Skyrim: The Snow Prince (an Elder Scrolls Fanfic)

Akatosh, also known as Aur-I-El the Falmer God, and Dragon God of Time; felt a disturbance in the veil of Atherius and Mundus. After inspecting this Space-Time anomoly he found a Mortal Soul, a Human of 20 years of age, he was nothing special but when Akatosh peered into this Mortal's mind he saw his memories. Learning that Atherius, the Et'Ada, himself, the Aedra, Daedric Princes, Oblivion, Mundus and Nirn were all apart of a fictional game universe known as the Elder Scrolls series, he did not know what to do. But Mara, Kyne and the other Aedric Gods of the Pantheon he ruled over conversed with him. Being convinced that the Mortal, whose soul he still held in his hands, could better the chaotic future of Nirn that were apart of the Mortal's memories, Akatosh/Aur-I-El chose to reincarnate the Human Mortal into the body of a 7 year old Falmer (Snow Elf) boy, via changing and altering the Timeline, causing a Dragonbreak as a result of creating two uncorrupted Falmer that should have never existed in the original timeline. 12 years before the events of the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim takes place, and Alduin's return from his supposed eternal banishment into the Current of Time thousands of years ago at the hands of the three Nord Hero's. A beautiful Snow Elven woman ran with her young son, trying her best to escape from their Imperial and Thalmor pursuers, having little choice, she lured the pursuers away as her son fell unconscious, only to awake co fused at where he was as memories of his past life flooded his mind. Looking at his body, he knew should his identity be revealed, especially to any Nord, he will be killed. With a prayer to Aur-I-El and Akatosh and all the Divines, he would journey throughout all of Nirn doing his best to learn and become strong enough to prevail against the trials that lay before him. But he also wants to help his people, as he too is now a Falmer, to cure his twisted and corrupted race to the once proud Snow Elves they once were while also ensuring the defeat of two God like beings. Alduin, the Band of Kings, the World-Eater, Firstborn of Akatosh, and as Aspect of Akatosh the Dragon God of Time. And... Miraak, the First Dragonborn (Dovahkiin). But what lingers in his mind is one thing... "Am I the Dovahkiin?" ... ... ... I do not own the cover image (show proof of ownership if you want it removed) or the Elder Scrolls Series. I will never drop this fic, updates will be slow at first but as I complete more of my other fanfics, I will post daily chapters. This fic will be expected to reach 500 to 1500 chapters. I hope for your continued support as I post more and more chapters. The mc of this fic will be similar to my mc of my Star Wars: Rise of Mandalore fanfic, Adrian Hawke. My star wars fic also has skyrim universe mixed into it.

Chapter 23: Stirring the Storm part 2

double long Chapter for my absence, yahoo!

fun lore fact at the end

****************************************

*Before Thalmor meeting with Elika's parents, just after Sivreth and Na'shi arrived at Underworld Fight Club location*

"*sigh* you want me to win a few fights for you and you'll give me what I want to know?" I said in an exasperated tone showing my annoyance with all the underhanded tactics people will resort to in order to get what they want.

"Of course! Jin'da will honor his word. Jin'da swears this on his name!" The Khajiit I was speaking to replied in the classic Khajiiti third person way of speaking.

Na'shi doesn't speak in thrird person, it seems my time with her changed that about her.

As for Jin'da, he is a high ranking individual in the Cyrodil Underworld, he would travel all over from city to city with newer slaves to fight in arena battles.

Currently, Jin'da is in a bit of a geared conflict with rival Underworld Gang that wants to take monopoly on the Bruma region of said fighting business.

Reason being is that its easier for the rival Gang to be able to transport captured slaves from Morrowind or the Dunmer refugees in Windhelm.

Currently, Ulfric isn't treating them as he once did.

After the Battle of the Red Ring he was captured by the Thalmor and tortured by Elenwen.

Upon escaping and returning to Windhelm his view and attitude on the Elves grew more violent.

He still tolerates them out of his compassion as a result of his lessons under the Greybeards.

Just, right now he doesn't care what happens to them so long as they can be self sufficient or provide something for him.

High King Torygg had discussed with the Enpire about this and it was agreed that they would help provide funds to the refugees.

This will eventually stop upon Torygg's death and when the Skyrim Civil War begins, but until then the Dunmer are managing.

As a result, slave traders can easily kidnap them from Windhelm as Ulfric won't pursue the matter throughly.

Bruma is a good place to channel these slaves to since many Reduard warriors and Breton disowned Knights can go to Bruma and participate in the fights.

Bruma was the place where the final Oblivion Gate was closed by the Hero of Kvatch and Martim Septim, that was until Mehrunes Dagon broke the veil of Mundus and entered the Imperial City in his true form.

As such Bruma was seen as a place of worship and defence to the Daedra.

But like all things, this can easily be exploited and taken advantage of in order for these Underworld activities to take place while hiding in plain sight.

"Fine, I'll do it. Call me when my fight is up." I said before turning to take my leave.

"Hold on a moment, Jin'da must warn you. This won't be an easy fight like the rest. This one is the other side's champion fighter. Jin'da must request you to not use your Magic, the other side will take offence and come after Jin'da if you do this. If Jin'da is suffers, you will suffer."

Now that'll be a big problem. Magic was normally how I win these fights, without it I doubt I'll win. Fortunately I have my backup Spear which will come in handy since my main one is enchanted and I'll be forbidden from using it.

"Fine, but I want a change in my name before the match starts. Put it in the brackets."

"And what name will you want? Your old one is quite splendid."

"The Snow Prince."

***

It's been a while since the fights had started. I won a few already but they were simple fights.

As I waited I tried my best to learn from the Grimore.

I choose the title "Snow Prince" for a few reasons.

One is to begin spreading around who I really am. But by the time anyone finds out it'll be too late since after this I intend to stop participating in these underground fights.

Hence noone will be able to track, find or get in contact with me after today.

When I publicly declare who I am in the future Ince I am ready, my influence and reputation in the Underworld will come to light to both the Imperials and the Thalmor.

It will completely damage their pride knowing that I was under their noses the entire time.

Especially that note to Elenwen revealing my name.

F#<k you Elenwen, Thalmor B#/<h!

The last reason is that I too have some pride.

Maybe it's my resolve to change myself after Elika was kidnapped, but I want to change for the better.

I want to show to everyone who I am, the last of the Falmer, and their ruler.

But mostly it's because I was looked down upon as a failure for most of my past life and by showing of my pride as a Snow Elf as I become one of the strongest individuals of this world will I be able to prove them wrong and make those I care for happy and proud of what I became.

As I was busy with my monologue, another fight had concluded between an Argonian and a Bosmer duo.

Back to my Grimoire, I learned some terrifying things, mostly behind the implications of its sudden appearance and subsequent reveal within the Grimore's once empty pages.

...

...

...

Umaril, the Unfeathered

...

...

...

WHY THE FUCK DID HIS NAME APPEAR?!

Literally nothing else!

Just his name!

Not even a single line about his biography, even though I know alot ahout him and the Grimore is menat to reveal what i know already or the knowledge I attained!

Umaril has many theories revolving around both himswlf and Pelinal Whitestrake.

Pelinal Whitestrake was a Paladin Knight who hated any Elf with a unknown reason.

A prominent theory is that he is from the future and is a Time Traveling Cyborg.

The 8 volumes of Pelinal Whitestrake is where this proof comes from.

He mentioned "For Remen" at one point as he was killing the Alyeids.

Remen is Queen Alyssia's future descendent so how Hell could he know Remen when he died 3 years before Alyssia.

Not only that but after he was beheaded and cut into 8 pieces Pelinal's friend found his head and held a conversation with said talking head.

3 years later after his death, when Alyssia was on her deathbed, Pelinal Whitestrake was somehow present.

Pelinal was a mighty ruler of men in the late Merethic Era having raised and conqoured kingdoms and armies.

Alyssia formulated a plan to have Pelinal Whitestrake challenge the pride of the Aylied Sorcerer Kings to a one on one battle in which he defeated a great many of them.

However...

Here enters Umaril, the greatest of the Aylied warriors.

Umaril mocked his subordinates for cowering from Pelinal.

Umaril was in the White-Gold Tower when Pelinal arrived.

Sending his subordinates, the Aurorans were sent to fight and weaken Pelinal.

Only then did Umaril appear and battled Pelinal.

During the fight both sustained Mortal injuries and Pelinal dealt a blow to Umaril giving him the moniker "The Unfeathered".

As Umaril was dying, Pelinal mocked him and his Aylieds Elves as nothing more than a blight upon Nirn.

This enraged the Aurorans who then instead of cowering chose to attack and killed Pelinal, cutting him into 8 pieces to mock his faith for the Gods while also beheading him.

However, Umaril wasn't dead as he somehow survived and his physical body reformed anew during the Oblivion Crisis.

The Hero of Kvatch is told by the Ghost of Pelinal of Umaril's return and Bendu Olo slays him.

Bendu Olo then cast the Blessing of Talos on himself which resulted in his spirit leaving his body to fight Umaril's own spirit high above the White-Gold

Tower in the clouds.

Upon Umaril's death in his spiritual body, Bendu Olo's spirit returns to his lifeless corpse which had been moved by the Crusaders thinking he was dead.

There is one more theory about Umaril.

The theory is that he was a survivor from the previous Kalpa but somehow survived Alduin destroying Nirn in the past Kalpic Cycle, thus he was reborn into an Aylied body in the current Kalpa.

Umaril was even viewed by some as a Demigod on par with Pelinal Whitestrake as both were even and sustained Mortal injuries in their battle.

But why did his name appear in the Grimoire, it makes no sense. Nothing is even said about him.

I mean...he's dead...right?

Wait!

Is he actually alive?!

Is that why no information is being revealed about him?!

It can't be, his spirit was Slain by Bendu Olo who literally fought a weakened Jyggalag.

If he truly lives, then I need to confirm it myself and find his corpse at Garlas Malatar.

Considering the Crusaders were formed to honor Pelinal Whitestrake, it would make sense they would possibly do the following few things.

One would be to desecrate his corpse.

Two is to leave it to rot away at Garlas Malatar.

Three is to hide it away somewhere.

Four, regardless what they do they should keep a record of what they did with his corpse, unless it's the third option.

If its option three then there is no way for me to confirm if he is truly dead or of he could have somehow revived and is potentially wandering Tamriel as I pondered these thoughts.

I don't like any of this...because anything related to Umaril, will lead back to Pelinal Whitestrake.

And he will be the one to destroy my soul considering he time travels all the time Hunting Elves.

And the Snow Elves are at the top of his kill list considering the events of the "Night of Tears" and Ysgramor's campaign against the Falmer.

I pray to every Deity that Pelinal Whitestrake stays dead...for good.

"...Iron Eye! And the challenger, an long time participant whom has agreed to the additional rules mentioned...The Snow Prince!"

"Guess that's my que." I said as I stood up straight and got my Spear from besides me.

I approached the gate which led to a moderately sized arena given the space needed to host something of this scale.

Stone beams spread throughout the arena which served as support for artificially made scaffolding of which the spectators were watching from.

I looked at my opponent, he was an male Imperial with a decent build and a scar across his right eye.

In place of said eye was of course an Iron eyeball as his title tells.

"You're my opponent?" My opponent said with confusion as he sized my petite frame up and down.

"..."

"You have the body of a child! Hahahaha! This is hilarious! Do you really think you'll actually win?!"

"A coward hides behind words, a warrior speaks through battle." A simple saying, but one that my opponent understood and took offence in as his face was filled with rage at his damaged pride.

"Fine then! To Oblivion with you!"

The Imperial charged at me with the mace in his left hand and a shield in the right.

'Left handed, I see.'

Not wanting to press my luck at the start of the battle, i instead choose to keep my distance and quickly move from one place to the next, always distancing myself from him in order to give me more space and reach to strike from safety.

He knew what I was doing in wanting to gain space, so instead he rushed me with his shield raised on the defensive.

I swung my Spear in a arc around my head to his shield, he raised it to meet it head on.

*Clang*

My spear collided with his mace!

I had fainted the swing, through repetitive practice, and tried to strike at his legs with a sweep but he was ready and blocked it with his mace.

I retreated a fast as I could, leaping backwards while swinging the Spear horizontally, forcing him to block rather than pursuing me in fear of my follow up.

I had previously attacked him from his right side, seems my hunch was wrong.

He has great awareness and instincts to be able to block with his left hand all the way to his blind right side while simultaneously blocking an fainted attack from above

"What's this? Cowaring away from my strike? Is that why you begged them for me not to use my magic? Because you knew how easily I'd win if I wasn't holding back to match someone of your level?"

"Keep talking when your dead!"

My procoation didn't get any reaction from him, I'd hoped it had damaged his pride, guess I was wrong again.

He rushed me again this time battering away my strike with ease.

I twirled the Spear bringing its pommel to strike his face, he brought his shield back striking it away.

Reacting swiftly, i twirled and spun on the spot while swinging my weapon, drawing the blade across the shield, forcing him to continue blocking it, as I spun anti- clockwise with both hands like a helicopter's baldes.

His right calf was slashed, he grunted in pain but smashed the mace at me I blocked the strike with the shaft of the weapon but I was sent flying a few metres as he hit home right on my chest.

I spat blood from the power of his strikebjust now.

Good thing I had armor on.

I looked to my hands as my Spear was split in two, I regained my composure my senses came to me and I was made aware I was still in a battle.

Seeing him rushing me, I rolled to the side, he smahed his mace down on me but I had evaded it.

I rolled to his left side while using the broken shift of my Spear to stab and lodge itself in his side.

If I'm lucky a Kidney or liver was damaged.

The injury definitely effected him since he can barely raise his weapon.

He knew this too and dropped his shield taking his mace into his right hand.

'He might be good with his right hand too. I should be careful and nut get Greedy.'

I slowly made my way to him while on guard.

It took a bit of a staring contest but he lost patience as he tried to poke and Stagger me with the tip of the mace.

I was ready and used my combined superior agility and dexterity to cut the wrist of his right hand making him scream in pain as he dropped the mace.

I swiftly bought the Spear blade up and stabbed his throught, using my other hand I pushed it upwards deeper and through to the other side.

His eyes wide with horror as he tried clasping his throught only to die less than 10 seconds later.

I grabbed the blade part of the broken Spear as it had a hidden feature in it I had been unable to use during the fight.

"The Winner! The Snow Prince!" The announcer shouted only to be followed by many celebrating spectators.

Some weren't cheering for me, they must be Iron Eye's supporters.

Unknown to me, the results of my victory would spark a small Underworld Gang war and would later cause Jin'da massive profits. But none of that mattered as the match was decided and Jin'da would honor his world and tell me the location of where the Thalmor has Elika.

Hi all sorry for delay, i needed to catch up on my coursework, I 2trillion% promise to post daily.

Also here is proof, I am making a game character, I decided to change my idea from Ulthaan OC from Star Wars fic to making Sivreth instead cause it has more coverage and allows me to skip stuff and hide things during Creation process.

(Proof Author not a liar)

Fun fact - Aylieds valued power above all else and as such they worshiped both Aedra and Daedra.

As a result, Umaril somehow is half Aylied and half Auroran, an Auroran is a type of Daedra and many served under Umaril.

This is how he survived his death at the hands of Pelinal Whitestrake since his body is Daedric, he was able to reform his body back in Oblivion.

However, the debate and theories of if and how Umaril is from a past Kaplic cycle remain unclear but hey...that's just a Theory...a Game Theory!
