Hero Introduced
Melo was now in a new space which he found familiar. The light of the setting sun is shining in from a large window. He walked up to the window to see humans walking about below him. Now feeling more comfortable he walked out the room into a large hall. On the walls were pictures of the royal family and the crest of the Altarian Kingdom.
"So I'm home huh" Melo smiling
He began to walk down the halls looking for Sabar while walking through them he met some children. The fight with the demon lord flashes through his mind and disappointment washes over him.
The group of children looked at him with awe and curiosity as they slowly approached him. This group just had girls among them as they approached him, Melo took a step back. Two of the girls look like they run a lot with their well trained legs and athletic bodies. The third girl was the tallest among the girls in the class and seemed very confident but still a shy feeling was coming off of her.
"Hi sir my is name Natasha" Natasha said, " This is Jaycel" Pointing to other athletic girl next to her
"That's Donna mae" she continue pointing at the tall girl
"Hi" Melo nervously, "What you young ladies doing here"
"We were summoned here" Donna mae said
"Really why" Melo asked
"To beat the am.. am" Jaycel stuttering
" The demon lord Jaycel" Natasha shaking her head
"Yeah that" Jaycel said
"Ok then" Melo concerned
Melo stood there worrying about these children because he couldn't feel any magical power from them. It didn't matter how much concentrated he couldn't detect any magical energy. He asked where he could find the rest of their friends and went looking for them.
He rushed over to the library searching for the other worlders. When he got there he saw a short girl and a boy around the same size. They were sitting near a table talking about something. As he got closer he noticed a tall skinny boy also with them.
"Hello there" Melo said
"Hello" The short girl said
This girl was more light skinned than her classmates
"What's your name?" Melo said
"Shiann" She answered
"Whose your friends?" Melo asked
"This is Kelvin," She said head patting the boy next to her, "And this is Kevern" stretching over to the skinny one.
"Hi" Kelvin said and Kevern just shook his head
"I'm Melo Veldi Guard" Melo introducing himself, "I just wanted to see if you guys are fine"
"Yeah we good" Shian said
Melo again tried to sense magic power from these individuals and again he senses nothing from them. He tried to rack his brain to figure out why they don't have magic powers.
"Okay have fun" Melo said then headed for the courtyard
"Nobody wanted you to check up on we" Kelvin said
"He seems nice" Kevern smiling awkwardly
"Yeah Kelvin, how could you say that?" Shian asked
Melo getting more and more worried about these kids, he raced over to the courtyard. On his way over he runs into another group of girls coming from the courtyard. Two of them were on the chubbier side and one of them was light skinned. One was tall as well as the girl next to her who was a little skinnier. Melo was surprised by the amount of kids transferred. He stopped to talk to them and learned their names. The chubby girls' names were Natallia and Amy while the other girls' names were Destiny and Shermica. He searched them for magical power but nothing again.
He excused himself then he walked into the courtyard. He saw a group of four boys playing football. Most of them were average height except for the two of them.
Melo walked up to them to again introduce himself
"Hi gentlemen, I'm Melo" He said
"Sup sir, My names Jerome" One of taller guys while dabbing Melo up
Stood there watching his hands in confusion
"My name is Josiah" Other tall guy said
"My name is Jereme" Jereme said
"My name Darrel" Darrel said
Melo and the boys had a conversation about how they went and how they felt about being transferred. When they were finished Melo walked away to look for the king. The boys also had no magic power as well which is particularly worrisome because other worlders have magic powers. He headed straight towards the throne room.
In the throne room the King Vadis was revelling in thought of taking the resources of the demons. The humans have been trying to get the demon's land because it's rich with magic. They attacked the demons for centuries trying to obtain the land but thanks to the demon lord their attacks failed.
"My King" Sabar called
"Yes Sabar" King Vadis answered
"If Melo defeats the demon lord, what are you going to do with those kids?" Sabar asked
"We'll deal with that when we get to that point," King Vadis said
The doors of the throne room swung open and Melo walks through them with a purpose
"King Vadis we need to talk" Melo storming in
