but nodded, "that's right, Jessica, meet Rex, Rex meet Jessica. The one next to her is Monica. Both of you, come here and say hi." She said beckoning them over with her hand. They looked slightly timid. Rex didn't mind this since they had just gone through a pretty rough couple of days.

Rex crouched down slightly since they were smaller than him.

"Hi, as your sister has said, my name is Rex, and I'm a Pokémon trainer." He introduced himself. Instantly, the twin's eyes shone brightly as if stars were in them.

"REALLY! Are you going to participate in this years Kanto league?" they asked at the same time.

Rex smiled slightly, "that's right, I'm here to complete my final gym and get the last badge before I'm eligible for the league. I was planning on challenging to the gym tomorrow, would you like to come and watch?" he asked warmly.

The twins smiled instantly and nodded their heads vigorously.

"Hey! You two, introduce yourselves properly," Elesa said sternly.

"Right-right, my name is Jessica, 14 years old and I want to join the elite four in Unova." She said with excitement. As if the mere thought of it made her day better.

"Mhm-mhm, my name is Monica, and like my sister, I want to join the elite four. I'm 14 this year." She spoke.

Rex was surprised. Then an idea hit him, and he smiled instantly.

"I have a very good idea." He said while looking up at Elesa before grinning. He then turned to the twins and his face became stern.

"So, you two want to be strong like your sister?"

They both nodded instantly, "we saw how strong big sis was. We want to be that strong."

Rex nodded and smiled slightly.

"Then, if I had a way of making that happen, would you be interested?" he asked, arching his brow.

They both looked sceptical which surprised Rex.

"Don't take this the wrong way, mister. But how can you be as strong as big sis?" asked Monica.

Rex froze and then smiled stiffly before turning to Elesa who was bright red.

"You didn't tell them did you?" he asked.

"I-I forgot." She said with an awkward smile.

She then turned to the twins, "Jessica, Monica, Zapdos is as strong as he is because of Rex here." She said seriously.

The two were stunned for a moment before their eyes widened as they turned to Rex. They knew their sister better than anyone else. She would never lie about her strength and even more so on how she obtained it.

"C-can you really make us as strong as her?" Monica asked.

Rex nodded confidently, "of course it's possible. There just so happens to be two other birds in this region that need a trainer." He said with a wide smile. Elesa's eyes widened at his words.

"Y-you don't mean…"

Rex nodded, "yep, Moltres the flame Pokémon and Articuno the freeze Pokémon. Together with Zapdos, they make the three legendary birds of Kanto. Are you interested?" he asked.

The twins began to shake slightly. they looked at each other and saw the fanatical expressions on their faces.

They had witnessed the monstrous strength of Zapdos that day and they craved for such strength.

They looked back at Rex and nodded their head solemnly. Rex couldn't help but stretch out his hands and pinch their cheeks. Their serious faces just looked so cute.

"Ok, it's settled, you'll go with Elesa and catch Moltres and Articuno. But there's a catch." He said seriously.

Both of the twins stopped smiling when he said the last part and looked at him nervously.

"You will have to catch them yourselves; Elesa cannot help you. There is not point in us catching them since they won't acknowledge you as a worthy trainer." He explained seriously.

Both of the twins frowned at his words but nodded heavily. They understood what he meant. And it made sense. Even though it would be a monumental task for them, it was worth it if they could catch them in the end.

Rex nodded in satisfaction while looking at their reactions.

"As a gift from me, I'll not only give you the coordinates to the precise location of the Pokémon in question. But I will also upgrade them for you once you catch them. They won't be as strong as Zapdos by themselves, but when they are together, they will be able to unleash monstrous strength." He said with a wide grin.

Elesa's face went pale instantly, "Super Blast cannon," she mumbled.

Rex's grin widened further, "that's right."
