The head of the family told me that they wanted to go and live in a city so they wanted to sell their land and house but the village is in a remote area so the land and house was unsold

They wanted to sell it so that they can have enough capital to survive in the city but now they were forced to leave the land and house without selling it

When I reached this village I was thinking of where to live but now opportunity just came to me 

I asked him if he can sell me his house and the land 

His face became cheerful, he hurriedly took me to see his land and house 

The house was spacious and the land was quite big to so I offered him a price of 7,00,000

He accepted my offer quickly and gave me the property papers and left the village with a happy smile

I took a strool around the village and some what understood why this house and land were not sold 

The village is situated in a remote area so their are fever people living here 

People were migrating from this village for many reasons such as for their child's education for a better earning etc

After observing the village I came back to my house it was empty so I contacted some electronics and furniture shop and bought many necessary and useful items
