Just a hungry slime

"Yummm, this is delicious" he said while eating some meat. Right after the battle, he went straight for food as its the only thing he could think of.

A spear flew next to him without warning, instinctively he turned around. A couple of humans gazing straight at him, each holding some weapons to fend off any attacks.

"Chief, its just a slime... why would you throw a spear at it... you even missed." a youth behind him with a confused look said.

"Do you not feel it... the aura of a predator, im not sure if its coming from this slime but i doubt it." his whole body shivers as he think about it.

Our mc who payed no attention to the conversation was still gobbling on the meat, "what're they doing, maybe they're looking for trouble... even after helping them... humans." our mc thought as stare at the villagers.
